Damian and Chris were excellent communicators. I brought them in for front end suspension work but they also noticed my rear suspension needed attention and fixed my car up for a fair price. Definitely feel like they are trustworthy and would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely return for future repairs. Speedy & Reliable. I broke down in Pocatello driving from Montana to Colorado. As a young woman traveling alone i was on edge. I called a few shops and Damion answered. He recommended Custom Towing to bring my car to his shop on a Saturday afternoon. Damion stayed late to get my car back on the road so I wasn't stranded. I was only delayed about 4 total hours. He negotiated a discount on my tow and drove to go find the parts I needed. He was fast, professional and very thorough to ensure id make it home safe. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend.

Had the front struts replaced and a brake flush done on my commuter car. Damion was able to get me a fair quote and had my car in the next day. He is very transparent with his pricing and has great communication throughout the whole process. Amazing place and crew. We had a simple thermostat that needed replaced. Jeep dealership quoted 600 plus recommended other unnecessary stuff making the quote even higher. Plus the said they wouldn't be able to do it for over a week. These guys not only got us I. Immediately, but did it for less than half the price and said we didn't need anything else. They were completely honest and up front and extremely efficient. Would definitely always use these guys for even the simplest things.

Damian hands down was one of the coolest guys I ve talked to. We ve been going through it with cars. Upon arrival he reassured us he d get the parts in and fix it within a few hours. Best service and done in a timely matter. Thanks for getting my family and my toddler back into a reliable vehicle. This guys definitely deserves a raise!

Damien is probably one of the most honest mechanics you will ever meet. He explains everything clearly and is very fair with his pricing. We took our car in to another shop in town who tried to tell us our brake calipers were bad. We took the car here for a second opinion and Damien got everything repaired properly with no oversell or dishonest quote to make money. I will never go anywhere else.

We had Damien replace a (harder to get to than it should be) starter for us. He was very friendly, got us in very fast, and was excellent and consistent on his price. My friends truck started overheating when we were 180 miles from home on an activity with large you group. Ford dealership said they couldn t look until July 25th (1 month) but sent us to Larios. AMAZING customer service! Knowing our situation, 30 minutes before closing time ..they diagnosed, fixed and resolved problems, and had us back on road in a little over an hour. If you are in trouble in Pocatello .see Austin! Also, Tiffany in Front Office is chill and amazingly kind!

Needed a thermostat, radiator, water pump and general servicing of the heating/ a/c unit fixed. Damien got it in same day and back next day at a fraction of the cost. Up front, transparent, quality work. Took my vehicle in to figure out an oil leak after calling around to a few places. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manner and made sure test it thoroughly to avoid any future issues. Will definitely be going back again.

Damion got my car in and fixed in good timing and very professional manner. I actually got to see my parts that were replaced with new ones. I even traveled 80 miles so he could fix it. We were in Pocatello to visit our daughter. It was very hot this weekend. Our air conditioning went out and we still had to cross through the Nevada desert to get home, without air conditioning. Damion took us right in and his team diagnosed, ordered the parts and fixed our air in an hour. Once we are here permanently, Larios will be the place we bring our vehicles.Service: A/C installation & repair

I was in a bad spot and needed a new alternator and they got me in same day and had my car finished. They let me take it for a test drive and it felt amazing. Great friendly and fun people here and I will definitely come back.

Took my 97 chevy truck to get a fuel pump on.got it fix the same day in couple of hours so far still run had no problems coming home. As of 1/7/22 6:15pm all other mechanics shop Were 2 weeks out. Thanks for getting my work truck on the road again.

Do not take your vehicle here. I drove my Expedition in and I am now towing it out in pieces after its been here for 10 days. He is a fraud. Told me quote over phone and charged double when I picked it up. Now my vehicle is in worse shape than when I took it in to get fixed. Hands down worst mechanic in town.

Do not take your vehicle here! These guys are so backed up and keep claiming that they re short technicians when really they may be in over their heads. There is so much unorganized chaos at this shop that people left and right are taking their business elsewhere.

I called in the morning.Damion assisted me in every possible way to make my repairs happen very quickly and professionally.I have never had a better experience with a mechanic or shop.I needed the work done as fast as possible and in the past at other places that kind of thing is very expensive.But at Larios today I got an honest price,hard work and top notch customer service.
