They are truly awesome. I had a shattered window and they not only replaced it a half of dealers estimate but cleaned up the disaster inside it had made. I was very impressed.

On a road trip out of Vancouver, WA and return. Took a hit from a rock in the passenger side of windshield. Stopped in at Specialty Auto Glass at about 3:15 PM and found out they could get us right in and repair chip. While the fellows in the back were working on the chip Teri W. Was helping me get the insurance side taken care of up front. Chip was fixed and insurance billed by 3:50 PM. In addition to fixing the chip they cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the car. I really appreciate them fixing us up and getting us on our way. A real first class operation full of nice people. If you live in the Idaho panhandle or just passing through and need some work done give them a call.

Fantastic service; the staff was very patient and positive with us, even though we had lots of challenges that made getting our vehicle into the shop difficult. From snowed in on a mountain, to vehicle break down, we had to cancel multiple install appointments. At no time did we get treated poorly, and when our vehicle was finally able to be driven to Specialty Auto glass shop, they did a great job! I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here going forward.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Unbeknownst to me, my Ford E350 van had bad rust at the top of the windshield. I wonder if this was a result of the mobile job I had done years back in Spokane. The team at Specialty Auto Glass did a very good job addressing the rust and putting the new glass in. DO NOT GO TO SPECIALTY AUTO GLASS!I am a combat action veteran and a local Sandpoint native and business owner. I went to specialty to get a minor rock chip repaired. Before getting any work done, I personally showed the technician the rock chip and we both saw that there were NO cracks at all in my windshield. After an hour and a half of waiting, the technician brought my vehicle out with a brand new crack across the passenger side of my windshield. He then proceeded to tell me that the crack was there before they started working on my vehicle, which was not true. I asked to speak with the manager and he informed me that it wasn't their fault. So I asked to speak with the owner. Cory called me and said that it wasn't their fault or responsibility to do anything about the new crack that they caused and instead said he was only able to offer me a $60 discount off of what is a $480 windshield!So this is how specialty auto glass treats local customers. Don't trust them to do right by you.

I just wanted to say that Specialty Auto Glass went the extra mile for me when I came in yesterday with a just-happened rock chip, and a bad one at that. Now you can't even see it, and I was afraid I was going to lose the whole windshield. They were so helpful in working me in even though it was in the last hour before closing, helped me in calling my insurance, and, best of all, the wonderful repair. Absolutely the best! Terry, who handles scheduling is so knowledgeable. She walked me through exactly what I needed to say to my insurance company. Cory, the owner, has customer safety as his top priority. You can feel confident that he & his team have fixed your vehicle expertly and the way it should be.Had to add an update: this is a locally owned business! Cory, Nelson, Terry, & Renee are all consistent, reliable, & knowledgeable. You will get the best service from this team! Even if you don't need a windshield replaced, go get Aquapel! It is amazing!

Had our windshield replaced about 2 years ago and the idiot that installed it didn't know anything and left the weather seal loose around the window. The bottom seal/trim is falling out as well.

I am very happy to do business with them. Cory is top notch. I had a rock chip that was starting to crack and he repaired the chip perfectly and even fixed a smaller chip that I did not see. I am a repeat customer and will only do business with him for all my glass work. I highly recommend them.

I stopped into the shop because my windshield wipers were not resting fully on my windshield. Cory came out to take a look. After just a few seconds he found the problem and quickly made the repair. Now I can safely drive my vehicle in the rain! Thank you Cory and the Specialty Auto Glass TEAM!

I got a rock chip in my windshield at 4:40, I called them knowing they closed at 5 and they allowed me to come in to get it repaired. They were quick, did great work and were very accommodating!

Traveling through, caught a stone and cracked my windshield. They were able to get a replacement in 2 days, installed in 2 hours and on my way.
