Big shout of to Noah and the team for putting a new transmission into my car. Everything is running great!!! I really appreciated all of the open communication throughout the process and the whole team was very friendly. Great place to get your car worked on or to purchase a new one. 10 STARS !!! Just leased a beautiful 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid! Aspen was incredible walking my wife and I through our various options and answering every question we had. Best sales experience ever! Neil and Gibson were incredible as well. Very patient and gave detailed, understandable insight. Pocatello Honda is absolutely remarkable! Best dealership I have ever been to.

I had a great experience with Craig, he is very helpful and professional. Even though they couldn't fix my trucks issues, he was helpful in trying to find me another solution. Also allowed me to store my truck for a couple days until I could find a place to tow it. Never even charged me for the initial diagnostic. Great people, very welcoming and you can tell they actually appreciate your business. Thanks Craig!

Great service, their staff was friendly and eager to help throughout the entire process while also being willing to improvise with a deal I could afford! Kyle specifically was extremely helpful and helped make sure I understood every part of the process and every detail of the car before I bought it! Drove several hours to take a chance on this dealership and it was definitely worth it!

Weirdest experience with sales at a car dealership.It seems as though the sales person didn t take me seriously, or had better things to do than sell a new car, because I was told the car I wanted was not available. Because of this I had to drive to Bountiful, UT and Boise, ID to get the cars I was looking for even though the exact one I was looking for was on the lot at Teton Honda.It has been six weeks since I was told the vehicle was not available, and it is still sitting on their lot. I don t understand with all the reputation of high pressure sales why they would do that at Teton Honda, but it frustrates me that I could have saved a lot of time and money on gas, had they been willing to sell a vehicle on their lot when I had cash to purchase it.

The crew at Honda is terrific! They re friendly, fast and through. Kyle is great to work with. Additionally while I was wondering about the parking lot waiting for my car a young lady from the sales team came out to greet me. I highly recommend Teton Honda for your purchase or to have your car serviced.

The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Osman, Neil, and Tommy and practically everybody there took such great care of me. I can't thank them enough for getting me into a vehicle that was perfect for me. There isn't enough room in this text box for me to express how above and beyond this team went for me. If you need a vehicle buy it from Teton Honda or you are really going to miss out.

When it comes to helpful people willing to go above and beyond Noah and his team at Honda will treat you right and work with you. My fianc� had transmission issues and the way they conveyed their care and personable experiences astounded me. Not only did they work with precision, they also worked with us. Not once did we feel cheated or left out of the loop. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Noah. Thank you all.

I leased a 2023 Civic today with Sean. He gave me a fantastic deal, and I got an incredibly low payment with barely anything down. My entire family uses Teton Honda religiously, and I am now hooked. Here s a pic of me with my 2021 CRV Hybrid that I traded in. I m going to miss her!

I visited Teton Honda to find an affordable, but durable car and I was not disappointed! We were immediately greeted upon entering the lot and checked out a couple of cars right away, test drove one, and it was perfect! I walked out with a new car and some great benefits packages to help maintain the car over the years. And the best part, it was affordable! The staff was great. Sean helped us through everything and showed me how to use all the new bells and whistles. Tommy was great with offering the additional benefits and coverage packages. I feel so much more at ease knowing that I'm covered if something crazy happens. I was treated very well by staff. I highly recommend Teton Honda abd its staff. They treat you like family and I felt very welcome.

I purchased a 2022 Honda CRV. I have been very impressed with Holly who helped me order the exact car I wanted. I have been getting it serviced every 3 months, the service department has been detailed and helpful. I also had my windshield replaced with Teton. It was a quick and easy process. Teton Honda has been the best dealership I have ever worked with. Thanks

They have the most helpful and lighthearted staff. The kids room was so great and clean. Their kindness and understanding with children made our buying process that much calmer. They offered us a great deal that made us jump on trading in our car for a bigger one! I still can t believe the deal and ease of everything.

Teton Honda has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us. We re on our third CRV and will definitely be returning to Teton Honda for our next vehicle. Their customer service is top notch. The sales staff is always knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for us every time we come in (Sean Funke always takes good care of us and we highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car at Teton Honda). And the service department is always quick and helpful.I don t know why anyone would buy or service their cars anywhere else.

This is the first time I m dealing with Teton s service after bringing my vehicle in for warranty work. I got an appointment the next day after I called which was nice and the service guys are nice and friendly. Great communication from diagnoses to repair and with a free car wash they finished in a timely manner.

Had an unexpected day off of work today and stopped by Honda. My family is looking to get into a bigger vehicle closer to summer, but I wanted the opportunity to test drive a few cars in the snow. Even though I wasn't buying today, Aspen was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through all of the features of three different vehicles and letting me test drive the ones I liked. I had a wonderful experience and was grateful for the top-notch customer service I received.

The service department is excellent. Most of the employees have been employed here for years and they remember me, my car, and my concerns. They have always been honest with me and being a single female, that's important to me. My sister also has a Honda and will drive all the way to Pocatello from Salt Lake City to have her car serviced. That says a lot, too.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. We bought a vehicle from them and it supposedly had an inspection done on it and everything, we had our oil changed by them a few times and they also rotated our tires. We had to take our Jeep to get new tires at Les Schwab and they showed us what lug nuts were on our jeep and they were extremely small and not the right ones which could have had a very bad outcome since we traveled thousands of miles without knowing we had the wrong lug nuts on our car. Plus it costed $80 to replace them with the right ones. Plus the guys who rotated our tired more than once didn't even realize it so they probably don't know what they are doing.

I absolutely love Honda! I have been working with them since early 2020 when I got a new car from them and have always had my problems resolved in a timely professional manner. Wonderful people wonderful place! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! We were driving through on our way to Jackson Hole when our car started leaking coolant. Craig Carey was helpful and went out of his way to get us back on the road again. A rare experience these days. Highly recommend them. Thanks Craig!

Teton Hondas mechanical staff was great. I took my car in for an oil change and they serviced it. They vacuumed it,washed it. It looks great! They were so friendly. I recommend them highly.

Daughter needed a car. Went to Teton Honda to look. Had a great experience there buying a used car for my other daughter previously and this experience was just as enjoyable. The salesman Sean was very personable and knowledgeable. We got a reliable car at a reasonable price.
