Besides being well known for providing the fastest tire service in town, any issue with your suspension, or least mine, will be handled here with the rare combination of quality and good pricing. I originally discovered Elite after having my wheel (not tire, my entire wheel) fall off as I was driving, and having the fortune of my truck happening to by towed there. Ever since, I have purchased all my tires and had my suspension work done here.In the event you encounter any issues with their work, or you find you apparently can t understand basic English as with my misunderstanding, their staff is prepared to make things right for you

I was in a bind. My usual place was busy so I called Elite. Not only were they happy to help, they only charged me about HALF of what my usual place quoted! Elite went above and beyond, were SUPER friendly and VERY affordable. I wish I would have found them long ago! They are simply FANTASTIC!

We called to get a quote on some brakes, ours badly needed done & they where at the point of being dangerous to drive with. They took no time to even try to fit us in, they where rude over the phone after we even expressed that we had kids, & they where the most expensive place in town. Thankful now for Les Schwab for getting us in & for making our experience right!

We were camping using a rental and got a puncture. The rental didn't have a spare. We were able to get back to a gas station before it was entirely flat. We tried fix a flat and airing it up but it wouldn't hold. Bill saw us and asked if things were okay. He then invited us to follow him to his tire shop and patched us up. He was kind and generous in a way that helps restore faith in humanity. There are still good people out there, and this guy is one of them. I'd use his services for anything I could.

Got a flat in a rental and found that the spare was taken out. While refilling the tire at a gas station, we ran into Bill who very graciously offered to help us even though it was close to 7 PM. Bill fixed the puncture in less than 15 minutes and was incredibly thorough to make sure we were safe on the interstate. I can t recommend this location enough.

Bought 2 sets of tires here in the past and the work was good but now a family member had particular tires that elite didn't sell that they needed mounted but elite would not do it because the tires weren't bought there. On the phone they told us to come down to their shop but once there they turned us away. Pretty rude. Will not buy tires there again. No way.

I recently had a challenging issue with my tractor's front tire that kept going flat, even after replacing the tires and tubes. I brought my tractor to Elite Tire, and Solomon took on the challenge.Solomon didn't stop and switched out my new tubed tires and tubes to tubeless tires with new wheels. This solution not only fixed the problem but also enhanced the performance of my tractor.I'm now "cooking with peanut oil," as they say, thanks to Solomon's expertise and dedication to solving my tire problem. I highly recommend Solomon and the team at Elite Tire for their exceptional service and problem-solving skills. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Fantastic company with outstanding customer service! Had Elite put a level kit put on my truck and it came out great! They had the truck done in less than 24 hours at a great price, hard to beat that! I have taken my tires in for repair twice now and both times my tires were repaired in under 30 minutes! Will be going here again and again! Highly recommend this outstanding team!

These guys are great! Called in and told them I needed some front end work done ASAP. They were about a week out, but when I explained this car was being used for a field trip at our local school, Solomon moved some things around and got me in the next day to inspect my vehicle. Within 20 minutes of dropping my car off the inspection was done and they were ordering parts. Had the car back at the end of the day and drives like new. Great shop with fair prices and integrity. They made a tire and suspension customer for life.

I give them 10 stars, not five. All the staff at Ponderay, ID, Elite Tire & Suspension consistenly provide, friendly, professional and trustworthy work. I drove in @ 2p.m, on 12-29, in an ER situation. The owner dropped what he was doing, drove my car two ft. & knew I needed brakes(s). I was in/out of there in < 2hrs. AMAZING!! Super reasonablly priced. I'm a huge fan of Elite! Thanks for saving my bacon! June Fogerty

This team is exceptional. I've taken both of my personal vehicles in multiple times for brakes, new tires, and winter changeovers. Each time, they are professional, fast, and helpful. Today marked the 5th flat tire I've needed help with and they quickly repaired it for me and sent me on my way. Give them your business - you'll be glad you did!

Every time I come to Elite, they are so fast! They do great work and I ve never been turned away. I was a long time customer of Les Schwab but after being told that they wouldn t touch my 4Runner because it had spacers on it, I went to Elite and they didn t bat an eye, they just knocked it out and quick too! These guys will have my business forever.

I always support local businesses when possible.However I won t be returning to this place with my company s business.They recommend a suspension grade with airbags that leaked constantly.And after a year it failed when one the bags exploding.The manager took no responsibility for there poor work that caused me six months of back pain.Only after I took it to another shop and they told me it was improperly installed did it fix my trucks bottoming out and my pain.The worst part being customer service, not taking responsibility lack of understanding of how a simple airbag system works on rear suspension system .

What a wonderful experience! This company is an example of what all customer service businesses should take notes from. They have great prices, excellent brands. My wife and I own a local moving company, and needed 2 new steer tires for our moving truck. They took care of us the same day, and had the best prices in the area. On average, they were 20% lower, maybe more. I can't thank them enough. Elite Tire will be a dominant force in North Idaho, and any other place they decide to open up to. Just had one of those extremely rare experience of grace and kindness in a service biz situation. Went with what I thought was a slow flat, ended up being a wheel situation... So, it was fixed and I went to pay, and was told - no, no charge. Like an honest to goodness taking care of your community gesture. Brilliant. OH, they have a great waiting area with complimentary Kureig! Definitely coming back with real business when I have the need.

Best tire and supension company I've ever used. Incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond taking on extras work on a full day with short notice to work on my truck and at a lower than expected price. Highly recommend.

I needed some work done on my front axle. I was expecting to pay a few hundred bucks. Elite quoted me less than 200 for the work, and when the work was finished the final cost was actually significantly less than the quote. Not only was the price good, but they got my truck in and out much faster than I expected. They called me 40 minutes after my appointment to tell me they were done and everything was looking good. Elite has won my business for life.
