Brought my van in with a smoking converter. Paid over 200$ and was told it was fixed. I took their word, and we continued with our travels just to plug into shore power, and the converter is still smoking. I was told the only way to get a refund was to bring it back even though we travel full time and are already 13 hours away. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, not to mention had I left after plugging my van in because it was "fixed" I could have easily lost our home, our cats, or worse, my son. I even have a replacement converter to be installed and was told I didn't need it because the one currently installed is "fine." I don't believe they actually took the time to open up the converter because you can clearly see where it's burning even without opening it. I don't believe they actually took the time to make sure it was working either, because if they had, they couldn't have possibly missed the smoke and awful smell.

I have been debating for 10 months on doing a review, but I struggled to find a way to find a classy way to describe what a illegitimate business they run.I had a black tank leaking that I discovered on my own and knew it was something I physically couldn't do. I knew from other bad reviews I shouldn't have brought it in , but we were getting close to leaving south for the winter.It started off great with a young service girl that was set to give good customer service. She ordered the tank and I paid for the tank and waited a week for the tank to come. Week two, no call about the tank. I called and the person, the owner who is in charge which I can't find an appropriate word to describe whom I originally didn't want to deal with said the young girl just up and quit and now I see why.Her response to my asking was, "if the paperwork isnt in the parts in basket, then the parts aren't here". No effort to follow-up. I left, got in my truck and called the rv manufacturing parts department. They admit they dropped the ball and got it on the truck the next day. They emailed me the order including the price. 100 dollar markup which I considered fair even though I did the work.A week later, the tank came in and I brought my rv back in. It was completed in a day and a half. I went in to pickup the rv and the owner threw the bill at me. 2200 dollars. My pre pay for the tank was 275.00 but there were parts charges for 1000.00 with no detail. 1000.00 dollars in labor which I have NO problem with. 750.00 of invisible parts. "Oh he had to go to the hardware store a couple of times". Shame on me for accepting this, but I was so done with this women's belligerent attitude. I'm reluctant to say anything more about this person.To this day, I'm fighting leaks from the waste gate that I will soon fix myself. I contacted legal representation, and I have a case they say but I am so done with this place. Especially this woman. Be careful. Get everything in writing before doing any business. No slander, just God's honest truth. Do I feel any better? Only when it helps someone else.

Had them repair the skirting that was damaged from a tire blowout. Instead of using clear caulking, they chose white, which did not match the rest of the trailer. First time using them. Had to return and have them fix it right. Second time, had electrical work done, got it right! Third time had them fix slide out and replace awning. Haven't extended the slide out yet, but awning is creased where it hooks into the arms and rolls up crooked. Took it back, and was told all this would straighten out in the sun. The wrinkles will, but not the crooked rolling. We feel we paid for good work, and got good enough. Won't be using them again. Went there because of proximity, but with always having to return it , Post falls is closerService: Body & Trim

I was having some electrical issues while camping nearby. Went into Lake RV to get some help. They offered free testing of my converter and tested my battery out. Offered some additional troubleshooting ideas. Steve was great. Very helpful.

My husband dropped off our travel trailer today it needed some bearing checked and brakes . They found more things like we needed 2 hubs , 2 drums . They called us first let us know about it so we said fix it and it was finished today . Great work , dependable people . Thank you .

We had electrical issues beyond my my repair capacity and they got us in and new "motherboard" the next day to facilitate our trip departure to meet friends in central Wash. It was not cheap, but it was fair and be we. Value and appreciate these fine folks! Five stars.

This place is great and they know what they are doing, if have any issues with your RV/trailer they can get it taken care of.

Note this repair shop recently merged with the RV park next door. 5 stars for the shop. They had the obscure furnace parts I needed on my road trip. SO helpful!

Was there four 3 1/2 hours she told me the meds did 41/2 hours work, but she would cut us a break. And charge us for only 41/2 hours. What a scam.We got there at 0810 ,they were done at 1120. You do the math, its litte shy of 3 1/2 hours.

Excellent experience. Traveling through for one night with a broken water line in our 5th wheel. They set us up with the parts and instructions to do our repairs. After attemptIng the repair on our own, we ended up bringing our trailer to their service department and in no time, it was fixed and we we on our way. Great people and they went above and beyond.

Phenomenal service. My awning was jammed and after being escorted to Lake RV for repairs the company took over three people worked on the awning and completed the repairs by 10:30 in the morning and we were able to drive 230 miles away by 5 PM that night . Their service is very good and courteous And the prices were great. you can trust these people

We were having fun with a bunch of broken plumbing in an RV that froze. Lake RV had just about everything we needed. They were super friendly, gave great advice, and their prices were not out of range. I will shop at Lake RV again in the future.

Very exceptional service. The owner is fair with prices. It's my first time owning a camper van, so fridge, furnace and other hookups are new for me. The service experts took time to explain all sorts of things about my class B campervan without charging extra. Highly recommend this RV shop!

Driving across country and stopped at Lake RV to have our hitch and sway bars tightened and check since things were getting loose. They looked it all over, tightened it all up and gave us some tips to keep her secure. No charge and wished us a good trip. Great people!

I had my Aqua Hot system serviced this past Friday June 26th, they did a great job, I got in on time and they had it done right on time. Wonderful service for a fair price. Great place to have work done!

I absolute do NOT recommend Lake RV or the owner Sharon.We dropped off our 5th wheel here for repair. We were quoted for repairs that were supposed to be finished within 2 weeks as told by the owner, Sharon. After 1 month of not hearing anything, we called to check in and see how it was going. They hadn t even started repairs. Then on top of that, Sharon lied about receiving the insurance check. She had received it 2 weeks ago as told by Geico. The owner Sharon is a incredibly deceptive woman. I would NEVER recommend Lake RV. The morning we came in to pick it up, there were people cleaning it that looked like they were on Meth. Sharon charged us $438.00 for a quote that took 1 hour. They also killed the batteries on our 5th wheel and we had to spend $300 on new batteries thanks to Sharon s incompetence.There were between 6-8 RVs sitting in the work garages-none of them were being worked on.When we asked what the timeline was for getting our RV back, Sharons response was when calling in several times, I don t know, I can t tell you . We stopped in as we were traveling through Sandpoint to pick up a few parts.The staff was super-friendly with an offer of assistance to help us find what we needed that included an inspection of our RV to determine the correct size.Recommended.

They say one thing do another. Shoddy sloppy work, didn't even finish the repairs but charged us for storage while it sat there waiting to be finished. Still not fixed. Double billed me and my insurance for the same work and storage. They got paid over $50,000 to "fix" a crack on the exterior, a month later the siding gas come undone, they didn't secure the awnings and they ripped holes in the ceiling trying to transport it, and all the electrical outlets are dead in the back end. Now we have MORE problems than we started out with.

Paid $125 for nothing fixed. Dude tried flushing a clog from the black water tank from outside, all while the tank was maybe a quarter full and was told my vavle was broken which is not. The person was asked if it could be snake from the toilet, he ignored this. Left bag of screws that belong to the black water tank handle and to the tank belly guard to be put back in by me. Very disatified with service and i later fixed the clog with a $6 sink snake I bought at walmart... if you want stuff for the inside their prices are pretty decent.

I cannot say enough about the incredible service this company provides. On a recent trip from Alberta, Canada on our way to Ravenwood RV resort, our fifth wheel encountered a broken bracket. My husband managed to temporarily repair the trailer so that we were able to limp it to Lake RV Repairs yard. Upon inspection, the fine folks at Lake determined that they could in fact fix our trailer. Upon learning that we had only started our holiday the day before we broke down, they had the parts expediated to their shop. They allowed my husband & I to stay with our trailer (we sent our kids to stay with friends at nearby Ravenwood) in the shop yard that evening, even offering to plug us in & hook us to water. The parts arrived early Tuesday morning and the fine folks at Lake RV Repair had our fifth wheel repaired by 11 am!! Thank you doesn't seem enough...but thank you!! I have not stopped talking about the fine service from this company since we got home. Dropped off our Trailer to be fixed on a Wednesday June 21st before our trip to get our Fridge working. Was told that they ordered a Optical Board & they would have it Monday June 26th . Monday comes & I am told it is fixed & working. The manufacturer authorized since it was warranty work to get out RV cleaned (exterior) since we did not have time. I was told yes that would happen before I picked it up on Wednesday the 28th 1 week after drop-off. I was thrilled that they accomplished such a feat in such a short period of time on my new RV. Now comes Wednesday the 28th. Fridge doesn't work, fins were bent, rv not cleaned, I was told that the Optical Board was not replaced only a Thermistor (but that was still attached to my paperwork still new in package) I was handed the keys & they walked away. I called my manufacturer to tell them nothing was done & do not pay them. When we got it home to inspect they had removed 3 very long screws from my bedroom hardware (they did not fall out I use this RV almost every weekend I almost broke 2 doors pulling on them, we could not find the 2 1/2" screws anywhere so they had to be removed by someone else). If you want REALLY BAD customer service & to be lied to & not have work done & take it here.

This is a terrible company and I DO NOT recommend them. The owner Sharon is very deceptive and will lie right to your face while taking your money.
