I was very stressed about the whole process of buying a car until I had the great pleasure of working with Kaleb. Kaleb was very patient with me making sure I understood every thing that was happening, he went the extra mile to help me get the car I wanted. every thing cannot thank Kaleb and the staff enough for all their help.This was an amazing experience and I would recommend AutoSavvy Post Falls to anyone who wants a good deal on a a great car.

Great people an very helpful at trying to get you the deal you like. They went far beyond what an average sales staff would have done. I love my truck, now my husband wants one too. They even arranged for delivery to my house. Would definitely recommend.

The vehicle I looked at was beat up and scuffed everywhere. It needed new wheels/rotors. They wanted me to pay the same price I would pay for a vehicle at another dealership that wasn t beat up and didn t need any work. Exact same vehicle and same mileage. They wouldn t negotiate at all and the price they wanted for that car was a joke. Would not recommend unless you want to be ripped off

James was great and easy going while not being pushy. Overall a great experience even though my 2 year old was being impatient the whole time! Lol Fastest car buying experience I ve ever had. A little under 2 hours total. I will say that when I test drove the car the gas light was on. And when they could ve put more gas in it after I purchased I was told there was a corporate 15 dollar minimum on the company card so I was unable to get a full tank.

I came into Auto Savvy looking for a car that could get me through anything and Matt found me my perfect fit. He even let me test drive it for 24 hours to make sure it could handle my commute because I drive pretty often and I m extremely happy with my purchase. Not pushy car salesmen. Great trade in value for my van and made life easy when we brought our kids because of their play and snack area.Also, the only car salesmen to ever give me the entire cost of the car instead of the monthly payments. (We re Dave Ramsey people and don t do payments).And he was so patient with us for the couple months it took us to get our tax return and decide on a car.Thanks Domenic !

I just bought a 2019 Subaru Outback, Touring trim level, from Autosavvy Post Falls ID. My sales contact, James Donaghue, was extremely helpful. I was not a local or easy customer, asking lots of questions and needing answers while away in the Seattle area and up in BC Canada.James was quick with his replies and always ready to take the steps to provide answers to new questions.I highly recommend him for his strong work ethic and understanding of the Autosavvy sales process and great customer service!

I was looking for a place to get a new car and my cousin said "I'm taking you to AutoSavvy." We get there and within minutes Dominic had already found me what I was looking for and then some. These guys listened to all the things I was looking for and all the things I wanted to avoid and the whole process felt super transparent. For my needs these guys did a great job and if I ever need another car (I probably won't for a long time) I'll be heading back here first.

I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek on 3/22/2024 from AutoSavvy. I worked with Kaleb and he was very knowledgeable with all questions I asked him. Best customer service experience I have ever had. I had an issue with my current vehicle and emailed customer service. Vanessa emailed/texted me right away and helped me figure everything out. Warranty took over a month to approve the issue I had, and Vanessa helped contact the warranty to see what was going on. I was under a lot of stress with being due in May and having no car while also being worried that warranty wouldn't cover the expenses.She helped me until it got resolved. She checked up on me when the warranty was taking forever, and she helped get me a loaner car, which helped ease the stress. Finally, the warranty approved the fix. If it wasn't for Vanessa helping me out, I would have been extremely stressed and in panic.THANK YOU VANESSA!! I really do appreciate you.

I'd like to start by saying everyone in the staff was super professional, friendly, and fully transparent about any details of their vehicles. Caleb helped my wife on the phone and helped us set up an appointment at the dealership. When I got there Caleb was busy with other customers, but James was more than able and willing to step in to help. He took me for a test drive and with his and his managers help (I don't remember his name, sorry!!!!) got us set up with all necessary paperwork to trade in our current vehicle and leave in a 2016 Mazda 3 (they have another with fewer miles, someone go buy it, it's a great deal lol). At the end of all the paperwork and picking up our keys from James, Caleb made sure to come and congratulate us on our purchase. All of the men and women on this team were excellent to work with, and after a few "sharky" interactions at new car, brand specific dealerships, it was a delight to come and work with these folks. Ask any questions you have and possibly enjoy some lovely racecar sounds from next door. They also have snacks, drinks and toys available if you have smaller children that makes the whole experience less of a chore while talking business. I appreciate this place for their transparency and will be back in some way or another. Thanks again to James, Caleb and their manager.

Very good service. Easily the best car dealership experience I've ever had.Follow up to my original review a week ago, their sales service is really good. Anything to do with car services or any warranty work takes forever and is probably not worth it.

Went to test drive a specific vehicle. After driving it, I wasn't pressured to make a decision right that second I was offered a business card. Nice change of pace from the other dealerships I had been to. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

Kaleb was very helpful with the purchase. After 2 weeks I have figured out the previous owner was a smoker as the smell is coming through. Also they did not test the key fob well so I need to buy a new one at $300. Also discover a squeak an need to reseal window in roof.As with any purchase do not be rushed and check more diligently then I did.

I've purchased multiple vehicles from them and have had nothing but frustration. The first time around it was a headache to get my paperwork sent to the dmv for registration that took months. But I gave them grace that it was just a clerical error even though I called for weeks checking on it. The second time around has been a complete disaster. The car I purchased had a check engine light come on literally as I drove it off the lot. They kept it to repair, and when I came back to get my car there were empty beer cans left in it. It still wasn't fixed because it lost power as I was driving on the interstate with my child. I forced them to call it a lemon and tried to swap it for another vehicle. They made me pay additional $$ to transfer the new vehicle here. Then within 2 years of purchasing, the clear coat began peeling off the entire car. Their customer service implied that this would be something they would remedy, since it is clearly the result of their body work gone wrong. However after a month of back and forth they denied to do anything about it. I can't say it loud enough STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!

The Sales Rep that helped me with my purchase was Dominic Zito, he was very professional yet personal. Very straight to the point. Didn't waste anytime and answered all of my questions that needed to be answered. Great guy, great service. 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai genesis coupe with this company. Just a disclaimer to anyone buying a vehicle out of state make sure to check for correct tax on whatever type of deal they send you. The first deal they sent me had their state tax when I was buying the car from my state. Second thing the dealer fees boy were there quite a few and some very unnecessary, they were quite negotiable but whoever was writing up the contract clearly didn t know what they were doing as they had to send me a new one about 3 different times due to how many reports there were in it. The salesman that I worked with however named Caleb, was fantastic! He did everything I asked even took pictures underneath the frame because they didn t have a lift on location! Super helpful, responsive and friendly made this transaction much better for me. Just know also that if you are Shipping a vehicle back to them after you purchase because there is something mechanically not sound you DO have to pay for shipping. As for the vehicle it was in the best condition I could have asked for, whoever detailed it did an amazing job there was a scratch that was pretty bad on the back left tail light I wish I was told about but it s a 2013 so what can you expect? Overall a decent experience for a used car buyer.
