An honest mechanic is few and far between these days. Im sure everyone has had a bad experience with an auto shop. Several bad experiences myself.Keith and His crew are excellent mechanics. I have taken three rigs to Big Bear Auto, and he has always been honest, straight to the point, at a fair price. As long as he is in business I will not go anywhere else. I recommend Big Bear Auto 100%

Keith and his crew have been very reliable and personable over the past four or so years that I've taken my vehicle there. I can't recommend them enough. He always shoots you straight as to what actually needs to be fixed now, does phenomenal work in a timely manner, and keeps the work affordable.

Big bear is a great automotive repair shop! Keith is very knowledgeable, hard working and honest. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Will bring all of my vehicles to Big Bear from now on.

An amazing, unique experience. I made an appointment to get my car in and was greeted, by name, when I walked in. Everything was done within 5 hours (not waiting a few days/weeks) and communication was impeccable. The price was completely fair. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Big Bear!!

Amazing service, such an ethical person to look at my alternator and diagnosing a loose cable and bolt rather than replacing. I am so happy with how you treated my Pilot. Not everyone treats women as well as you have, I feel in the past many mechanics take advantage of us. You have taken care of me and my parents, aunt, and grandparents for years.

I have had nothing but great experience with this auto shop up until I decided to go to them for an oil change. Not once was I told that my engine was burning oil and I should check on it periodically and make sure that I have enough oil in my engine. None of that was communicated. So now I have a rod knock and as I go to check my engine there's not a single drop of oil in it. I'm no mechanic but I'm pretty sure five quarts of oil does not just burn up in 5k miles. Now that I have an issue and brought it to Keith's attention there's nothing he can do because it was my neglagents?! Let's add the fact that I had to be the one to tell him that they did my oil change and I have the sticker from them in my windshield! One star isn't even deserved but women in particular need to know that this isn't an honest shop for you!

Keith Always gives a straight up answer and doesn't try to sell you on the unnecessary stuff. Pretty reasonable pricing as well. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I am a native, born in Cd'A in 1963. I've been to countless local mechanics and I've never been treated with the honesty, and integrity that Keith has shown me. He actually CARES about his clients instead of trying to gouge them for every cent. I recommend Big Bear Auto Repair for ALL your Automotive repair needs. Been here 4-5 times after being recommended. Keith and staff are always friendly and helpful. Feel the work is fair and prices are fair, really appreciate the wool not being pulled over my eyes and gouged for money as I am a college student. Communication on what is being needed done has been great. (even for us non gear heads/very car savvy people) Overall best mechanic iv been to after several. Highly recommend this auto repair shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I'd rather wait 3 months for you then to go somewhere else. It's not even your fair pricing. It's your integrity. Very fair price and quality workmanship! I have taken my Tahoe there a couple times, due to the recommendation of a friend. Kieth is friendly and easy to communicate with regarding the repairs needed. I plan to take my vehicles there in the future and recommend them to other folks I know needing auto service!

Keith and his crew are trustworthy, honorable, and knowledgeable. They are friendly and genuinely good people. We had an issue with our vehicle and Keith went above and beyond to thoroughly investigate the problem. He could have exaggerated the need for an expensive repair and we wouldn t have known the better, but he was honest, forthcoming, and truly wanted to make sure our family could get on the road again. Love this shop! Highly, highly recommend them! Very honest and great prices. Many times they have even beaten their own quote they gave us when we inquired about repairs. We have taken all our cars and our kids cars to them with great results. They only use quality parts so you can feel confident that the job is getting done right and will last. Brakes were grinding and car made a noise turning left. got a diagnostic elsewhere that missed bearing issue in hub. Big Bear had best of the 3 estimates for the brake pads/rotors all around. I took my car to 2 other mechanics who could not find the problem, and ended up charging me for things that did not need to be done. After $1200 in repairs and the problem not fixed I was done. My sister recommended Big Bear and I admit I was skeptical but boy was I wrong. Keith did an amazing job, fixed my car in one day at a very reasonable price. I would without hesitation recommend him, By far the most honest and fair mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Keith and his mechanics down at Big Bear are simply put ... outstanding.Outstanding scheduling.Outstanding diagnostics and service.Outstanding rates.I took my truck in for what I thought was one issue and Keith quickly diagnosed that it was something else entirely. Keith is by far - the most honest and ethical auto repair professional I've ever met in my 45 years on planet earth. I use him for all my vehicles and have been for 5+ years. He won't do a repair that's not necessary and will even tell you, "no, you don't need to fix that yet." I recently had a shop in Liberty lake tell me I needed ball joints repaired and the bill would have been $800+. Keith looked at it and says there's absolutely nothing wrong with them. Definitely look to Big Bear for your auto repair needs.

Keith and his team really came to the rescue for my family and I. They were able to save us half of what a competitor was offering for the same service, I can't recommend enough Keith and his team for car repairs they do great work and have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Keith. He is a trustworthy awesome mechanic who truly cares and takes the time to explain if you have any questions. His prices are by far the best in town! I will not go anywhere else.

Hands down the best mechanic in town. Humble, honest, and truly the most knowledgeable person I have ever met. What more could you want in a mechanic? Keith is the owner and lead mechanic at this shop and if he can save you some money, he will do it without even mentioning it. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Keith did an amazing job, and for everything that need to be done, the price was actually fairly cheap. I went to a couple other places first and all together Keith saved me about $600. I definitely recommend them, they even finished everything two days early.

I had problems with the front end of my vehicle that were serious and took it to Keith. He looked it over, found the problem and was clear on the cost and the process to repair it. He took time to show me the issue and made it a priority to get my vehicle in safe working order. He is fair, friendly, and honest. I'll be recommending him to anyone with vehicle troubles. Thank you!
