Nick was so great! He is polite, fast, efficient, and very lovely! Got an oil change and the entire process was under a hour. Thank you Nick! Will definitely be coming back.

I come here every time I get my oil changed on my cars. Dennis gets you checked in and does a great (and honest) job on helping you select your products and services. Mike often works the desk and gives his customers great service. He is pretty entertaining to listen to while he is talking to his customers in person or over the phone. The wait is often long because they are always busy, but it is worth the wait.Service: Oil change

Had a 5pm appointment left at 805pm for 2 tires , after they accidentally drained my oil . Then was charged for valve stems didn t receive them and they left the caps of my original valve stems. Also didn t put ties back in right location that was marked on ticket. Just complete chaos, they were having issues with / other vehicles while I was there, they did knock 4 dollars off my bill for my wait what a joke I ve been in the automotive repair industry for 25 years this is a joke for customer serviceService: Tires

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate that. My only big complaint is its took 4 hrs for 2 tires and a oil change. If it was a reasonable time to wait. I would of left 5 stars

Krystal was the service write rand she was super nice and helpful! I needed to change out my oil dipstick tube (which I bought on the way there) and she loaned me the tools. When I ran into issues installing the new one, one of the mechanics (Keilion) stepped in to help. Without his help I would still be out there!! Top notch customer service and great prices> quick service too! Worth your time to check them out!!Service: Oil change

I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours to get some tires put on. After 3.5 hours, I was still sitting outside the shop, so I left. The other 2 tire shops down the road were able to get the job done

Short version, do yourself a favor and use somewhere else! This is my second time using the auto center to have new tires mounted but it will be the last. Both visits have taken 3+ hours to have tires mounted and balanced. If that were the only issue, I would overlook it, but it isn't. The staff is overall very unprofessional, not helpful, doesn't seem to know how to use the tools and equipment to even do their jobs, and this particular visit resulted in two of my rims being bent (they were not bent before) meaning the tires can't be properly balanced and I have to get new rims. I arrived at 5pm and left at 8pm. Since the entire ordeal took so long, there was no department manager to speak to, and according to the associate who checked me out, customer service was "closed", meaning not only did I have to pay to have my vehicle damaged, but an incorrect price on another item couldn't be corrected because the associate refused to deal with it since it was after closing time and he was "ready to get out of here". I will be calling to speak to the manager, but I don't expect much to come of it. Again, do yourself a favor and use anywhere else. Cheaper service is not enough of a trade-off for the lack of quality in this type of situation.Service: Tires

We had a battery go bad in our Suburban about the time we got to Sandpoint on a delivery day. We had to have a new battery right then, right there. I called ahead and explained that we were on a very tight time schedule, and asked whether they could get us in promptly and sell us a battery and install it. They said "Sure!" And, they did! The only reason they're getting four stars instead of five is that the cashier couldn't figure out how to sell us the battery. He was apparently new and did not know how to run the register. Other than that, the experience was excellent, the service was excellent, the people were helpful and friendly, and the team just needed some refreshing from management. We often shop at walmart, but because we are a farm, we do a lot of our own maintenance. I will be taking my vehicles more frequently to Walmart for things like alignment and batteries, if they do alignment. I hope they do.

I went there once and they were super understaffed, charged me to mount the tires after i bought them from their store. They had realized their mistake only after i brought the car back in due to faulty tires(sidewall caving in) ; where they only changed 2 of 4 tires . I had to wait almost 30 minutes for an associate and another 3 hours for a refund. When the car was fixed due to manufacturers fault, they tried to charge me AGAIN. Will not return due to their lack of knowledge and overpricing of things they shouldn't be.

Employee snapped a photo just as my daughters and I walked by to go sit in the little waiting area there in the Auto Care area to wait for our van to be finished. She could have been taking a very unflattering selfie from the counter height- but the first thing I thought was that she was snapping a photo of myself and my two children. She pulled her phone back as my head snapped in her direction after I heard the shutter sound-- looking at her phone and then looked at me and got back to looking busy. My 13 year old asked me around the corner if I had seen her take our photo-- so that sort if solidified it for me that this is likely what had just happened. The guys out in the garage did great doing a quick oil change. They usually do. Not happy with the female employee taking photos of myself and my children, if that were the case.

First time at the auto center here in Ponderay. We were super impressed by the service and prices! Dennis was awesome, so courteous while getting down to business. He even answered our quick tire question in a way in which my husband learned something new! Max we didn't meet per se but judging from observing her is action, she is super efficient but has the patience of a saint with customers, energetic, sweet and fun.We greatly appreciated our experience. Will be back!

Worst place for lube and tires change!I give you the advice, go to another place because you will have less stress and your tires and engine is still working.We was buying tires they was gone after couple of K. We was trusting that we can use the tires in summer time. Another place told us: this tires a bad for summer time! We went back to Walmart. Walmart warranty? Yeah, help. No! The main manager never there. The employees don't care.Walmart and this kind of products. Never agin.

Blew a tire on my trailer, they didnt have the tire size in stock but worked with me to figure out other options to get me back on the road to Montana.The guys went above and beyond to help me, and it was 15 minutes to their closing time. Its nice when your in a bad spot to get someone who cares helping you.

Friendly service, always have openings available, fairly fast. However, consistently don't have the items needed to service fully. Like, a Dodge air filter, power steering fluid or code resetting.

Came up to this Walmart in Ponderay after the Walmart in Post Falls failed to install my 35" ties on my Jeep. A husband and wife team, along with 2 other gentlemen, did an awesome job!! They were friendly, fast, professional and clean. Would highly recommend, so glad I made the drive from CDA. Thanks to the awesome workers, GH, CDA, ID

Phone calls are never answered. They let it ring forever and never pick up. Or they pick up then hang up before saying hello. Bad customer service. If they won't answer a simple phone call, I'll take my business somewhere else.

Came here at 6:30...at 7:15 I was told only one employee showed up. Got an appointment for 9:00. 30 miles to get here. This is the LAST time.
