I am so grateful for the service and care at ABRA. I had originally made an appointment months ago but had to reschedule for this time of the year for work reasons. Gavin made sure I was taken care of and my truck repair process was easy an done in a reasonable time. Communication was the best part of my experience, beside the fact my truck looked really great!

Great experience overall!!! The work was done in a timely manner and looks even better than before! My body shop tech, Chase, was super helpful and kept me informed the entire time! Highly recommend ABRA and Chase!

We had a slide off the road and hit a tree. I knew from a more recent repair done at a different place I was not going to return there. ABRA was recommended and I was very pleased with this choice. I have no regret using them. It actually took less time to get in and get the repairs done then I thought it would. Most places are months out they were able to get started 2 weeks after our initial visit and 2 and 1/2 weeks to get it back. We had a rental and limited time. It was the perfect timing.

The workmanship on the repairs was very good. The shop had to order the 22 replacement rim, that s where the issues began. I was notified the rim arrived 3 weeks later but it was bent, another rim was ordered. 4 weeks later I was notified the rim was in and scheduled an appointment a few days later. I brought the Tahoe to the dealer, sat for an hour and fifteen minutes until the manager advised no rim! 3 weeks later the manager called to advise the 3rd rim arrived. I brought the vehicle to the dealer and they installed the new rim. Overall the experience was not good, I felt the tech was not truthful, or didn t understand her job.

Brought my 2022 Chevy Silverado here for a bumper and fender repair. My insurance company estimated around $1,500. Turned out it was over $6,000 damage. One thing to be aware of with this shop is it will take 4 to 5 months just to get in. They only have one collision estimator, and he is way overworked. Don't expect anything to happen fast. John, the body shop manager, will go above and beyond to see things go smoothly, but like every body shop around, they're way short-handed. The bottom line is: I would give the repair body guys & painter five stars. They did an excellent job and I can't tell there was an accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After calling 12-14 other body shops who were either, extremely abrupt, didn t care or just wanted you off the phone. In addition to that, everyone couldn t start work on a vehicle until November.I called Abra and Lance answered.Problem solved.Not only did he take the time to understand what was wrong with the vehicle, he understood the time constraint and was able to give a loose estimate from photos I d taken. Less then 4 weeks later and the vehicle is exquisite. Throughout the process, if any extra expenditure was needed, Lance called me immediately to ensure everything was good to go. Clear and concise, with photos to back it up.I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the techs, paint work and biggest of all COMMUNICATION that Lance and Abra work with.If you are going for any type of auto body repair, call Lance.

ABRA repaired our RAV4 after it was rear-ended.* The upside is the quality of the work seems to be excellent (have only had it back about 48 hours). Everything looks good and works just as well as it did before the accident: powered rear lift gate responds to the fobs and the on-board push buttons, the back-up camera works, and the back-up, break, and parking lights lights are working normally. Parts fit-up is also just as good as before the accident. So, with respect to quality of workmanship, my wife and I are quite pleased with the results.* The downside was the time it took to complete the repairs: nearly four months! The shop says this was mostly due to parts availability issues, which I cannot independently verify so I accept as being true. Still, mid-July to mid-November seems too long.* Communications from the shop were spotty at best, which after a while became a source of immense frustration. I called the shop for a status of the repairs at least as often as they called me, which is not good customer service. Also, they tended to make the classic mistake of giving an optimistic (early) completion date on one call only to revise (delay) it on a subsequent call. Better to tell the customer the due date is four months and deliver it after two than to tell him that it will be done in three weeks (yay!); no, make that five weeks (okay); sorry, it's going to be another three weeks (ugh); well, you'll be lucky to get it in four months (do I still own that car?). THAT was really frustrating.* Bottom line: a good repair job that seemingly took too long because believable status updates were hard to get.

Gave my truck back to me with traction control and ABS dash lights on, also one of my headlights hanging because they didn t put it in properly. When I tried to take it back they refused to fix it saying that my insurance won t authorize it because it s not related to the accident. I understand that, but it is related to their repairs they did on my vehicle. They took my truck apart and put it back together, and now I have no traction control which is great with winter coming. I will be calling back later today to speak with the supervisor. I m hoping they will come to their senses and do right by their customer. Do not recommend I d give 0 stars if I could. They don t do good honest work.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have had a horrible experience with this company and I recommend no one takes their car to this shop. They are a unreliable and do bad work. I had to wait at least two months to get my car in and they had it for 5 weeks for a uncomplicated repair. I dropped the car off on the 8th and they didn't even start the repair until the 18th. You would think having a appointment for two months they would have anything ready. They also ordered the wrong rim so I had to wait even longer for my vehicle to be returned. When I finally got the call it was ready, I come to see they missed substantial scratches, a fender that was still damaged, and my steering wheel damaged as well. I now have to get the car back into the shop to get more repairs and wait another 4 months before they can get my car back into the shop. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I have called them 3 or 4 times to check on when my parts will be in, and I get the standard "we'll look into it and give you a call". Nobody has ever called me back. This has been going on close to a year. Originally, the Spokane shop did the work and they were great to work with. My vehicle was taken to Abra Post Falls after an accident. I informed them I would be there the following day to retrieve my personal belongings out of the car. Upon arrival, I was informed by the same person I spoke to the day before that my vehicle was already moved to another lot 25 mins away in Spokane. I went to the location in Spokane and all my belongings had been removed from the vehicle prior to delivery. Was told to call Abra as they should know where my belongings were. Called Abra back and they don't have my belongings and don't know where they are. I felt like my concerns and frustrations were completely dismissed by the staff. Was told I would get a call back from the manager, still waiting. I have pictures proving my vehicle contained my belongings upon arrival at Abra and the belongings were gone by the time they made it to the next location. Either way, not only are my belongings gone, but Abra failed to communicate effectively multiple times and sent me on a wild goose chase in the middle of a snow storm. Very disappointing customer service.

Not a good overall experience. Leading up to my March 6 drop off appointment I had called 4 times to make sure they had me on the schedule. They did not. No last name assignment. No assignment with a claim number, nothing. Each time I called, I was told someone would look into it and call me back. (The reason I called 4 times was because I never got those calls back)No follow through and no communication unless I reached out to them.When I picked up my truck, I drove it maybe 10 blocks before the entire truck was shaking and idling extremely rough. I called them and told them, and had to limp it back to them.My accident happened January 6, and I drove it everyday to work until drop off March 6. Not a sputter. Not a shake. Not a leak or a dash light. Then I pick it up from ABRA after a month of them working on it, and it feels like it s falling apart?I can t help but let my mind go to the place of them doing some sort of damage to my vehicle. Can t prove it, of course, just have a real bad feeling.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After getting in my first ever car accident, the first thing that hit me was the shock of it all. I didn't know what to do, how to proceed, or generally what to make of everything. However, the people at ABRA we're more than kind and quickly help put my mind at ease. Their service didn't stop in the shop however as they kept me up to date on how my vehicle was doing and kept their timeframe up to date and accurate. The people at ABRA rule!

I really wanted to like this place because of their friendly staff hence the 2 stars. I took my car in to get my trunk lid fixed. It was damaged due to a tree branch falling on it. The fix was longer than expected which I didn t have a problem with because I had other means of transportation. I read other reviews and agree with some in the lack of communication from them about letting me know updates on my vehicle. I finally got my car back and after my first hand wash, I noticed overspray all over my vehicle. I took it back in to have them fix this and the technician made me feel likeI was an inconvenience. I told him to take his time because I want it to be corrected and complete. Less than 30 minutes later they had taken care of all the overspray (so I thought). My fault for not taking a closer look before I left, because the overspray is still all over my vehicle. I m beyond frustrated. I can t believe a professional business would look at that kind of work and be okay giving a vehicle in that condition back to a customer and be alright with that. I wouldn t recommend getting any kind of body work done at this establishment. Go to your small local shop where they actually take pride in what they doServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Two vehicles, recommended by my Insurance vendor. Dropped one off, parts ordered for the second. Great office staff, good communication with both Insurance carrier and myself. Regular updates and quick turn a round. Supply chain issues, but that was not the fault of ABRA nor staff. Great Job!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a bad accident the other day. I didn t want a payment on my truck anymore so my wife and I decided to pay it off. It was a large sum of money so when I had gotten into an accident 2 days later and found out it was totaled I about combusted! The only thing that made it bearable was how fast they got my truck up in the rack for insurance to assess the damage. Thankfully I had gotten GAP insurance, you know the one insurance you think you ll never need. Insurance paid out almost double what I had coming without gap and I was able to go buy my new truck for Cash just days later. My bed cover was damaged somehow when they were looking it over and without any fuss they told me they were going to replace it. That s rare in this industry. Thank you so much for your hard work and compassion. Things were really bad and you guys made them just a little more bearable.
