This is my parts store I can count on nation wide. I have always been able to find, order, and even get helpful advice at any AutoZone I have ever walked into.Even the purchases I was not 100% satisfied with they have been more that happy setting right. Thanks guys and the truck is running great. It is turning heads it is easy to tell this dodge isn't stock any more and looking forward to the next proformance upgrades I will be installing on him.

The staff here is always willing to help with part location and automotive questions. Store is well organized and they do their best to be available right up to closing.

I just wanted to let everyone know that the Post Falls AutoZone #3701 and particularly Tom there are excellent at what they do. Although I wasn t able to buy the part there, they were so helpful and I would definitely recommend this AutoZone and Tom especially!

New battery installed within 15mins checkout to driving away. I asked for the platinum and was told by the sales rep that the gold actually worked better for our climate, more durable. Plus she was savvy in installing into my gmc 1500 that she just had to turn it sideways to slide into place, which didn't seem the logical direction at all. But she got it in and put the brace bars back in place and I was leaving all within 15-20mins.

I've been here a few times over the years, always able to find what I need for my vehicles. But I was compelled to write a review because you have an awesome young man working for you by the name of Jeremiah. I came in on the evening of 11/9/22 looking for some help with my car battery. He responded quickly to my entrance, was very personable and respectful, and helped me out as much as he could. Come to find out, he's a hard working senior in high school from a hard working family and he is a couple weeks out from shipping out to boot camp. God only knows how much of a better world we'd be living in if we had more young men like him. As a father of 2 boys, I hope my sons grow up to be as hard working and respectful and this young man. Thank you for your help, Jeremiah, and for your future service to our country.

I really like the staff at this location the young women are friendly and also professional. The one took all of the necessary steps to test my alternator even when it was a major pain to hook up to the tester. The young lady didn t give up and was eventually able to give me an accurate reading of the alternators performance which was in the form of a pass rather than a fail.

Wednesday January 11, 2023 I stopped at the Post Falls Idaho store and was immediately greeted by Tom Bleyle. I had several codes going off in my car and felt very concerned as I was getting ready to drive a lengthy distance. Tom was happy to grab the tool needed to read the codes and walked with me to my car. He was kind and helpful while also being very informative. He got all the information from the car and explained everything in detail and then went and cleared the codes from my car. He offered to get me the best price on each part that was needed while also explaining why and what was needed. My husband was away from home and Tom really brought calm and peace in the midst of a potentially stressful situation. He was kind and funny yet detailed and informative. He stayed with me and sent me on my way equipped with what was going on with my car and what I needed to do immediately and in the near future. Tom Bleyle is an asset to Auto Zone and I personally appreciate you having him available to help me. Thank you so much!! Five Stars *****

The guy and girl were very helpful the times I've been there in getting the right refrigerant and helped me with suggestions on what to get and not get with some other additives and supplies. They were both friendly and didn't have an attitude like they just wanted me to move on like so many other parts stores.

Ashley SUCKS! Her attitude and demeanor towards customers is awful. Avoid her at all costs, she hates her job and doesn't know what she's doing. Steer clear

Two days ago I got a new battery. The worker Blake did an amazing job. He price matched me, he Taught me a bunch of very useful information. He even took my old battery out and installed my new one. As a woman, I ve always been a little hesitant dealing with cars without a man. I m worried I would end up paying to much because I m easily persuaded. But it wasn t like that at all. The worker was sweet, very knowledgeable and It was an awesome experience! I suggest these guys 100 percent. I will not go anywhere else ever again. He even expressed how if I needed next time, how some guys will help out and deliver parts even after there long shifts and off the clock. You guys rock!! Keep up the good work.

Post Falls best parts house. They have the most helpful employees in Post Falls. And if they don't have it they will try to get it for you the same day. Or at least send you in the right direction to get what you need.

Reaching anyone by phone is sometimes challenging, but that's due to them being so busy. Always receive knowledge, friendly service. They never hesitate to answer questions and offer advise. My only regret is that they do not offer a senior discount as Napa does.

Walked through the door the lady had a bad attitude and no knowledge. Was there for under 30 seconds and turned around and left. Went to Napa and had great service, and 100 percent better experience.

I can't remember the lady's name that helped me out but this last Saturday my dad needed a new battery for his 2001 Mercury Sable he just got at the auction. She took it out of the car, charged it and checked the alternator as well to make sure it passed the tests. I also needed to put some oil in and they were happy to lend me a funnel for that as well. Was extremely nice and helpful which you don't see much nowadays. I hope either her manager and/or corporate sees this and gives her a raise. Great customer service is hard to find in today's world.

Lady rudly asked as I was standing at the counter ready to checkout...if there was something she could help me with I said I'd like to buy these...she hurried me along to a different check out station. Questioned where everybody went staff wise and rolled her eyes when I asked for a bag....

Always great service here! It s nice to see the same friendly employees working here for years. The alternator in my van quit working after I replaced it 2.5 years ago and bought it here and it had a lifetime warranty. I came in and was worried since the receipt was misplaced and I wasn t sure if I gave them my phone number when I purchased it. After multiple phone number lookups by the gentleman helping me he was able to locate it and processed the warranty with no issues! He was very patient and took the time to help me out with a great attitude and didn t make me feel like I was bothering him with an issue like most other places would. I will continue to shop here and recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Quality auto parts and friendly staff. The associate installed my new battery after testing my old battery and alternator, my battery tested for a bad cell. The prices are very good as well for a new car battery

Wonderfully helpful!! Passing through on I-90 and had a battery issue at gas station. Stopped in here to see about the battery. Ashley was very helpful. She checked my battery (turned out it was bad), and loaned me tools so I could replace it and some new terminals in the parking lot. Let me wash up afterward. Great customer service. Thank you thank you!

Very knowledgeable staff. Comparable prices to other stores. Needed help replacing my battery and one of the staff jumped at the occasion to go help me replace it. Also tested my alternator and my check engine light for free. Great people! And the reward policy is amazing
