Just picked up my car from Premier after them replacing a bumper from a fender bender. They were absolutely incredible! Everyone is so friendly and easy to work with. My car came back shiny and cleaner than when I bought it! Highly recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle!

Very pleased with their work, very professional, polite and fast! I would highly recommend having them do any type of body work. Gary was super cool whenever i needed to go grab stuff out of my truck. Kyle was also very professional and straight forward with anything going on with the process. If you live in Blackfoot, I highly recommend having your work done 20 minutes away for amazing work. 2.5 weeks for a collision repair, unlike Powells in blackfoot, almost 6 months for a paintjob. Again, very pleased with the service here. Also they did a good job matching my paint without a paint code.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently t-boned someone who ran a red light and Premier was recommended by the tow truck driver. Not only did they restore my truck to like-new condition, but they also did it quickly, in the timeline they estimated (10 calendar days or so), and for around the cost they estimated. My truck came out looking better than it did before the accident. The best part of the experience, though, was working with Gary, who was fantastic to deal with. I would definitely use Premier again, and would recommend them to anyone in the area. Great experience.

I ran over an elk with my pickup in early March 2023. Upon my insurance company's recommendation, I went to Premier Collision for an estimate. The estimator, Isaac, was pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was also very flexible with scheduling the repair time. Once the parts arrived and I dropped the vehicle off the repair only took two days to finish. The new parts were installed so the gaps and lines matched the existing parts, and the paint color matched the original nearly perfectly. Good people to deal with. They do quality work. I will be a repeat customer if the need ever arises.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Back in December 2018, somebody hit our Highlander and took off. The dent in the rear driver side door was big and it was very unsightly. I contacted a few body shops in Idaho Falls and not a single one of them follow up with me. I then got referred to Premier Collision Center from a friend and they got me an estimate in less than an hour. I took my Highlander down to them on a Monday and it was finished the next day. The final bill was almost exactly what the estimate was. The work they did is absolutely fantastic. My Highlander looks exactly the way it did when we bought it. I can't recommend Premier Collision Center enough. They are experts.

I went in for an estimate. I was told different things to expect. I even called them once or twice to double check that we were going to get the back tailgate. You find out after it's done, that it's not getting done. Would have been a cheap easy fix, while repairing and repainting already. It seems to me funny that they tell you one thing going in and another thing coming out. Supposedly today during a holiday when most places are closed, they talk to Mercedes, the insurance agent and this is the best they can do. I could not get ahold of her myself. I wish I would have known ahead of time; I probably would have gone somewhere else. I would make sure of what I was getting was in writing if I go to this place. Also, take pictures before you let them work on your vehicle. One of the things paid for was a rear taillight. You could see that it had scratches on it still. But there is a charge for replacement on the bill not buffing it out. One week later, after they get the new replacement, I take it in. When the job is done, I now have a hole about the size of a Phillips screwdriver, in the lens of the other back taillight. I am disabled. A Veteran. Also going through Cancer issues and hardly drove the truck that week. I walked the vehicle when it was finished repaired the previous Monday. It was fine. Careful what you write about them, until you know for sure your done with them.

Very professional and very straightforward! Gary was awesome to work with! They took care of my wife s 2018 camery and made it look like it came off the show floor! Wife and I were very pleased with how it came out and how they do business. I would definitely recommend them! 5 stars.

My classic 1963 Mercury Monterey was backed in to by an Allstate insured driver and I was offered this shop through their direct repair program. I dropped my car off and the work performed was flawless and professional. The staff was very friendly and always kept me in the loop as to the status of my repairs. My car was cleaned spotless when returned to me and I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Highly recommend their services!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Finished product is great! Yes, it took about twice as long as anticipated and cost nearly twice as much as estimated, but isn t that always how it goes with cars? The care for detail, communication, and finished product are awesome. Above and beyond expectations. They basically detailed the interior of my car after the body work was done. I hope I don t need a body shop again but if I do, this is my place.

Trevor and his guys at premier did amazing work on my car. Long story short I had my car at a different body shop for almost 10 months it was a nightmare the other shop was awful wouldn t ever communicate with me and for 3 months my car sat there with no progress. I decided to take it else where and was recommended to premier. I was a little nervous at first because of my prior experience with the other shop but Trevor and his crew definitely turned that around. He was in constant communication with me and would answer my questions and concerns. He would also keep me updated on where we were at with my car. I would highly recommend these guys. I worked at premier collision center for three years just to be screamed at by the owners son in law and threatened by a felon at the same time for confronting them about calling me names behind my back. The owner refused to get involved and they are lucky my father worked with them across the street because I would have sued them for everything I could have. If you value anything you need worked on, take your business anywhere else. Unless you need your car painted of course, my dad does the best work in town.Service: Painting

My car came back to me looking better than I could have dreamed, both inside and out, and they were fast! Great body work and powder coating. They have worked with our company on many large repairs and custom powder coating jobs and everything has turned out great. Quick and good pricing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

These guys are awesome! They take care of all of my powdercoating needs on a very timely manner and dont take short cuts. Pricing is very fair considering that they stand behind their powdercoating and take the proper steps to doing it right.

Seemed like nice staff, but estimated were about $350 more than 2 other places I took the vehicle to.I'd recommend checking other places to see if you can get a better deal.
