The owner did an amazing job on my truck. He went above and beyond. He noticed rust damage from the person who messed with it before, he fixed the damage. Didn't charge me for the extra work and just wanted to let me know. He was the most affordable place in town, I got lots of quotes. I will definitely use them again for any future needs. Thank you 7B Auto Glass.

7B went above and beyond when replacing our windshield for an insurance claim. It's hard to find businesses that have honor and integrity and do the right thing. 7B still operates with old fashion values and service. I highly recommend them.

My name is Don McDonald, a very satisfied customer of 7B Auto Glass.I contacted Rick at 7B Glass after being told by another local glass repair shop that they would work with my insurance. Unfortunatly when we purchased our vehicle, the dealer sold us a policy specifically for windshield replacement, unfortunate, because I now know this insurance company hedges on paying the actual cost of the replacement and their coverage excludes the needed calibration!Rick assured me that he has experience, not only working with insurance companies, but also car dealers. Rick then went to work being our advocate working out all the details to get our windshield replaced, even to the extent of having the car dealer agree to pay half of the necessary calibration.I liken Ricks service to "Old Fashion Customer Service" the kind that puts the customer in high priorty, customer service that is difficult to find anymore.I say all this even before I mention the excellent quality of the windshield installation.Thank you Rick for a job well done. I spoke with Holly and she helped me figure out my insurance because they weren't on the "preferred list." She was able to get me in quickly and made the process painless! Very nice clean shop. Exceptional service! The regulator for the driver side automatic window burned out and couldn t get it to go up. Called a couple places and were booked out for weeks. Finally was referred to Rick at 7B Auto Glass. Rick was able to get me in right away. All through the process of getting it fixed, Rick was always professional and would keep me updated on the progress. His work far exceeded my expectations. Outstanding business! My rear view mirror fell off, taking a chunk of glass with it. Rick fixed it up like new and gave me a screaming deal. Heck of a nice guy and knows what he s doing. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Called in and told them I needed a new windshield ASAP. They did not have the glass in stock and said it would be a few days to get it, but when I explained this car was being used for a field trip at our local school, Rick moved some things around and DROVE to Spokane the next morning to get glass for my truck! Dropped my vehicle off late in the afternoon and he stayed late to knock it out. Nothing better than a business that actually cares but also has fair prices and integrity. They made a glass customer for life.

I had to have my windshield glass replaced and the service was awesome. I called around to several shops, but he took his time and gave me all the details. The other shops either were in a rush or the person that answered couldn t help me. I was worried about a couple things and he put my mind at ease. It was fixed in no time and when I picked it up, it was easy to check out. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Needed to have the rear window in the F150 replaced. Glass on r-side of the back window cracked. Insurance unable to find local company who could get it replaced quickly. After a search, I noticed a new auto glass company locally. Worked with insurance and got in the next day. Rick was extremely helpful, replaced the window, and worked with our insurance company. He also noticed a couple other non related issues on the truck and informed me if these. So very helpful. Will definitely use this company again.Service: Installation

Had a cracked windshield in a 2019 Outback that was replaced, I called multiple shops that were having trouble finding the windshield and were unable to re-calibrate the Subaru Eyesight safety features which meant I would have the windshield replaced and then take my car to the dealship to have things re-calibrated. 7B was able to find it and do everything in their shop. They were professional, great customer service and a pleasure to work with. If you need a new windshield, go here you won't regret it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

7B Auto Glass has 100% earned my business! I will return to them for any auto glass needs in the future.I unfortunately had a broken passenger side window. If that wasn't bad enough it happened right as our super windy snow storm hit. I called 2 other local businesses 1 never returned my call and the other was booked way out. I thought I was going to be stuck driving to Spokane for a Saturday appt, but then I saw 7B Auto Glass. I called; Rick was super friendly and said he would check when he could have the glass in the shop. He litterly called me back in less than 5 mins and said he could get the glass and do the job the next day! In addition to his great customer service the price he quoted me was $200.00 LESS than the Spokane shop!!! If all of this wasn't amazing enough even though I gave them the ok to leave my keys in the center console because I knew I would get there after 5 Rick waited till I got there and had my car warming up for me! The window looked and works great. I highly recommended this new local business to anyone in the need for any auto glass needs.Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement

Great customer service. Nice new shop. Their experience showed through the entire process. My insurance claim was handled seamlessly. They made sure I was happy with the windshield install and were able to complete the entire process.They had the equipment to recalibrate my lane assist features on our new Kia. This saved me a whole separate appointment at the dealer and the car was ready for full use upon pickup. I have tested it and everything functions properly.There were no dents, scratches, broken clips, the windshield was set centered and had oe Kia branded glass as requested.Thanks for the great work and integrity repair.P.s. I do personally know the owner but my word here is unbiased and if needed I would come back.

They put a replacement window in the old 1937 Dodge truck that I've had rebuilt. &B Auto Glass did a terrific job, on time, and on price, i.e. matching their estimate, even though it turned out to be more difficult than anticipated. I highly recommend 7B Auto Glass. The customer service was excellent as was the quality of work. Chipping and cracking windshields is just part of life in North Idaho so I will be back soon hopefully not too soon!
