Over the top service! Blew a hole in my transfer case, had to get my rig towed to their shop .I just have one vehicle. They worked me in and had it fixed in a couple days, noticed other issues that their shop doesn t do- delivered the truck to another local shop for me for that repair as well.. I am just so impressed with their communication, genuine desire to help, over the top service and honesty. Top shop here! Highly recommend!

I feel horrible I had to leave my broken motorhome after hours. Rather than getting yelled at, they fixed it right up. Price was fair and service was fast.

I took my truck to these guys and they had it fixed within like a day. I thought something was wrong so took it back and thank goodness wasn t transmission again but these guys helped diagnose issues and didn t charge me and they were super busy and took time to help me. Jermy is pretty awesome. Good job guys and thanks for helping a single mom out. Have a happy fourth

I recommended my son take his RV over there. Nothing was wrong with it but to at least service the fluids. It made it to the Dalles in Oregon. Than I had my wife bring her Toyota RAV4 In, just because we are going to bring it on a long trip. They change the fluids said things look good three days later tranny fluid was leaking all out of it, so we spent Another $1700 more and it made it to Mount Shasta. both vehicles were too far to tow back for them to look at. So now I wonder ... my family took two vehicles that we love to them and neither could make it Home a total loss. Cannot say it was their fault but I don t like my odds of bringing any more vehicles over there

Honest and trust worthy people. They are all very actively involved in the community too which has been great to see. They know you by name and are knowledgeable about not only transmissions but everything else about cars and motorcycles. I m always impressed when we take our family vehicles here.

They rebuild my 68rfe in my ram 3500 in 5 days...so fast. 2 weeks later we were in moab, 4 corners and Mesa Verde. All I can say is thank you for a flawless job. We hit every mud hole and hill climb as well as hauling firewood all the way there so we didn't have to buy any. Definitely happyService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Seriously the best place around our area...unless you want to go all the way to Montana...but then your paying almost twice as much. These guys do an excellent job and for the price you can't beat their work. They are honest and reliable to give you your options. The only negative is they don't do payments....but how can you blame them??

Have had everything here from servicing to complete rebuilds and have never been disappointed. Most recently a complete rebuild on my 68 mustang and it was done in a timely manner and excellent work.

Left my truck at Burnets . They diagnosed my truck. I live 2hrs away. I got told I could come get my truck. I asked them to leave my keys locked in the truck. I showed ip to get my truck they had locked the truck without the keys in it. They left my hood open for anyone to help themselves. And my battery was dead from the light being on in thecab from the hood. No emergency number and had to figure out a store that had jumper cables. Cost 100 extra and I did not like the ideah of using my avalanche to jump my Silverado. It was very upsetting that they left me hangingService: Auto engine diagnostic

Performed a transmission/transfer case service on my 89 Blazer. Shortly after, I brought the blazer back complaining of issues that I had unknowingly caused myself when I attempted my own maintenance. They didn t charge me a dime , and were very patient, fixing my mistake, that I had blamed on them!! Steve is the kind of guy you want handling your vehicle!!Service: Transmission

My transmission was going into limp mode, so I took it into them. They only looked as far as my bell housing. (Which had a pretty big crack in it) they charged me $1300 to replace the bell housing, and told me "that should fix your problem" they didn't even look into the actual transmission! I got it back and it was/is still going into limp mode. I have left them 2 messages that what the did didn't fix my problem, and they won't return my call at all. My car stopped going in reverse. The dealer wanted more than my car was worth to replace the transmission. Steve was able to get me going in reverse again in just one day for 1/5 the cost! Needless to say, I am a happy customer!Steve quoted me a minimum and maximum cost before I took my vehicle in and the final bill was within the range quoted and turned out to be much closer to the low end. Fortunately my problem wasn't too serious. I like how they showed me the broken parts and explained exactly what went wrong.My experience with mechanics has been that they try to talk over my head and suggest that I just trust them. Not here. I appreciate that Burnett Transmission wanted me to understand up front what I was getting into while showing confidence in their ability to identify and address my problem within a quoted price range. I highly recommend this shop for your transmission needs.

Had vibrations on my truck and called Burnett transmission. They had me bring it in and determined my rear u joint was about to go. They squeezed me into their schedule and had me back on the road in just over an hour. Great service and people! Definitely recommend!

Steve is HONEST AND RELIABLE!!! He quoted me a price over the phone, said the work would be done in 2 days, and that's just what he delivered.Flawless and quick service. Fair pricing. He explained in detail why problems occurred, how to address and how to avoid in the future. I'd come back with any future transmission related needs.Steve is the best tranny shop in town! He is the honest! Very honest.. The only place I will go for transmission repairs!

These men did amazing work on an older vehicle that I love. They sourced the hard-to-get parts and solved a puzzle that I thought was going to be unsolvable! They're kind, patient and extremely helpful. Oh, and they do more than just transmissions. Truly recommend this shop to anyone. They are honest and will help find a fix or do a complete overhaul, whichever will solve the problem.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I called in about getting my truck looked at, Cameron said they could get it checked out right away. It ended up taking me a few days to get it down there as my kid got sick. When I dropped it off, I waited a couple days before calling to find out what was wrong. I hadn't been even looked at. I called back and Steve was on a "test drive" and would call me back, never did! Then, it sat for TWO WEEKS with nothing done to it. After those two weeks of not getting a call back I went down there to pick it up and take it to another shop. I showed up early, waited and waited. They opened late, and in that time I was able to scrap my windows, noticing my truck was COMPLETELY UNLOCKED sitting by the Hwy, I opened the door to make sure everything was still in there, emergency gear, hiking stuff, stereo. They finally opened and I went in, NO ONE was at the front so I stood and waited some more, hearing the guys laughing and chatting in the back. Since I had time to stand around, I noticed a calendar in the front with my truck no where on it, and also the keys hung right by the front door. I ended up just taking my keys and driving away since I obviously wasn't going to be getting any help! I came back to let them know I took my truck, and the guy only said "ok." The real icing on the cake here is that the inside of my truck REEKS OF CIGARETTES!! Like they were taking smoke breaks in there since the weather was cold. AWFUL, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, FILTHY service all around! Not one good thing I have to say about this place.

My truck is my business. I do a lot of heavy hauling so any down time is money lost. I called Burnett Transmission and immediately liked their customer service. They answered all my questions and offered experienced suggestions. They made room to get my truck in the same day I called.

There terrible had my truck for over week after spending 8000$ a year before wouldent cover anything there garbage do not go there they don t stand by there transmission at all

Where to begin?It took almost a month to get 2 things replaced , in 3 separate appointments, which did not fix the problem I need a new transmission, but wanted to try a couple different things first, which the first attempt was told to do by the insurance company before they would authorize a new transmission install; the second thing Burnett wanted to try on their own at NO COST TO ME (which they failed to say I would need to PAY FOR THE FLASH);During the time I had my vehicle, waiting for them to call me or drive it to see if it is working properly, I fully expected the transmission to go out and leave me stranded on the side of the road;I had a 930am appointment; they hadn t touched it until after 1130am, when I called to see if their test was done;What s the point of making an appointment esp when they know you will be waiting and not leaving your vehicle overnight for them to work on their leisureRarely returned phone calls, to the point I felt like a hostile person in calling to get an answer;They broke verbal contracts and/or failed to fully advise of extra cost;Said that all monies paid thus far would be the�only�monies paid, regardless if need a new transmission as the insurance will cover that then said I had to take the vehicle to another location to finish the job (Flashing) and that it would cost me more $ (after confirming several times that I would not have to pay extra before I authorized work);Cameron rarely had any answers for me when asked, just would uhmm or I m looking at the service order while saying nothing else which I did not have a copy;Several times he said he would call me back when he has the answer and never did;I was forced to call the next dayRefused to put in a used transmission even if authorized by me and they would get fully paid by my insuranceI was told by a couple different people to not go there as they had terrible experiences:Didn t fix the issue and was basically told, it s not my problem, go somewhere else then ; andDidn t fix the issue, after said it was, so had to go somewhere elseHowever, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as Burnett was recommended by a mechanic we know.It s sad that a company that has been in business for so long treats customers this way. Especially one that has IN GOD WE TRUST on their billboard.I will never refer or go to Burnett Transmission again.Thanks, Burnett, for making me spend over $1,200 on something that STILL NEEDS FIXED.

This is where you NEED to take your car for ANY and ALL transmission needs. Period.It was such a pleasure dealing with Steve and he even called two weeks later to check up on our truck; we're taking another trip and he was glad to have us bring it in for a drive just to be on the safe side.Great place of business! After meeting Steve I feel like my vehicle is in the hands of a family member. Steve has worked on two of my vehicles and I will continue to use his services.

Went in for simple transmission oil change. They somehow didnt even do it completely, broke a part causing me to have to go the dealership and spend $600 fixing their own mess up and these guys still had the gall to charge me $80 to break my car
