Russell was such a pleasure to work with. I liked his laid-back style. I never felt any sort of pressure from him, he just let us check out the vehicle we were interested in and answered any questions we asked. The minivan we wanted had a broken rear latch; he had it fixed without question.It took us a little longer than we wanted to actually get the van (not their fault, it's just part of financing a major purchase through a credit union), but we were able to drive it off the lot today. Pleasant experience from start to finish.P.S. He was really nice to our little daughter.

This was my first car in 12 years. Yeah... So it was great! There was no lies or bullshi*. Just straight to the point negotiating and a good time. Shout out to Russel for helping me every step of the way. This place has gems just waiting to be polished and driven. Great experience and friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone I know. We had an excellent experience here. We were not sure if we would even be able to get a new vehicle at this point, however with Russell's help we were. He was excellent and a pleasure to work with. He help my husband get the truck he wanted. It was amazing how he did everything he could to help us get the vehicle we wanted. they were reliable, great customer service and no pressure. Just genuine people to work with. Thank you guys so much for all your help.

We've purchased 3 cars from them in the last 2years. The 2nd car hadn't been thoroughly checked out before my husband bought it. It ended up having multiple problems with it. My husband talked to them about it and they had us bring it in to see if they could fix it. When they discovered it had too many problems to fix they found a better car for us in the same price range and we only had to pay the difference in the price.

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!!! Within 5 DAYS, lost the serpentine belt and motor blew... Russell not helpful, it's fine, it's fine, kept driving. As we tell him it keeps overheating. I do appreciate RJ for replacements. No star for Russ. Smoke and mirrors! Not honest!

Prices are very high for what they have, the selection is poor and for a used vehicle lot they will not negotiate prices even when you point out mechanical issues with the vehicle, don't waste your time

Beware of this company they took advantage of my mom. She got in a car wreck and the car that she loved got totaled. Went to R&J about 8 months ago and found a car she liked, was told the car was in great shape no issues. She paid for it in full and was on her way. Started having issues with it before she even got it home. Contacted R&J and they said to bring it in and they would fix it. Took it in and they had it for several weeks. She got it back and again issues. Well, it has been a non stop fight with them and nothing but lies. Ended up taking it in to another mechanic to find out exactly what is wrong with it...well it needs a motor. Contacted R&J and they won t honor anything. So now my mom has a car that she can t drive and has to come up with about 5000 to get it going. I would give a negative rating if it would let me. Do not do business with this company!

This family is a pleasure to do business with. We had a long wait, due to credit Union approving vehicle and so fourth. We sat in one of the offices, and even tho they were extremely busy that day, the owner treated every single customer like they were family. He even offered to buy my husband and I lunch. I love my explorer, and plan on purchasing from them again!

Brian Dunn is about as shady as used car salesmen can get... I test drove a car that was leaking coolant and blowing smoke and he told me the complete engine rebuild (that didn't show up on a VIN report) was under warranty and that he would have his guy look at it. Gave him a couple of days and he did nothing and sold the car to someone else I'm guessing without full disclosure... And the tires were eight years old and falling apart, something he said very little about when i asked. Thank you for a terrible experience, i will not be buying from you or your establishment...

Horrible experience. Nothing but issues days after the purchased of the "great" vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Lies,lies,lies. Sold us a vehicle that not only had the check engine light come on within days but also issues with the brakes.

I was a repeat customer to r and j thought they was great then I bought a 2011 grand caravan was told it was great by Russ an I believed him thought they would never due me wrong but Boi was I wrong a week later fuel pump went out they told me well thAts why they sell u warranty s I will never buy a car there again That s poor ethics to me

Friend bought a car from here and as soon as he got it home less then 10 min away he could no longer drive it they would not do a refund or anything I will never go here because he bought a lemon and then the dealership did nothing to help him when he literally just drove off the lot.
