DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM AUTO CREDIT IN POST FALL'S. They sold me a Toyota 4Runner and wrote up a contract stating they would put new suspension ( the X-reas system) in it because it was shot. They had the vehicle for several day's, only to find out several months later, all they did was disconnect the system. 3 weeks ago my husband and I went into the office and the new manager, Kyle Birkenbuel, assured us that he wanted to make it right and would call us within an hour. Three weeks and 4 messages left for him and he still hasn't called me to make it right. This wasn't the only thing they defaulted on either. They are shady and dishonest.

I bought a Cadillac Escalade from there two years ago. Buying it was my fault, I was trying to help out a friend with no credit. He of course didn t make payments, so I got stuck with the vehicle and the payments.I didn t really look at the vehicle, but come to find out it s from Canada and completely rusted out. The electric is totally screwed up. The TV s don t work, the headlight I keep replacing goes out after being replaced every time. The switches that roll the windows down don t work.I drove it back to sell it to them, it broke down on the way there. The warranty with 24/7 roadside assistance NEVER CAME!!! I paid over $4k for the Warranty.I called my triple A, they came in less than a half hour, the tow truck guy said this dealership were regular customers of his.The purchase price of the SUV was $15k, I wanted to sell it back, the same dealership offered me $5,000 two years later.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.A friend of mine worked there and quit after a month. He said he couldn t get behind their vehicles and felt bad when customers constantly called days after buying a car from them with problems.I would avoid this dealership. There are many many others in the area that are reputable to buy from. Just look at their negative reviews.

THIS COMPANY OFFERS DISCOUNTS FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS. DISHONESTY.This companys post falls dealership sold me a car that had a headlight go out as i left the lot. Upon informing my salesperson of the cars issue, i was told it would be fixed the following day. 4 months later i have had my car for 7 weeks of the total time i have been in ownership of the vehicle. I have lost all all hope and faith and have tried to ask for them to either allow me to trade into a better actually functioning vehicle or to forgive my loan, take the car back, and seperate from this terrible deal that has cost me now thousands of hard earned dollars and many days of stress and anxiety. Today i called to speak to the GM of the post falls and was told to either bring the car in for them to fix it (they have failed to repair the car 5 times already on top of returning the vehicle to me not fully put back together) or i was on my own. And when i mentioned seeking legal help with this situation i was told "thats all i needed to hear buddy" before hanging up on me. This is absolutely atrocious business and needs to be fixed. I would recommend to any and all people seeking a safe and reliable vehicle to stay FAR FAR away from this place as they will take your money and hang you out to dry. 0 stars are too nice of a review but i cant even do that. This place deserves to be closed down or at the very least completely overhauled from the leadership down! Terry was my salesperson and after reading these reviews i am shocked that he even has a job anywhere in this country.

Josh at Post Falls Auto Credit was an excellent salesman and listened to our needs to find us the perfect vehicle for our family. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Worked very hard to meet our needs. Thanks so much, Josh.

They really have gone above and beyond getting me into a nice car, getting me a lower interest rate then I would have. Later after getting vehicle, the check engine light came on and it needed new spark plugs. They got me in the day before Thanksgiving, weeks ahead of my closest mechanic where i lived. And the manager Kyle only charged me $100 vs the full $350 to do the work. ( Yes, spark plus on this jeep with labor is not cheap, everyone was quoting me 3-400 , mostly in labor due to the manifold needing to be taken off)The whole crew is great and go above and beyond and manager, Kyle seems to like working in the garage and helping his guys get cars fixed. Good leadership there!

I went in on December 9th and was financed a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. 20 minutes after I drove it off the lot there was an engine knock, and 6 days after having the vehicle the check engine light came on. I bring it back and they tell me they do not take returns, and their finance guy mike openly admitted that they re mechanics hadn t checked the car before me getting the vehicle, and he admitted that 6 days after I signed for the vehicle not the day of before any paperwork was signed. I now have a car with an oil leak and the hood is smoking, I ve called numerous times and they will not answer and I haven t received a call back from them. I got taken advantage of by this place, I do not recommend getting a car from here at all, you will get scammed. Last but not least but the manager and finance guy were extremely rude and not understanding at all, all they said is they can have their mechanic look at it. Which they should have done before even letting me look at the car. 0/10 I wish I could put no stars

How about this imagine being 18 having a drivers license and going to buy your first car you spend hours at a dealership to get your car you get your insurance for the first time you excitedly drive out of the dealership just barely make it down the road and the car breaks down with oil, pressure light battery light tire light all on! Imagine the despair that you feel when you were just have your first car ever and trusted this dealership to sell you something that would at least Months down the road before having some issues but you barely make it down the road you never even get to take the car home. The question is, are they knowingly selling lemons? Read the reviews as I m reading the reviews. All I see is a bunch of people getting sold a bunch of cars that breakdown. I ll edit my review if they make it right and if they don t, I ll leave a bad review every single day. Because explain to me what she s supposed to do now that you sold her lemon pull money out of thin air to fix it so that she can actually drive it when she could ve went somewhere else and got a vehicle that actually worked. Way to break a teenagers heart!

STAY CLEAR!! I purchased a truck from auto credit several weeks ago fully prepared that I would have to spend some money on it in the near future, however after a few days I found some breaking issues with the truck so i returned to the post falls branch to get a copy of the carfax which they were kind enough to provide and i asked for them to look at the breaks. I was assured by a member of staff that they would call me to book this in, I never received a call. Upon further inspection of the vehicle I discovered something in the rear storage that could have potentially caused me some legal trouble which leads me to believe they do not inspect their merchandise very well, now I am not the type to piss and moan over these kinda things or leave reviews but the fact that I emailed auto credit sales multiple times about these issues with no reply or acknowledgements really infuriated me as I was consistently emailed after signing into their website. Would not recommend

These guys sold my daughter a car that began having problems 6 days later. On the 6th day my daughter brought the car back wanting to return it. They refused, but Mike, an employee there, admitted to the car being out on the lot for sale without their mechanic properly servicing the vehicle. They sold it to her anyway. A car with undisclosed problems that would put my daughter and the public in danger. Once they sell you a car all they want from you is to bring it back in and keep their mechanic busy. Do not trust these guys, do not give them your money. They are the epitome of the classic sleazy, take your money car salesmen. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They do not care about you, only your money.

I was a little hesitant because of the prior history of this location to purchase a car from there. I had a really bad experience in the past. I decided to go down there and see what had become of the place and I have got to say I was extremely surprised on how they really turned the place around. The staff were extremely friendly towards me and my wife. I came in more or less confused about cars knowing only a few models that I recognized and was worried I was going to be charged a lot for a vehicle that I couldn't determine the worth of. I ended up working with Terry Dawes who bent over backwards to make sure me and the Mrs. were comfortable with the car we were looking to own. Before I knew it he was asking me what I want in a car and he helped me pick a ride that was even better than the one I had been looking at, my natural first response to this was to assume that the car would be broken somewhere or extremely over priced, but he ended up working with me and the banks to lower the price to 2/3s of what I was expecting to pay. Not only is Auto Credit Sales committed to delivering a stellar experience, they honestly worked a miracle with my credit score and got me out with a car for a price that I couldn't believe I was eligible to receive. If you are worried about the rumors that you have heard about this place they have new management, new staff, and my personal trust. Give them a shot and make your own opinion.

Will never go back. Communicated with a salesman a few days, set a time for us to buy a car and not only did the salesman ghost us the day of, but we drove from Moscow just to be told that the car was sold. Complete waste of my time and money in gas

Thanks for the flat donut. Auto credit sales is the worst place you could ever buy a car from. The salesman was extremely pushy. Once I found a car I liked the process of getting my car was uncomfortable. They rushed everything and didn t explain much and gave me the highest interest rate I ve ever had. Within one month of having the car I had issues. First they didn t clean the car so it was filthy. Easy fix. The car sounded like it was falling apart when I would drive the highway. Just this horrible flapping sound. Next the door wouldn t shut all the way and the warning light was always on. Got that fixed. Then there was no pressure in the gas tank, fixed that. Key fob battery died. The cable to pop the hood is broken so it takes two people to open the hood. The headlights were horrible looking so I wanted to replace them. To do this I had to take the entire front of the car off. The whole front of the car was being held on by two tiny bolts. Two! No wonder the car made so much noise on the highway. It requires 8 bolts. That scared me knowing that could ve fallen off and hurt someone. The sides of the front of the car weren t even connected. The wheel well was shredded. When I removed the old headlights I found that those weren t even bolted in correctly. Someone actually tried to fuse the headlights to the side of the car by blow touching it! Idiots. Then the rear lights started having issues. I replaced the wiring harnesses for the lights but it still kept blowing out the bulbs. So I took it in and they pulled the car apart until they found a relay box that was causing a short. They fixed that. Now months later the lights are not working properly again. They said they reason was is that there is no protector that goes along the bottom of the car to keep the water out. So now I ve got to deal with this again. This has been a total disaster. I m paying this car off and saying goodbye forever. These were awful people who took complete advantage to me and my wife. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I highly suggest you don t shop there.

Seemed straight forward and honest after our first bump in the road. Company sold me a BMW with some issues that I was uncomfortable with. From there they promised repairs, which they did, just 4 months later.the work they did still has yet to fix the car. My sales agent lied to me stating I wouldn t need full coverage. This was after I told him I couldn t afford the car with full coverage. he probably did this because he knew the fact it was my first time leasing. They don t keep me updated with a thing on a $700 a month car that s just been sitting while I pay it. Liars in it for the money which is unfortunate because everyone SEEMS to be decent. Everyone has their own disguise though, right? Gathering info to take this to court. So no I m not being dramatic. I ve been so fair with these folks who have tried taken advantage of me time after time. Don t let Trevor sell you your first car, that s for sure!

After a atomic failure with a used dealership in Spokane the experience from start to finish was very professional, friendly, respectful of my needs , respectful period. Terry & company ( Adam & the rest , sorry I m bad with names) were exceptional . I had an experience beyond words, my opinion of dealerships like urs has changed my ignorance to understanding that each dealership is dependent on who works for them . Those that r employed by u r lucky as u r lucky to have them. I will brag & spread the news to all that listen , u guys r the real deal!

Auto credit sales is by far the worst place I've ever done business. They're all dishonest. Terry asked me what type of car I don't want, then brought the only thing I asked him not to. The front tire had a nail in it, when I tried to look at the tires Terry said " the tires are good ". Except the tire was flat the next day. Then they start trying to threaten me saying they are taking the car back if I don't sign paperwork that to my knowledge was complete. They had me put one loan company on my insurance then had another loan company call me. They won't even tell me who I'm supposed to pay or when my payment would be due. I have asked about it when I've been able to get in touch with them but nobody gave me an answer. 12 days into driving the car the old battery they sold it with is completely dead and the serpentine belt is off. After a week of walking to work and my husband almost losing his job from not having transportation they finally tow the car to a different mechanic than the one they told me so I'm not really sure where it's at. I get a call from Anthony and he says "They got it running but the serpentine belt keeps coming off." Then Anthony said " I put $600 into this car and I'm not putting another penny into it." But they expect me too fix the broke car and make loan payments to someplace... The Idaho consumer protection act protects consumers from dishonesty and confusion. They have been dishonest from the beginning and it's all been very confusing also frustrating when they either don't answer the phone, or when I get them on the phone won't give me any information or answers. I wish I would have gone anyplace else for a car.

About a month ago I purchased a vechile at this location. My experience was amazing, after months of trying without any end in sight, Josh and Jeremy (manager) became angels. They worked miracles and did everything possible to get me a vechile. I had the best experience with a car dealership. From my experience I personally recommend going to seen these guys. They were personable, respectful, understanding, and with in an hour after walking onto the lot, and them working with me all afternoon I walked away with a running, comfortable vechile. So thank you Josh and Jeremy and all the crew. I will be back, when I need to purchase any vechiles in the future.
