Simple rock chip repair and they made it worse, causing it to spread. I should ve gone someplace else to fix it. I gave the tech an opportunity to come clean, yet he continued to lie about the damage he caused.

Had them repair a chip and three weeks later the repaired chip still cracked. I have had many chips repaired and never have I had them crack. I called them and they refused to warranty the the windshield because the crack is to big to repair they want to bill my insurance and I would have to pay the deductible. They should pick up the deductible for their poor repair. I definitely will not use them ever again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We got a rock chip while traveling. We came in without an appointment 15 minutes before closing time (the day before a holiday) with little expectation of getting in, but desperate because we knew it would split the windshield of our month-old car in the cold weather. The store manager, Jenn, was truly a lifesaver and had us pull the car into their garage where she immediately set to work. She cleaned all the windows while waiting for the resin to seal. She and other other woman employee (sorry I didn't get her name) were so kind to our caravan of family members. We were very impressed and so thankful for their professional service in our time of great need.

I was never able to gwt throw to an actule person when I called the automated system hung up on me 3 times and I gave up

The service was great. They were understanding about my situation and worked with me. They covered my back window with Crash wrap and said that if it tore before my appointment, that they would replace the crash wrap. When replacing the window, they cleaned all my other window and vacuumed all my floors in the car. They explained what they were going to do and then what they exactly did. Then they had me check out their work to see if I was satisfied with their work. They said if I have any questions to feel free to call.

Best service ever! We got a massive rock chip while traveling and was amazed how quickly they got us in and you can t even notice there was a rock chip ever there! Glen P. did an amazing job!

My door glass was replaced here, they did not order oem glass as requested. Additionally they were not able to tell me if the glass they ordered was tinted or not. After installation my door panel pops and makes horrible sounds. Additionally my window motor sounds very weak now. Business replied to this with a very helpful link to get this addressed. As such i have adjusted my review. Thank you safelite

On a recent road trip to the Redwoods I found myself with a rock chip needing repair. I knew if I didn't get it fixed it would get worse. I was nowhere close to home but I stopped in at the local safelite and Nik was awesome to deal with. He was quick, kind and accommodated me without an appointment and had me on my way as quick as he could. Nik did a great job and was a great example of what Safelite technicians should be!

They don't pick up the phone. Automated system hung up on me three times!! Finally hubby got through, only to be redirected to get a quote online. (If we wanted to do that we would have started there.) Hubby's quote was $119 for a rock chip repair and no one to fux until the next day!! Had a mobile chip repair come meet us within 10 minutes and fixed it $30.

I research companies thoroughly before I give them my business: Safelite is known for being fast and ultimately that was the selling point for me. What I can tell you is yes, Safelite is fast for rock chip repairs, but windshield replacements? Not so much. It s at least a two hour wait. Had I known this, I would have made the necessary arrangements. Instead, I was stuck waddling (I m pregnant) with three young children in tow in 100 degree weather to the nearest play place. It s not their fault it takes that long but I sure wish they would have mentioned it to me BEFORE the appointment.And that s another thing: Geico made this appointment for me. I called the number listed on Google to confirm the appointment. Not only was it not their local number but they didn t freaking answer. I was on hold for a good 40 minutes and never spoke to a human being. All so that I could just confirm that my appointment was scheduled. Sure, I could have created an account online and made an appointment but then what was the point of Geico making it for me? So to be clear: their correct number isn t listed on Google. Wish you the best of luck finding it. I also tried their national number and it was basically the same story. I didn t want to waste another minute of my time on hold. Luckily, I did have an actual appointment, but as soon as I got there, not only was I surprised to find very limited parking and a tiny waiting room but then I was told I needed to figure out how to kill time for 2 hours. Then they were supposed to call me and tell me it was finished. They weren t listening when I gave them my number so I had to call them.And then, then after the 2 hours were up I was told that instead of the cost being around $200 it was going to be nearly double that because they needed to replace my windshield holders. Again, not really their fault but it all left such a bad taste in my mouth that I probably won t go back there again.For the record: they were very professional and did an okay job which is why I gave them 3 stars but again, there are definitely a few things they can do to improve.Update: nah, not even their work was quality. They told us the new windshield holders would decrease cabin noise: they sure did not! And the rubber seal came off shortly after the install! So fun to have that flapping in the wind. Won t be back!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Was able to book an appointment through my auto insurance the day before. Got my windshield replaced 15 minutes faster than promised, and were very friendly on arrival and checkout. Hope I don't have to go back again, but know where to go it I do!

We came in just before they closed with a pretty deep chip and crack from a rock that was thrown by a semi on the freeway. The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. She was able to fix the chipped front windshield and after 30 minutes, we were done and back on the freeway with no evidence of any crack or hole. Completely amazed.

In our RV traveling when we got a chip in the windshield late sunday afternoon. Next morning first thing we located the nearest Safelite. We stopped in without an appointment because we were just passing through. Without hesitation they took immediate care of us. Repaired the chip and had us on her way in very short order. Service was fast courteous professional which is a rare occurrence In today s business world. We were very impressed and would highly recommend this business to anyone in need a windshield repair or service.Service: Auto windshield repair

Safelite is amazing. I have always heard great things about them. Someone broke out the back window on our Jeep. I had to get it fixed ASAP, because it is winter and it is my husband s daily driver. I set up my appointment online and was able to schedule a mobile appointment the next day. I was called to verify the appointment shortly after. They have very friendly staff. The mobile service is great. My husband and I work full time, so it was super convenient for them to come to us. The price was fair as well. Highly recommend!

I'm sure their work is just fine but if you want to call them there's no way to talk to a person, so I went to Nu-vu autoglass in twin falls and they did a bang up job, quickly, for a very reasonable price, so I'd recommend them. There's one in Pocatello too.

When I called Safelite, the CSR kindly and efficiently made my appointment as well as the arrangements with my insurance to pay for the windshield repair. I went for my appointment the next day and did not have to wait long for a very friendly technician to check me in and take my car. I was told the repair would take about 20 minutes, but it seemed like it was only half that time before the tech returned my car with a smile on his face and no request to pay or fill out any paperwork. He did a good job with the repair, and there were no complications. This is the second time I ve had to visit Safelite while on a road trip and am very pleased with both experiences.

These guys are awesome! It was raining the day I was scheduled so Miguel offered to pick my car up and also to deliver it to me. He and Scotty did a fantastic job. They even cleaned my car. I would definitely recommend this location.

I would highly recommend Safelite! Great Customer Service and Speedy Service! Next day appointment was a plus! Charlie was great! He offered to pick my Daughters car up to get the windshield replaced. It s her only means of transportation, so that was a plus! Thank you Safelite!!

Always do a great job when I file a claim through my insurance company. They guarantee their work and are willing to come to wherever you have your car. I usually go to the actual location, and the work that they do is quickly accomplished.

Safelite in Pocatello is fast and filled with very friendly staff. they replaced a windshield to my wife's grand caravan and we are %100 satisfied. Their price was the fairest from all the other places that I Called for quotes. I will be taken my Crown Victoria to them once i put it back on the road this summer for a windshield replacement. Great people.

I was so upset that I got a rock chip on my newer car. Called my insurance and they set me up with safelite. Derek came over promptly, was kind, and did an amazing job. He left and I went to go check it out, and had a hard time even finding where the chip was! I was so happy that he did a good job. Thank you!

anyone needs auto glass repair, go through Safelite. By far the best service I have every received. I had a bad chip in my front windshield and had to get it replaced... $300. Well along with my awesome insurance (Farm Bureau) I get a $100 deductible. I called safelite last night and they sent Noel out this morning. Took him maybe 45 minutes to replace the glass, and knocked off $50. So I only paid $50 for new glass and for the labor on my car. Plus he cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my car and gave me a huge can of glass cleaner. Almost too good to be true.
