Broke down in Pocatello with our Freightliner motorhome and 5 horses in tow. Service manager told us maybe he could look at it in 5 days, but he'd have to look and call us back after his lunch break because he was late leaving for lunch. No customer service in this place!!

Showed up Friday 3-8-2024 with a concern of low boost service manager said yes we can get you right in me good they charged me a mess load of money and still never figured out what the problem is the service tech was asked to check the overhead on my engine to which he just wend and done a complete overhead adjustment when he wasn't asked to do such pretty much just took a 1000.00 dollars from me don't recommend this place

I had such great help here. The service was truly amazing, because of the friendly and outgoing workers. They helped make a bad day great.

I can t say enough good things about Western states cat and the service manager We were broke down on the road. He worked us into his schedule and got us fixed and back on the road. Thank you again James Brozovich.

Drove by their facility last week. Hadn t been out there for awhile. I was impressed with how nice the property looked. The landscaping has matured and is looking very nice. Great Company to have in our town.

Great facility, quick and thorough work.If your business needs truck service that delivers in a timely fashion these are your guys!Towed in one afternoon ready at 8am the next morning. They have a night shift mechanic team that is amazing!Thank you!

Great experience. Called first thing at opening describing my issue, said bring the truck in. Got there, put my truck inside right away just like they said they would. Fixed within a reasonable time, with a friendly tech and service manager.

Great customer service. I turn to these guys for hardware and fixtures. They are fair priced even though they have that big dollar sing Cat stamped on each part. Would highly recommend.

Applied to several different positions. Waited the waiting period before calling. They told me they would check on it and call me back. Never did. After 2 months of calling and checking on it they finally tell me the position is filled

I must say I love their facility. I toured it about a month ago, I have found that is clean well-organized, as well as very modern. Great work thank you for the tour.

Been by there 1000xHave just Wanted to stop..& check it out..Or like the Mechanic said "Tour" the place.LOLAnyhow finally Needed to go there for a repair& parts.Awesome...Afterhours,got right in .right onto the job..repaired it & lester price than anticipated.So way COOL..Downfall.. was after hours SO ,NO "GRAND TOUR".But all is Well..Another Time ,I'm sure!My opinion GREAT PLACE...Friendly People..& CAT..What more is there to ask 4!

I own a 1999 Freightliner with a 3406 cat engine...the engine needed to be rebuilt...mike helped me trough the process ..helped mePick out the right package for me...him and his team were very professional...ran into a few snags and took care of it quickly...if u want to get things done quickly this is the place you need to go to....they got my engine rebult in 2 days hard to beleive but they did it....i highly recommend this shop to anyone...great people great service...thank u very much

I have contacted them twice now, once in person, for a quote on both a skidsteer and an excavator. On neither occasion was I ever contacted back with the quote. Take your business somewhere that wants it.

Jim Betty sold me a CatVery happy with my purchase as always the Cat dealership is very fair, as I have seen as a customer in there rental store over the years alsoThey are greatIf you live Near this store you would have to be crazy to buy any other brand.

Within hours figured out what was wrong, and fixed it next day, even after he told me they might not even get to it the day i dropped it off.Definitely bringing more to them.

Their new shop is nice and they got lots and lots of Parts though you don't have to wait get back of the road

This place is huge. We had an evacuation drill at work and we had to walk to Western States.
