I recently purchased a vehicle from Gregg at One Stop Auto. It was an AWESOME and very low pressure experience! Gregg and Ken are a great team! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately make you feel comfortable and welcome. They will do all they can to help and get you in the best position financially they can with your purchase. I highly recommended working with these guys, let them go to work for you!

Me and my husband recently bought a new vehicle here after his truck was totalled. The bank we went to refused to work with us on any loan and we were having a hard time. One of the owners stayed almost 2 hours past closing to help us get a good loan approval in addition to helping us look at cars. We got a great vehicle and the kind help was really needed after such a hard time finding a new car. Great service from Greg he was the best. Thanks Greg, you were so helpful.

My husband and I bought our first nicer car here at the recommendation of my father in law who due to his job knows all the dealerships in town. They were great to work with and made sure they had a second key fob made for us (which is super important and rather expensive, so that was a huge plus!). I was surprised at how easy the process was! I had done a lot of research/window shopping leading up to coming here and these guys were super honest and upfront/reasonable with the condition of the vehicle and their pricing. From experiences my parents had when I was growing up, I have an innate distrust of dealerships, but these guys were great! I'd recommend them to people I care about and not just randomly online if that says anything haha. I'd say the only downside is that they're a bit smaller, so they might not have exactly what you want when you want it, but if you keep an eye out on their online inventory or are flexible with the vehicle you're looking for, these guys could be a great asset in your car search.

Very unprofessional. I bought a car from them and after 2 weeks it died completely while I was locked out. I tried to use the emergency key, but it had been snapped off. I called to see if maybe they could help, or if they maybe had it lying around and just spaced it. I got the response of "When is enough going to be enough for you fn people??" If they couldn't help, a simple "Sorry to hear that, unfortunately we can't help you out because of..." Would have been way better. This is my 3rd buying experience from them and they will never be receiving my business again. I do not recommend this dealership in the slightest.

I had a very pleasant buying experience. I was able to get my vehicle traded in and into a new one pretty easily. That's why I did give some stars..It threw a rod 3 weeks after purchase, but it was 2000 miles later. I totally understand it was bought used, and they were unable to help. That's not my problem.My problem is when I called in to see if they could help in any way and told them what happened, I was laughed at. That is so unprofessional. Nothing is funny to me about a 28k paperweight. It happened 3 months ago, and it's still unsettling to me. An "I'm sorry to hear that" or literally anything would have gone a long way. I hope this brings awareness and compassion is able to be shown to customers in the future.

Looked at a Red 2011 Chevrolet Impala, took to mechanic to have checked out.Had a ton of expensive problems and would be undriveable within 6 months. No dash lights were on and motor could be heard thru passenger floor board, was gutless with air conditioner on, all dash lights were off but with all the problems it had, all dash lights should have been on. Very shady...NEVER buy used, unless you have it checked out by a mechanic.So thankful I had it checked out before I got stuck with a .I don't understand how used car dealers sleep at night, knowing they are unloading serious problem vehicles to unsuspecting customers.Be Proactive, Protect yourself, get vehicle checked out, before you buy.Shame On - One Stop Auto

One Stop Auto is going to be the first place I recommend to anyone needing a good quality used car at a very fair price. They were recommended to me, and I am so greatful they were! The staff were GREAT to work with, and I got the car I wanted without any pressure or hassle what-so-ever. They were very honest, friendly and up front about everything and were so very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to get your car from One Stop Auto. I'm so glad I did!

After running through a couple of dealerships, we found One Stop and met Dave. Everything was great in the beginning. It was a no pressure purchase. Everyone was very friendly. Then we made our selection, a 2011 F-150. Before signing papers, we had a certified Ford Master mechanic look it over and he noticed that the fan was kicking on too often and that the thermostat needed replaced. We brought this to the attention of Dave and company. Dave tried to tell us that the fan kicking on was normal for a ford truck, but we insisted and he decided to add a "we owe" to our purchasing papers to have it fixed. Gregg did our paperwork, and although he was friendly, he screwed up our address, my driver's license number, and a few other small things on the paperwork that we had to take to the DMV to get the truck registered that cause additional headache and hassle. When our appointment to get the thermostat replaced came, they had it taken to "Top Notch" and had a man by the name of Doug do the repair. When we went to go pick it up, we took it for a little drive and within 5 minutes and under a mile's distance, going 65 miles on the interstate, the fan was on again. We took it to our mechanic and asked him to look for signs that the job had actually been done and he couldn't find any sign that the truck had even been touched under the hood. No drips from fluids with the coolant being replaced, no disruption of the dirt on the hoses leading up to and around the thermostat. We went back to One Stop to let them know that the problem still wasn't fixed and asked for a copy of the repair order. They gave us a copy and according to the repair order they replaced the thermostat and hoses. If they did, the hoses weren't new and they must've put the dirt from the hoses they replaced back on these "new" hoses. I still can't decide if Top Notch is scamming One Stop or if One Stop is okay with not fixing problems. Dave's response again was that this is normal in Ford trucks, and myself, my husband, and my Ford Master Mechanic beg to differ. Now we get to pay for it to get fixed correctly and completely. Unless you have a good mechanic, don't go to One Stop. And I won't be recommending Doug at Top Notch either. If you've made it this far, I want you to know that I don't do this. I love supporting small business and I get that mistakes are made. What I don't appreciate is being lied to and people not owning up to their promises nor signed agreements. Buyers beware.

These guys are amazing! We bought our truck, haven't had it a month and the starter went out. They put a brand new one in for us! This truck is my 3rd vehicle I've bought from One Stop in poky and they have always treated me greatly. One Stop is my go to for every vehicle purchase! Thanks Guys!

There inventory is vast and their prices on reasonable. The customer service is excellent! Dave is wonderful! Warm and accommodating, they really try hard to meet all your needs. It would seem all their sales staff are excellent. Gary who does all the finance paperwork etc. Goes beyond his responsibility. Great teamwork and great atmosphere! I would buy from them again!!

First time buying from a used car dealership. The truck I bought had the engine seize three days after buying it. One Stop Auto replaced the engine for me for free without any hassle. I therefore would rate this place as reliable. I would buy from them again.

I have not been to buy a car in many years and I was not to excited to do it either. Then these guys made it so fast and easy plus a great deal on a car and they did most of it from 90 miles away! 100 percent satisfied!

They seem great but they are no different then your worst nightmare used car sales man don't be fooled just because you think you can't get a vehicle due to your current situation. Don't make the mistake of buying from them later I found Teton dealership where you can get a brand new vehicle you might pay a little bit more a month but it's worth knowing you don't have to deal with one stop auto slime sales man or a p. o. 's. Car

One Stop in Pocatello is FANTASTIC! I have purchased many vehicles in the past and the staff at One Stop could not have been more friendly or willing to work with us. Outstanding customer service and great inventory! One Stop should be your only stop. Personal thanks to Mike and Ken!

I bought a 2010 Jeep Cherokee from One Stop Auto on March 3rd. Drove the Jeep to Lake Havasu for spring break. The Jeep broke down while there. The break down was not something One Stop Auto could have seen coming. They jumped in and helped me get it fixed even though I was 100s of miles away. The repair was done by a Jeep dealership who again assured me it is a great vehicle that had something go out on it due to it being a 2010 vehicle. With normal expected maintenance for a 2010 vehicle it will last me for years. I am soooooo glad I trusted my gut when I met Dave and bought my Jeep from One Stop Auto.

Crappy,financing even for a person with decent credit at almost 20% apr...So if for some strange reason one decides to buy from them it is better to finance elsewhere.Very pricey used vehicles which they only repair cosmetically so that they can make it out of the lot so make sure you stack few grands for repairs.
