Excellent service as always. Had four new tires mounted and balanced. Quoted 100 dollars over phone, but was only charged 60 dollars when paying. The 93 year old owner has some very interesting story's to tell about the history of Pocatello, and his years in the military.

I would highly recommend coming here. They were very kind to me, and have helped me a couple times. Their prices are very fair and the gentlemen there were friendly and helpful.

The people who work there are awesome! They work fast and they have Great customer service. Their rates are fair and they do not overcharge. I recommend them to everyone!!

This place is AMAZING!!!! We had an issue with our 5th wheel tire while on a road trip and randomly found this tire shop and called on a whim. They were so nice over the phone and even nicer when we arrived in person. They immediately came out, fixed our issue and had us back on the road in no time. We can t thank them enough for being our lifesavers. We highly recommend Pocatello Tire to anyone in need of tire service!

I always get great service and the prices are reasonable. I really like supporting the smaller privately owned businesses. Great people to deal with. Go above and beyond to meet my needs. Treat you like family.

It may be an eye sore but the service and price are the best in town. It's like that restaurant that looks like a condemned building but they always have a line around the block everyday at lunchtime. A-hole-the-wall tire shop. Maybe next time I'll ask if they have a menu. Best auto/tire shop in Pocatello!

It s funny I read that he hangs up on people which he did for me. It s a double edged sword. Honest prices honest guy but don t expect a please or thank you from him. He sounds super old school and customer service obviously is not needed there because he does a gd job and his doors have been open for years. A 0 on friendly and a 4 on honest complete repairs.

Laughed when he hung up on me at the end of the call, but he wasn't rude, just done talking. Is able to do cars with air suspension or Teslas easy peas (uses jacks rather than a lift). Was very affordable to get my winter tires on and he very much knew his stuff.

They are the best guys in town. Very honest and always willing to help. They fixed my flat for free ordered new tires and are letting me get two done Thursday and the other two Monday on my pay days. Thanks guys for looking out for me.

After fighting with other places in town I came here an the guy here is very understanding and nice. Would recommend this place to anyone. Fair priced too. :)

My girlfriend and I have been using their service for a while now, but since management has changed recently it's gone downhill. We switched our summer tires for our winter ones back in november and they stored our summer tires on site. Later on we switched back to our summer tires (which we've had for about 3 years and drove on them for about a year). The only problem was they switched our tires for some random persons tires. The tires are bald and barely legal to drive. When we asked if there's anything we can do about that (maybe replace the tires or even a refund for the $60 to change them out), they denied that they were the wrong tires. The tires don't have our name on it and are completely separate tires from the ones we bought. So I guess if you want to spend $60 in order to lose $300 in buying new tires, this place is for you. Bill is great though, just make sure you have pictures and receipts of everything.

Had the best experiance at Pocatello Tire! They are fast, friendly and efficient. I ordered two tires for our old trailer and they came in the next day. I will definitely be going back here and referring anyone in tire need to do the same!

These people are honest. They don't take advantage of you or nickel and dime you for something you don't need. My tires needed rotated, and they did it for free. As a college student that just needs a car to get me to class they took great care of me.

The men at Pocatello Tire were very friendly and extremely helpful. I'm going to have them replace eight trailer tires next month.

These guys have been here a long time and always take care of you. Not fancy. No waiting area with soda and snacks, but fair. I've never been over sold. They do what they need to and nothing more.We need more places like this and they need more support and business.

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. My mom went to this place this morning, she doesn t speak English very well and they kicked her out YELLING for NO REASON! Me and my siblings have been calling the store asking for the manager and he only says he s too busy, call in an hour Discrimination against Hispanics? Wow! How racist.

Had some brake pads installed. He said they would be soft for awhile drove total of 111 miles and brakes seized up. Would not refund even half. Warped my rotors

This is the first time I've been to this store. It's been around since 1971! They sell tires at a cheaper price but not cheaper quality.

We came in after we were quoted a price and this man came out and said no they were not going to do it for that price. So mean and I ll tell you to go to someone else.

Very rude and unfriendly to customers. They actually hung up on me after I said I was not interested in buying new tires, only needed used ones. Will never do business with them again!
