Won't ever take anything there again!!! Highly not recommended took my side by side in to get the 4 wheel drive fixed two different times and still didn't get the issue resolved and cost a lot of money in diagnostics and labor to not get anywhere. Ended up taking the unit to Allsport (which is what i should have done the first place but sandpoint marine was more local) and issue was fixed first time been perfect ever since. Lesson learned.

Had a great experience here with the service department. Took a bit longer than expected however there was holidays to consider and the outcome was very favorable!!!! Would absolutely recommend and do business with again

I have bought several four-wheelers motorcycles side by sides from this dealership. They've always been the easy to work with and have friendly staff.

Customer service/sales is a joke! Walked in looking to purchase a SxS one day and not one person offered to help after being there for 15+ minutes. Look elsewhere for your toys!

I needed a rectangular nut to secure the leads on my bike's battery. After multiple auto parts stores failed me, one nice employee sent me here. I arrived right before closing, but they were friendly, gracious, and humorous. Jenna scoured the front (and cracked some jokes), but Boone came up with the winner. They are a great bunch of folks, and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought a Beta from them and changed my mind on the model I wanted while waiting for the bike to arrive, they were very accommodating and made it happen.

Took my MC in for service and a recall repair... The service was done by the same day which really surprised me. They kept my MC overnight in a covered parking area. When I picked it up the next morning, it was ready to go. Staff was friendly and professional, and I feel I paid a fair price for the service. Recall part is still on order but I'm sure that will go well too. Brian was very helpful. When it comes time to buy our next toy, we will definitely visit Sandpoint Marine & Motorsports.

We called about a used pontoon boat. Brian was very helpful and told us of one they had for some time. It has some issues but Janay, Brian, and the sales manager negotiated for a fair price. We have to get a trailer made and hope they can clean up the boat and cover it until we can pick it up. We had a great experience with them and are excited about our purchase!

I am writing this for my Dad. He bought a new side x side from them in the spring of 2020. Before parts and supply chains were messed up. They said ok the parts for your new machine will be here within 2 weeks. They weren't! We called and asked for an update weeks then months after to see if the parts were in. They weren't. They have no idea what is going on. There was a recall on the machine and they called my Dad and set up an appointment to bring it back to get fixed. When I took it there for the appointment they acted like they didn't know what was going on and questioned whether the part was even there. They have no clue, no communication with their customers. We are still waiting on a windshield wiper that was bought and paid for from the beginning that is not here and they aren't even trying to get it. They are terrible! Don't waste your time going to this dealer. Even if you have to drive farther to another dealer it will be worth your time and money to do so.

I had the best experience ever purchasing a new Ski-Doo from Cody (nicest guy ever) at Sandpoint Marine & Motorsports! I'd previously had a bad experience with a different dealer in Spokane and decided to take my business to Sandpoint as it was closer to my lake home anyway. I called with lots of questions and after patiently and carefully listening to what I was wanting/needing, Cody expertly guided me into a great sled for my needs that they had on hand. They even held it for me for over a month because I was going out of town on a month-long trip and couldn't make it up there beforehand. When I got back and went to Sandpoint to complete the purchase, everyone in the dealership was friendly and treated me like a long-lost friend. Cody even personally delivered the sled to my lake home well over an hour away for me. Thanks for going above and beyond Cody, we will definitely be back soon to make more fun purchases with you!

Well not much good to say. 1) Saved up 10k to buy a outboard motor from them ended up I was just ignored so ended up buying from hope marine. 2) have a 2003 polaris ranger that need the engine rebuilt shop told me straight to my face we only work on stuff 20 years or newer even thouthey are the local polaris shop. 3) just ordered partefrom them there old parts guy Scott is gone so now it is batista girl. Ordered a tether kill switch got a regular kill switch instead. Customer in line at the time said go to allsport polaris in Spokane even his customers know better.

Before I ventured in to Sandpoint Marine I read the reviews and decided I would give them a shot at being the place I would take my Can Am Defender for some work and I am pleased to report I have only good things to say. Jessica, Hunter and Boone all took excellent care of my needs. They will be the place I go to from here on out!

Stay away from this dealership. I wish someone would have warned me prior. Went here in support of this area but made a big mistake in doing so.Update in response to owner reply.Don't be sorry it would have been a huge mistake to trust your dealership once again for 2023. What you are saying is a lie!!!! Maybe not on your part but your mechanics and or service staff, and now a lie by you the owner. I swapped the jets to a different size of Keihin jets. That is what I found when I took the carbs off. What VALLEY POWERSPORTS found not Sandpoint Motorsports. Was that the carb had Keihin jets not Mikuni jets. So you are wrong in saying "your errors(not factory or us)". The sled came from the factory with Keihin jets when the correct style should be Mikuni. Prior to Valley PS diagnosis I swapped from 220 Keihin jets to 210, 200 and 195 per owners manual for 4000-6000ft. That is jet size not style the manual I had didn t specify the style of jet. I was simply sticking with Keihin cause it was the style I originally found in the sled. I am not a mechanic I know but I was making an attempt to fix a brand new 2022 sled so my son could go over 10 mph before winter was over and actually enjoy the sport. I had originally brought it back to Sandpoint Motorsports after first trip out. They were unable to fix it After three weeks of having it in their shop. Frustrated and them telling me it is just in break in still. I tried to fix it myself after multiple trips to the mountains to test and 2 additional weeks of my own time plus the three weeks at dealership. I still had brand new sled that wouldn't go over 10 mph. Brought it back to Sandpoint Motorsports who then took it to Valley Powersports. Where they found Keihin jets not Mikuni. When I take something apart I take the part to the dealership with me to show the service counter. This is what I did with the 220 Keihin jet I originally pulled. Your dealership the one in Sandpoint not Pinehurst then sold me Keihin jets in 210 - 195 range which I used to "MODIFY". My bad review is for Sandpoint Motors NOT Valley Powersports. I purchased a 2021 Khaos from them and couldn't of been happier with the sales and service team. If anything kudos to valley motors mechanics for finding the issue. Unfortunately you are their owner as well. After saying all that you don't have to worry about me ever stepping in your dealerships ever again. This review is purely to stop whoever I can from doing so as well. It doesn't stop with this review. Trust me EVERY chance I can possibly get to warn current or future customers I will take full advantage of.Anyone that is reading this review trust me if this was my only issue with this dealership. I wouldn't even of wrote this review would have just forgot about it. The sales guys Cody and Rich both where great guys really enjoyed dealing with both of them. Cody was very knowledgeable with sleds and was a lot of help but the good ends there. Please listen to my warning and dont make same mistake I did!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Sandpoint Motorsports

Poor service, basic service took two weeks! Initially told would take 2-3 days! I called after one week, was told that I was second in line; it took another week! Came to pick up vehicle flat rate of two hours came to $309!; no parts needed! After paying I had to go out and hunt down my vehicle myself!! I could not locate it - had to find a mechanic to help locate it!! Never going back again!

I previously had some problems with this dealership's service tech being rude to my wife over the brand of a winch we had selected. Because of this, when I dropped off my UTV for warranty work and it took three weeks to finish (during which I had to pay to have my driveway plowed, with my machine absent), I kind of had a bitter taste in my mouth. Actually, I was genuinely upset. However, when I went in and spoke with Mark, the head of the service department, he gave me pretty good verification that the bumper we needed had been delayed in shipping from Polaris and that I wasn't just being screwed around with. He also apologized for the other guy's attitude, and that goes a long way with me. Mark was very reasonable and told me to ask for him if I come back in needing parts or service, which I will. I hope the other guy who gave my wife problems can see that the way he treats people is important to the reputation of his company, but at least he isn't representative of the whole staff. So, I'm appending my previous review. Thanks Mark. It's also worth mentioning that their sales department is good, I think. When I bought my machine last year they didn't try to up-sell me. Really no-nonsense on that side of things, which is the kind of sales person I don't mind sitting down with.

Service department is a joke. A 1 hour job took 8 days.Above all else they ruin snowmobile trails by driving a sherp up the trails and tearing them up. Almost impossible to ride the trail after that thing.Way to take care of your patrons!Zero stars!

Terrible service, bought a few parts for my snowmachine only to get out to my car and realize they weren't the right ones. Walked back in not even ten minutes later and they charged me $50 to return the parts. Absolutely will never step foot in that store again.

The worst service experience I've ever had. I was originally told the job would be completed in one and a half to two weeks, they took six, and the minor problem was never correctly diagnosed or repaired. Several calls to the service department did not go through, the phone rang until a message was played and usually didn't get a return call. On several other occasions the phone was initially answered and I waited on hold so long that I was sent to voicemail and never received a call back. When I did get through service had no idea what parts were in or ordered or when they might receive them. My keys were lost, the rear tie downs were removed for a water test and never replaced, and my brake cable was on when I left the facility causing a blow out and several other issues resulting on an additional $1000.00 expense. The service department is a management nightmare. I highly recommend that you go nowhere near them for service on any vessel or motorsport product.

Being a long time customer, I had questions for the first time about my invoice. I went in to pick up my machine and politely asked Cody, the gentleman at the counter, what the reason was for all of the charges, and how they came about. I experienced exceptional professional service. All of my questions were answered, I had no problems whatsoever, and I walked away with new friends. Thank you Cody at Sandpoint Marine! See you soon!

I originally gave a 1 star review due to the sales process on a boat I paid cash for. Had some issues, salesman told me they would repair and I could take it home. Picked the boat up, took it home and the next day the stern drive was on the ground, trim pump leaked, tried a few times to get in touch with salesman to get repaired with no help. Boat wasn t cleaned before I took it home. I had to buy tires immediately, and the starter went out on first run. Emailed a different sales person , Monique, she passed info to service manager Mark, Mark called and said they would take care if it all. So it went from 1 star to 4 stars. I can t give a 5 star due to the problems I had with my salesman. Would do business again with different sales rep.

Absolutely terrible service, I brought in my jet ski at the beginning of the Sumer and still don't have it back in late September (2 months), they put in the wrong parts, diagnosed the wrong problem, the mechanics argued about what the problem was, the list goes on. I Brought all my toys here for service with no problem up until last year but sounds like they fired all the old staff for some reason. Had the very same experience with my sons Honda Bike, never againA curtsy call from the manager would be nice.

Dropped off our Razr to have a belt replaced and serviced. When we picked up the razr, the male at the office had said that he has seen worse and everything s good to go. When we brought it home, it wouldn t start. Had called them and the male wanted to charge us a diagnostic fee. Talked to the service manager and he said to bring it back in with no charge. A few days later, the male had called and said that the engine was blown and there was no way they would have known. Odd to have paid for a $550 service when the engine is blown? The male had then said that there was only .5 quarts of oil when we brought it in which I know is incorrect because we checked the oil when the belt broke. He then said that he has it written down that it only had .5 quarts but my husband didn t get the paper work stating it. He found the paper.. AFTER THEY GOT THE RAZR BACK AND DIAGNOSED IT. The male had quoted me $4500 to repair the engine with 12 hours of shop time. When he quoted me for the trade in, it came to $6,800-$4500(for the repairs) I know it doesn t cost them the same amount to repair it so there was no wiggle room. At all. They offered $2400 towards a trade in or $2,000 cash. I had to go in to the building to have anything done. Customer service was terrible. I recently had purchased a 4wheeler from them last year and always had my razr serviced through them. NEVER GOING BACK. Going to report this company to the better business bureaus and hopefully something can be done.

Great buying experience working with Ben for our first boat! Always available for our many questions! And he is a life-long boater so he was also very helpful for giving us advice on everything wrt our new boat. Also using them for boat storage. It has been a pleasure working with all the staff. After our purchase, every detail that we addressed before the purchase was answered! Price (end of year price) was a good deal! I can highly recommend Sandpoint Marine and Motorsports for your boating needs.

This would have been a 5 Star rating. Reade, Scott and Brian along with Mindy went out of their way to help me in my 20K purchase. Reade took care of a follow veteran which was appreciated. Things went south when Denise decided to try her hand at being a customer relations expert...( bad Move) when I asked for a missing manual, she told me your not getting one, I stated I just spent 20K and wanted one, her comment was I don't care if "He spent 50K, he's not getting one". She really needs to stay in the back room with all the other used parts and not harass a repeat customer and the poor staff that have to endure her director attitude. Beware if she out and about !!!

Had my can am atv serviced there on two different occasions. Long story short they did not grease my suspension/U-joint zerks. The first time I took it home and did it myself without saying anything. The second time I said something and both the service and mechanic guys lied to me about it. If they can't even hit the machine with grease and lie about it they obviously aren't capable of performing a service you pay for. I would think they would want a better rating. Looks like they are the only game around and just don't care.
