Wow my O'Reilly store just went above & beyond service. I'm Sherry Parsons.i don't drive & needed rock salt badly. Mike inThe pro shop charged me & the driver Harold brought it to my house.while Harold was at my door. He spread the rock salt farther on my walk than I could reach. An act of unexpected kindness.Thanks so much Harold & O'Reilly

Well what does one say. When you need a car battery and are in a hurry this place will have you covered. Batteries are way more expensive than I remember as a young whipper snapper. That being said, I had a dead battery that wouldn t hold a charge and I got a new one here right quick. Just swipe the credit card and you are out the door with a new battery.

Helped me diagnose the problem with my truck. They had the part available and even lent me the tools. Fixed it in the parking lot and was back on my way. Excellent service!

Horrible customer service. I'm in the store and asking for help, they get a phone call and help them. l guess answering the phone is more important than in person customers. I'll spend my $ at Advance Auto.

Went in for some unique parts for a very old vehicle, the manager Joby personally helped me, unfortunately they didn t have what I needed.. but he called the other parts shops and found me the parts I needed and even had them priceMatch it!Thank you so much

Same thing with O'REILLY'S! They are Professional & the store is always Clean. Can't go wrong with some more Awesome Customer Service & parts are always available, even when ordering... Only takes couple of days at most.

Need WAY more people working to e counter. There were 4 of us waiting in line quite awhile. But once we got to the counter, the guy was very helpful and efficient.

Mike was awesome! He was very kind and attentive. Showed me my different options for headlight bulb replacement and then assisted me in changing it in my car. It only took him a moment but it was much appreciated!!

Very helpful! Came in with an old battery and they tested it for me. Took all of 2 minutes. They recommend a new battery for me at a reasonable price, but didn't make me feel pressured, but instead informed. I went with their recommendation and they got me a new battery and installed it for within 10 minutes! Chris was the one who helped me!

Had an issue with our car barely wanting to start so an employee at the Pocatello location on Yellowstone by the name of Joby helped resolve the issue and even installed the battery for us in a matter of 10-15 after rolling in. Excellent service here definitely recommend!

The best part is they're always friendly and willing to help. They won't make you feel stupid for buying the wrong windshield wipers and they'll help you install them after they get you the correct ones.

I needed a certain auto part! Auto Zone didn't have one at the time, so they said they could get me one the next day, which is pretty fast! I really appreciated their efficient and fast response! Thanks Auto Zone !

My friend and I are traveling cross country. We had a radiator overheating. We stopped by Oreillys in Pocatello. An employee named Tommy was so kind and helpful! He gave us the right product, the right advice and loaned us a tool for our repairs. After his helping hand we were soon on our way:)THANK YOU TOMMY! You are an outstanding employee and Oreilly s now has a faithful customer because of your efforts!

I bought a headlight assembly for my car. The transaction was fast and easy. Mike is awesome! He even took the time to help me install it. I would go back because of his above and beyond customer service.

This store goes above and beyond! Could not have asked for better customer service from the night assistant manager. Stayed well past closing to help me get my truck running after my battery died. There was an issue trying to disconnect from the terminal and two night employees did not leave until the issue was fixed! I am forever grateful! All other automotive stores have lost business because I will only visit this location!

I got the parts I needed. However, it was a lot more than I expected. I know other local auto parts stores are definitely cheaper for the same auto parts that I purchased than O'Reilly. I more than likely won't be going back to O'Reilly again.

Every time I go to O Reilly s I always am helped and walk out happy! This is my go to place for any auto parts I need, and they usually have any parts I need for my cars I have. The service is great and the prices are fair. Especially when I have a project I m working on I m in there sometimes 4-5 times a day and every time they are always friendly and quick to ask me if I need help with anything.

When service is excellent and exceeds expectations, it should be recognized. Jozef Roberts was super helpful and friendly. He checked my battery, determined it was my problem and recognized that the battery in our vehicle had been purchased at O'reilly. He was able to warranty and replace the battery at no cost. He cheerfully removed the bad battery and replaced the new one. When I need auto help, I'll be back. Thanks Jozef.

We were in desperate need of parts minutes before closing. We called and Michael kept the store open for us. He even gave us directions when we ended up at the wrong store! Great customer service! Would highly recommend this store and location! Michael did a great job! He even came out to check on us and helped get the new parts in!
