"DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!!" This location does not stand by their work performed or supposed to be performed. $130 alignment done in 20min flat just to have my tire fall of while driving less than 15 miles from store. But it's not there fault according to store because didn't touch my back tire.... not sure how you perform a proper alignment on a vehicle without first making sure that tires and suspension are secure. Thus giving the alignment machine the ability to actually align the car properly since you cannot align a car properly if it's suspension or tires are not secure. Also not sure how somebody cannot touch a tire but yet hook that tire up to an alignment machine "without touching it". I could have died or really been hurt or others hurt. Car swerved through two lanes of traffic and dang near hit a guardrail because of the tire coming off while driving down the highway home.

Matt and crew are extraordinary. Great service, and they keep good stock of most tires etc. I've been very happy with their house brand tires over the last decade.

"It will be ready sometime today" isn't an answer to fix a simple flat tire. I've been a loyal customer since the early 80s. I am starting to question my loyalty.

Went into the branch at 11am, was told they can fit me in today but will be a 3-4 hour wait, told to call in 2 hours to confirm a rough time, called then told another 2 hours, called again told 1 hour, proceeded to branch waited another hour without them touching my vehicle so i left. Now I know things don't always go to plan but the staff could have just said "sorry can't fit you in today in your time frame" then I could have gone somewhere else and not wasted my time which I do not appreciate, would not recommend

This company has become greedy at this point and I will no longer pay their ridiculous prices for serivces. Almost $50 to mount and balance tires is insane!

If you care about your personal safety while in your vehicle I would suggest finding a different location to have your work done at based off my personal experience.

Always there for us. I have been relying on Schwab for over 20 years. Always helped me even at times I was down and out in the old days. Love these guys.

Always love the service from Les Schwab. We came by for a tire rotation, which we weren't charged for. Service was quick, and the techs were friendly.

Woke up to a flat tire. Called Les Scwab and they had a tech come to my house, within 30 minutes, and put air in the flat so I was able to drive to their shop for an official repair. Best customer service!! Much easier, faster and cheaper than calling my insurance company.

They went above and beyond to get us 4 new wheels at a moment's notice. We had 2 camper wheels losing air thru welds on the wheels.

Do not stop here if you are not from the area. Don't talk or have George the crazy tire flipper or work, look or touch you car. He is a liar and a up seller. 1400 dollar for a flat tire because he make the rules on who gets a flat tire fix and how many you have to buy. It my car and my choice.It wasn't the cost of the repair, I agreed that it need a new tire and was willing to pay for 1 new tire. But George need to open his fat mouth and say I need to buy 4 new tire because it 4x4. I just bought 4 new tires a few months ago. He gave the normal answer that is spewed by people that know nothing about tire or vehicles. I am not only a former tire shop owner but also a master ase tech so I do know a little bit about tires. Do what your customer want and give them advice but let them make the choice. Thank you

Shady store. First off they said I needed new tires when I went to switch out my studs. My studless have less than 15,000 miles on them so I knew right away they were pulling some garbage. When that didn't work they said I needed my brakes completely redone (which I had overheard them tell the same thing to 3 other customers as I waited). These guys are just out for your money. Beware.

I had a great experience here. Despite the seasonal rush to get snow tires on, the crew here were able to mount/balance my loose wheels and tires within a few hours! The gentleman I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful, despite being slammed!

I had the worst experience at a Les Schwab in Helena today, and it made me realize how amazing they are at this particular Sandpoint location.In 2 decades of service, I dont have a single complaint about this location. The techs are quick and meet you outside, are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.I am saving my problems , and traveling 5 hours to come back to this location (and avoid an alternate, Helena, location).You guys do a superb job, and I hope you continue to provide the top-notch service that you have over the years.

Will not use this place again. Did a bad job and covered it up.Here's why.Wife had an alignment done 7 months ago.Alignment done by sandpoint Les Schwab.Got new tires just for the alignment.We brought the car in to show them badly uneven wear on 2 tires and give them an opportunity to make it right. Wife talked to Matt (Manager). She was told they could look at it in a week.Matt never looked at the car or the tires. Next place looked at it. Called it unsafe put it on a rack immediately. Assistant manager Eric covered for Matt by stonewalling even insulting us.. Eric assistant manager and Matt the Manager are Not who I want touching my car's.AMMENDMENT.Ponderay sandpoint Les Schwab Owner Tim ??? Has responded with ( reach out to me and explain further). Problem #1 is the link he left me is bogus. Problem #2 this goose chase waisted more of my time.Again.WHY WOULD ENYONE THAT READS THIS REVIEW EVER WISH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.

My 18 year old daughter had a nail in her tire and it was close to flat. Although super busy they got her in quickly and fixed it with no charge! That makes me want to come back and give them my business. Not sure what the guys name was but thank you for helping her!

I ve been with Les Schwab for many years and generally I like the company. However, Sandpoint facility is run by the worst manager I ve ever experienced. Complete liar!Explanation:I was replacing all tires because they were balding. I had replaced all six tires on my truck and all four tires on my trailer. Then a tire went flat and we filled it up several times. Had to replace that tire, because by the time of discovery there was tire issue there. Ok, the man said the wheel was leaking the air. So I had him replace the wheel, at this point no other tire had any leaks. After he replaced the wheel with a new one. No leaks there, however I discovered a leak on the passenger side front tire a day after. So going from no leaks to two leak wheels in a matter of a couple days. Tells me they took off the bad wheel and placed on the other side so I would need to pay for another wheel.After an argument with Matt the manager. He said, we don t do that here , baloney that what he did and now was frustrated that I caught him in the act.After a few days talking with other customers with problems that they described the same lacking of trust only with Sandpoint Les Schwab. So the best thing to do is stay away from this shop!

Les Schwab in sand point ID has went above and beyond for my personal rigs. And I haven t been more impressed. Also how they treat their customers is amazing. I saw the most amazing thing happen. A customer was struggling with their rig and a employee offer and amazing outreach to help them was one of the best things and heartwarming acts I have seen in a long time.

Fixed my flat. No charge. Been buying tires here for 30 years. Service is the key. Just purchased tires for my pickup. Eric was amazingly efficient and business friendly. His obvious management skills will prove to allow him to manage a store of his own. This is the type of leadership is rare.

In the middle of a cross-country move to Alaska I had the unfortunate experience of gouging a hole in one of my tires at the Green Bay campground south of Sandpoint. Mildly worried that this would set us back several hours and many hundreds of dollars, we set out for Les Schwab the following morning. To my surprise, I was fixed up with a new tire in less than an hour. The team at Les Schwab was very professional, the work was top notch, and the price extremely reasonable - and on a Saturday morning no less! Thank you for taking care of me and my family, I had never heard of Les Schwab before this trip but I will forever be a customer if I move near one of their service centers in the future.

Visited the Sand Point location out of necessity. With a little calling ahead, they were able to get us in same day on a Saturday, pick up the last part in town, and have us back on the road (mid vacation) in just over an hour. This was literally the best service and experience I have ever had with any automotive related company. Format caps the review at 5/5, honestly I'd call it a 7/5. Keep up the excellent, professional, and quick service!

This is a perfect example of a great shop run by great people. They are quick, efficient and professional. Their repair and alignment shop has always got it right the first time. Every time I need help they are there for my family. And they've given us lots of complimentary little things we needed. Thank you Les Schwab!

This location is one of the best. I am from out of town and had a bad flat. Unfortunately, this meant an all new set of tires. Jordan gave me great advice and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
