My experience with Switchback Motorsports was very brief, but I am a customer for life. Being of a more mature age, I want more customer service in my buying experience and less suspense when finding the deal. I already knew what I wanted, so selling me on the motorcycle of choice was not hard to do. I sent in an inquiry via email and it was promptly answered first thing the next business day. Carl was there with me through the while process, even though I was over an hour away from the dealership. He made the purchase personal, and shared his own experiences of motorcycles with me, so I had confidence in his knowledge. The price was fair with no hidden fees because it was all discussed with me up front. Carl even rode his own motorcycle to escort me out of town after the papers were signed, just to make sure I found my way. I may still have some buyers remorse later on, but it will have nothing to do with the service and treatment I experienced at Switchback. (Yes Carl, I made it home safely with a gigantic smile on my face!)

SAVED OUR LIFE!!!!! We blew parts up in the mountain, we called Liz and Brennon in parts, and we would be there 20 minutes after they close at 2pm on Saturday. Liz and Brennon STAYED LATE and has all the parts ready to go for us! Parts dpt 10/10!!!!!

These guys kick it old school when it comes to customer service, and professionalism. Thank you for accurately diagnosing my winch problem and getting Polaris to honor the warranty! Clean building with employees that actually greet you, and act like they care about their customers. You guys have my business. These guys working here are fantastic! Seriously, a class act. I took my machine to be worked on here, and I believe I received very fair pricing. They were pleasant to interact with and shared their knowledge freely with me me in regard to all my questions (which I typically have a lot!)5/5 stars I will definitely be back!

I have called several times to get parts or to talk to service and i always get told there busy and someone would call me back. Well this is the 5th time I have had this experience and still nobody calls back. You call them back no matter what time of day and get the same thing. This go s with parts and service. This place has become a joke will not be doing business with then anymore!!

Excellent store and staff. Jake and the crew are great to work with. No one understands snow biking, dirt bikes and RZRs better than these guys. I highly recommend Switchback.

These guys are awesome! They got my XP right in, and repaired quickly. They did a great inspection, and saved me money by finding some additional needed items, that would have caused future issues. They also cleaned my machine and did a great job. Thank you to the tech, wash crew, Perry, and Jake.

First time into this shop. Was greeted by smiling ,friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about their machines and accessories. Ended up buying a Polaris 570. Very happy with it! When I'm ready to buy another I will definitely be back.Thank you Braiden in sales.Chad in finance. And Joe in sales. Excellent experience!

Try this again I am not very good at doing post so sorry if this went twice. I just want to send out a BIG THANK YOU to all the staff at Switchback I was very leary of just getting another run around on the repairs on one of my four wheelers with a high bill to just end up with it still not running while up camping. I was treated with big smiles and extreme friendship during my first time giving this shop a first try and cannot express my thanks to all those I delt with including the mechanics I did not actually get to meet first hand but they repaired my machine first go round and I felt a very fair price. It is so nice to know there are shops still around that care for the customer and not just give them a big run around. Again thank you all so much. I will be back

Dont bother with these guys. I took my son's atv over there and the guy didnt want to take it in and judge me saying it would cost me a 1,000 to just look at it and said it would be better if i sold it and then said i have a real good friend at snow and dirt that'll buy it off me for 100 bucks. And all i wanted was my sons 4 wheeler fixed. So thanks for the low ball offer and judgemental thought i couldn't afford it being fixed by you guys

Service department quoted me $149 an hour to remove a broken bolt. U ask them a question and they have to always ask someone else for the answer and takes forever. Staff is not knowledgeable. Also was gana purchase a bike ramp. It had. I price tag! Again had to step away and find out from someone and came back with $240.00. Same ramp on Motorsport is 115. This place is a rip off!!

I have purchased three units from Switchback Motor Sports in the last six months. Each purchase went smooth and I got a fair deal. The service and parts departments are excellent. They schedule you in as soon as they can and they get your machine completed on time as soon all the parts have arrived. This is a very busy dealership and I know of several repeat customers

We worked with Carter, he was awesome to work with. Price was good, we bought a little 4 wheeler for our daughter. They are very honest. No hidden fees. Quick transaction. We will come back to them even though we live around 2 hours away !

I bought a helmet here and because of the crazy times right now they didn't have anything that worked for me. They were quick to help me find a helmet that worked for me and had it there a couple days later. The place is really clean and the staff are all fantastic! Go see Nate Nelson, Jeff Katseanes, Matt Croft and the rest of the staff.

Great experience with Switchback Motorsports especially considering that I was purchasing the bike from out of state ( 200 miles away from my home in Utah.)Karl Ward was great throughout the sales process & delivery. He kept me informed on all aspects of the bike purchase from ETA / paperwork process, etc.Thanks Karl for making it so simple!I'll be BACK!!!

Nick and Robbie in parts have been excellent to deal with. I had some broken parts on a rental machine and they were able to get them here right away and we didn't even have any downtime or have to cancel bookings. Highly recommend Switchback Motorsports. Great people, great service. Thanks again

Looking to purchase a bike and this was the only place we went in and were instantly greeted, by the owner and the staff. Purchased a yz250fx here 3 years ago and had the same great experience. Just put a deposit down on another new bike. Thank you

Stopped in today for the first time to check these guys out, in search of some riding gear. Store was impressive and is the nicest facility of its kind in the Pocatello area. Great selection of vehicles and the best selection of riding gear in town. They also easily had the best service of the 3 motorsports shops I visited in town. Multiple people offered to assist me, and ultimately Nick spent a good part of his afternoon working with me to order the gear that best suited my needs. He's been great to work with; very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and these guys will be my new go-to for riding gear and equipment.

Carter abs Valerie were awesome to work with. We went in with one model in mind and Carter got us into something better! I really liked the no pressure sales aspect of the dealership. Valerie in financing was awesome, she had everything ready to go when she said and it was all quick and easy no waiting around. If your looking for an off-road vehicle look no further the the pros here.

During the craziness of Covid, I located the dirt bike I was in search of but had to travel 3+ hours to pick up. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready to sign, they loaded the bike for me and I was done in 15 minutes. This was the quickest and most seamless purchase I have ever made! I would highly recommend them.

Best customer service I have seen in a long time. We were on a long trip and needed some fabrication work on one of our Adventure bikes. They went above and beyond. They even brought chairs out for us to chill in while we waited out front. Great guys!

I live 210 miles from Switchback and still found it worth my while to drive up there rather than buy from anyone local. I saved several hundred dollars and experienced the easiest buying experience imaginable. No hidden fees, no surprises, no regrets.

This is an amazing dealership that goes out of their way to resolve problems and provide service. I had an intermittent problem with my newly purchased RZR which started during the warranty period and persisted after the warranty had expired. They worked hard with Polaris to resolve the issue. Moreover, when I take my machine in for service I am often helped with loading and unloading of my machine. Last time I took my machine for routine service someone washed it. I am impressed. Thanks everyone.

This is for Jordon, Carl, and Chad. I had been dealing with another motorsports place out of Twin Falls and was getting nowhere. So i called Switchback Motorsports and they had what i needed. The TW200 by Yamaha. I have been trying to go on a trip and they went out of their way to but together a cycle for me and ready to go when i arrived. A 2 hour plus drive later i showed up and there it was waiting for me to go. They walked me through it top to bottom Had a young man help put my trialer hitch on and load the bike. I was impatient in my eyes but they just help me get what i needed and got me on my way. Stand up Crew!!! thanks again guys . And the TW is EVERYTHING and more!
