Brandon has always done a excellent job on the numerous cars I have had throughout the years as well as my girlfriends. He has always shown great diagnostic skills to where he can pin point what it is exactly. He is good with customers and always has a way to make people laugh and feel welcomed in his own way. Always uses updated technology so he s knows what going on as technology is advancing. Overall, I trust CDA imports to work on all of my vehicles. The search for the perfect car mechanic is finally over! From start to finish, Brandon made the process easy. He got me in faster than the 5 other places I called, because few people work on Land Rover. He then quickly addressed and diagnosed my problem and repaired it, all while explaining to me what he was doing. He then filled up my fluids without me even asking. In this day and age where people only do the bare minimum, it was refreshing to find someone who goes above and beyond. 10 stars! Thank you, CDA Import Auto!

Great place! Half way through a 5000 Mile road trip and I had issues with my car. Went to several other mechanics in Spokane all were a week out from even looking at my car, didn't even give me the time of day.Called and they took the time to listen to my issue and try to work through the problem over the phone, and check to make sure they would have parts.Came in and they immediately checked my car and where upfront about cost and forward steps.IN SHORT :respectful and courteous customer service, responsive, and confidently competed, they could correctly identify and resolve issues and we're transparent and upfront the whole time. Prices were very good and fair.+The guys are all ex dealership mechanics so they are thorough and knowledgeable, and try to give you the best quality parts. Also they love meat jerky so if you got some they'll be even extra happy. A real blessing and good people.

I'm super impressed with this place. Brandon was very knowledgeable, and helped get my truck back up and running better than ever. He was open and upfront about the prices, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the diagnosis and operation. And of course the cherry on the cake, was that he washed my truck! A++ service! Thanks again Brandon, I'll be back for more work, for sure!

Brandon has been my mechanic for years now. He has done very many projects for me. I have even bought a car from him and he continues to make sure all maintenance is done for it correctly. I've had many mechanic's before but they always try to put the fear in you or exaggerate things. Brandon is straight forward with everything and makes things clear WHEN it should be replaced. I will continue to have no one else touch my vehicles. Now that he has a balancer and tire machine, there is no need to go anywhere else.

Brandon and his crew did a awesome job getting our Honda Odyssey up and running.We bought a used mini van as is and it was in desperate need of tlc and few big repairs, drove it to cda on a prayer! In one week they had our van running excellent!They made sure to communicate any part delays and broke down all the repairs needed.Explained throughly what the van needed repaired and why it was important, exceptional customer service in my opinion!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My family and I were traveling from out of town for the 4th of July weekend and the day before we needed to return home the alternator on our vehicle went out. Brandon and the guys at CDA Imports were the only shop that were willing to get us in on the holiday weekend. As soon as our vehicle got there they started to work on it right away. They knocked out the job sooner than promised and got us on our way home. These guys are awesome and I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ive been in here 4 times for various repairs on my bugeye WRX, from a clutch replacement, to mounting tires to just a simple tire patch. They always get me in and back on the road as quick as possible! Theyre super professional, good to chat with and really informative about what exactly is going on with your car. I refuse to take my car ANYWHERE else for anything.Services: Transmission, Tires

Could not recommend this place enough. My husband and I were driving back from Montana to Portland when something happened to our serp belt and oil sensor. They were able to fit us in on the fourth of July, quickly and not only that, Brandon was so nice!! Called early morning about an issue with my car and they immediately fit my car in to be fixed within an hour. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Along with this they let me know about issues I might have in the future to look into getting fixed as well. Brandon is absolutely amazing! He is so thorough with his work and explaining everything he did. He even shows you the parts he removes and explains what they do, how important they are,etc. Such a great guy.

Been in here multiple times and have always been very pleased with their work.They stayed open for a holiday to fix my clutch for me, have got me in and out quickly everytime ive come and have given nothing but the best customer service! Would not take my car anywhere else!
