Over 75% of their vehicles don't have an engine or any components to one. They used to have a decent inventory with about half the cars having an engine. Now their parent company Shaws pulls the engines on a lot of them before they get to the yard. Not much point in going to a upull if inventory socks. However, their employees are friendly.

We have went to U Pull for a lot of parts through the years. I have been very impressed with the knowledge they have of their vehicles and the parts that are available.

I ve been in there in the past month and never have I had such terrible customer service at any place I ve gone to. The guy in there changes the time he wants to close every time and refuses to look up vehicles. Today he flat out said it s closed while still letting people in the yard. I ve been in at 4, 4:10 and 4:15 for 5 min or less jobs and he s just the hardest person to work with. Grade school mannerisms.

Guy is arrogant and rude doesn't really care to get any service. He isn't someone to deal with the public. Probably should consider getting a new person to run your joint.

The title says it all you go out and pull your parts you need yourself. Always wear boots and keep a positive attitude. I love it it reminds me of home :)

Not a bad place to visit if you know the part you are looking for. I had tonfic my door handel on my old ford. I eas able to get it way cheaper than buying it on line a d I know the fit was correct because I took it off the same year of vehicle.

This place is a total scam. Took them a 2017 Toyota Rav that my wife hit a deer in. The front was crunched and had been unrepairable for me. They told me that they could only get a couple hundred out of it because it was only possible to scrap it in the condition it was in. Stuck it on Facebook marketplace that evening and had it sold within an hour for $2k (and was told by the shop that bought it that even at a salvage auction it would have sold for $4500) these salvage yards know people don't want a wrecked vehicle in their drive and that most are uneducated as to what value they have and will essentially give them their vehicle. Please try Facebook or ksl or craigslist before taking ANY vehicle here. Let's put these lame shiesters out of business

I love this place and I'm a woman! I can spend several hours searching for the exact parts I need. Of course I always have m brother or husband with me to pull the parts I want!!! This trip I spent around $60.00. Had I bought them new, I would have spent $250 -$300, possibly more! If the parts are electrical and don't work, you can go back and get another one! In this case, everything worked perfectly!

First experience was horrible, but second and third(this time) worked out in my favor. Things seemed to be more organized as far as knowing their inventory and for moments of being on a tight budget, good way to go if you're doing your own work!! Just the way I like it.

I've been to a ton of junk yards and Nate is hands down one of the best junkyard workers I've dealt with. He bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. Nate is always friendly, honest, and patient. Dude easily deserves a raise because you don't find workers like him anymore. Thanks Nate!

I found everything for my truck i wanted, it may not necessarily go to my truck but if you want dome cool mods and parts for cheap this is the place to go. They have convenient heavy duty carts for tools and parts with a numerical system to find what you are looking for quickly. Also all cars are jacked up, and supported for your convenience

They have a large selection of parts for all kinds vehicles at discount prices, because you do the work to get the parts so you can pick what you want. Staff is friendly and helpful. I get most of my parts there.

Nate at Upull is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. He really knows his stuff and will do everything in his power to help customers. I highly recommend going here!

Really thought it was a great idea but not so much. Wandered around in mud for an hour and paid just as much for old chipped and weathered tail light assembly as a new one at Orilleys, exactly the same price! Learned a lesson. Price around first!!!

This place is awesome! 2$ entry fee and they'll look up the vehicle your after and compatible ones. You go and pull your own parts. But if you have any questions they really know there stuff. I just love coming here!

Went to get some parts missing from my new truck, found exactly what I needed and had a great conversation with the guy working the office. Great place to go if you know how to get your own parts!

Salvage yard, you go find the parts you need, pull them and save money. On the plus side, you get to practice and learn how to install and/or remove the part, before you work on your own vehicle. Practice makes perfect!

Excellent service and friendly staff. I had a special situation so they waved the usual fee to enter the yard. Ultimately they didn't have what I needed but neither did anyone else. I will definitely give them another shot the next time I'm looking for a rare part.

I called ahead asked if the had the part I was looking for or the SUV on the lot that had the part for us to pull ,the receptionist said yes.So we drove out there only to find several SUV s without my part which was an ENGINE,..not just a small item and so it's a great place but be aware that they have a poor system for letting customers know what is there and not..Now I realize it's kind of i.possible for all items to be listed but a complete engine and the engines sold you would hope they.had some knowledge of what is and isn't there

Called from our of town for a transmission. They said they had one and we drove an hour and a half to go get it. Got there and they didn't actually have one. Bad business and not reliable.

Great place, friendly service and good selection of parts. Everything is priced well. A must look for those that know a little or a lot about vehicles and need parts. Vehicles are all off the ground and stable enough to pull anything you need. Go check them out!!

Always has the parts we need. 2 of the 3 staff members I have seen have been very helpful and friendly. The older lady at the desk is always rude rolling her eyes when we go in. Apart from that it's a great place

If you decide to call them make 100% sure that they actually have the part. They have no clue what they have other than if they have a vehicle. And saying it s impossible to do inventory is wrong because most places do. I guess I shouldn t have just assumed that if she asked me all the specs and gave me prices on the part that I needed that they must have it. This is called bad business in my opinion
