I had a great experience with Jack s Auto Body. Mike, the owner, was so incredibly great to work with. He answered all of my questions about how insurance repairs work, he suggested so many things that I would have never thought to think about. They worked well with me on getting quality work and within a reasonable price. And even after the repairs were finished, I had A couple things I needed That he willingly helped with. 10/10 recommend. And the repairs look amazing!

My unlucky little car has been hit three separate times while parked, resulting in front bumper damage. Jack's Auto has fixed my car every time, sparing me so much stress and grief. Out of all other places that have done quotes for me, they also offer me all the best prices for the work being done, which I appreciate so so much. Especially in a rough economy like now. They just saved me $300 compared to places recommended by the insurance company and the work done is beautifully. Especially considering how old my little car is. Parts are so difficult to find and I appreciate the staff going above and beyond to find and order the right parts. They work quickly and very precise. My car looks great and the repairs were very fast considering the wait on parts and the amount of other jobs they have piling up. I will always go to Jack's Auto, because they're reliable and I trust them over any other shop in my area. And I will always recommend them. The staff are great. Friendly service. Good relationships. They have a very family-like atmosphere every time I go in and it's so refreshing to see happy, friendly staff who are always ready to help. No matter how crazy busy they are. They take care of me every time and I have never had any issues with the employees or the work done on my car. Quality work from reliable staff and for affordable prices. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I love Jack's Auto and the amazing staff that have had to put up with me and my poor, unlucky little car. I can't thank them enough for all their help and all the hard work that they have poured into this car to get me back on the road again. Because of them, my car, deemed totaled by other shops, is drivable again and looks amazing. And I was saved from having to unnecessarily buy a whole new car. Everyone at Jack s Auto Body was fantastic to work with! They were communicative, honest, and efficient. They handled our repair with exceptional quality, worked with our insurance, and we are so happy with how our truck looks after a wreck! In fact, looks better after their repair than the original! Will continue to use this business for all of our vehicle repairs! You won t be disappointed.

The owner and staff are amazing. My husband's truck was totaled. Due to some issues with insurance we were about to have to pay out of pocket for the tow, storage fee, and more but the owner was flexible with us as well as very patient and understanding. He was willing to step in to help us with contacting the insurance company for the claim etc. Couldn't reccomend a place more than this one for services. They made a very stressful experience significantly better. Our thanks to you all. We hope you enjoyed the thank you doughnuts we brought in!

Took a fleet vehicle to them they ve worked on our fleet in the past so I m assuming the do good work but I m gonna hit em with the 3 star for now and when I get my car back it s their moment to shine and if indeed they shined then I ll update my review rating with some pics to show off

I just got my car back and I have to say they are amazing! I was worried about color matching and it's perfect, there was clear communication with me and the insurance agent... Also, I had broken my seat handle on my way to drop it off and when I got in my car, I noticed they had put it back on. Thank you! Great business!

Don t take your vehicle here if you value your vehicle. I don t like making bad reviews but my experience with Jacks was very bad.There doesn t seem to be any quality control. They contacted me multiple times telling me my truck was done just for me to show up and identify problems, that they should have found and addressed before telling me my truck was done. The blamed my insurance company, bad parts and even me for problems that I found, that they should have found and addressed. At no time did they admit that they should have found the problems and addressed them before contacting me.Here are the details of my experience.My wife hit an elk in February causing about 10k in damages to her truck. Jacks estimate was good and and I had a person refer me to them.I dropped the truck off in late February and received a call about 2 weeks later stating the truck was done. When I pulled up to the curb they were just parking it and I could tell from over 50 feet away that there were problems. The hood didn t fully close on one side. The more I looked at the truck the more problems I found. I showed them the problems and made another appointment to get the problems addressed.When I received the call that the truck was done I did another walk around and found additional problems. The headlight was loose and a body panel didn t look right. The hood still wasn t correct. I made another appointment to address these issues.Jacks told me that the issue was the parts that the insurance company made them order. I spoke to my insurance company and they said they approved the bid that Jacks submitted and didn t stipulate what parts had to be used.I took the truck back in again and picked it up a few days later. I thought everything was okay with the truck. I took the truck to the car wash and water comes poring in through the top of the door. I m so frustrated that I order a new seal and replace it myself. That fixes the leak. Then my wife and I found a problem with the bumper. I made another appointment. Jacks called me and said it looked like I had hit something or someone had hit me and pushed the bumper in. I told them that wasn t the case. I went in and they showed me what they were talking about. I disagreed and asked them to grab a measuring tape. They then checked some measurements and discover that nothing had happened to the bumper. Both sides had the same measurements. So now I drop the truck off again for additional work. I get call back and the truck looks pretty good. My wife and I drive the truck around for a week or two and the road noise is pretty bad. I talk to Jacks about this and they take the truck again. They tell me that they have a similar truck and the road noise is about the same. I m told to just turn my radio up to hide the noise.I take the truck home and later notice that the drivers door sticks out from the body much farther than passenger door. I take the truck back and they adjust the door. This fixes most of the road noise.Our truck still isn t 100% (probably 90-95%) back to how it was before the wreck but I can t bring myself to take it back to Jacks. All in all my truck was in and out of this shop for 4 months and we still aren t fully satisfied.

I ve had to take my car back on more then two occasions, I ve had to take it to different shops THEY scheduled appointments for without asking if I was able to make them or not. They had my car well over the 20 days they claimed to have had it. Granted they did tell me three weeks when I dropped it off in MAY, I was fine with it but after getting it back the first, second and third time. It s still not fixed and I will not be letting them put another hand on my vehicle. To top it all off I went in there today (July 19, 2023) upset because I was pulled over the night prior for no tail lights. When I voiced this to them Jody asked a guy named Chris to check it out to which Chris said they didn t touch the back end so they don t know anything. Lose the attitude he popped off with. I explained that they were paid to fix my car and it s not fixed, to which he replied we didn t wreck your car, you did but you re getting paid to FIX my vehicle? Instead you re just giving it back to me with more problems every time! Jody threw is hands up at me while Chris was held him back walking back into the shop. We've used Jack's Auto Body for more than 12 years. The owner, Mike, is fantastic to work with and is very fair with price. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of the work that I've had done at Jack's. I'd rate this shop 10 stars out of 5 if Google would allow it.I highly recommend Jack's for all of your auto body repair or custom auto body or painting needs.Keep up the amazing work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have more than one person can handle going on in life, so I am sorry I forgot the nice man's name that took a minute to help me out today.I had a friend with good intentions look at my air filter bc she thought it may be dirty, which it was not. It was just too hot out for the ac. She didn't put my glove compartment box back on right. The detailers put it back, but something sounded lose when I would open it.I took it to Nissan thinking they could do a fast fix on it, but I got told It could not be done till September, smh.So I called Jack's and a very nice man told me to bring it in and he would look at it. It took him less than five minutes to fix my glove compartment box.I am very much appreciate he took the time out to help me out with such a simple fix. I definitely would recommend this company.

Four days after moving i got rear ended by a drunk driver sitting in front of an old apartment eating lunch. The person hit me strait on going at least 40+ mph while i was parked. Needless to say the damage was horrendous. Bumper completely smashed, front windshield cracked from the impact, rear end bent and one of the wheels bound up from the smashed end, spare tire well and other compartments blown out of whack and the trunk door dented inward in several places. Inside the car Sprite and Wendy s went everywhere from the force of the sudden impact. Needless to say the car was a gong show. Off of a recommendation from Courtesy Ford Lincoln- whom we purchased the car from- we brought it to Jacks Auto and were introduced to Mike, the owner. 10/10 for professionalism, speed of service, and downright honest ethical hard work. They turned the Buick into pristine condition despite having to wait for days at a time for parts to come in. Communication was always prompt and courteous and everyone i dealt with, including the receptionist was fantastic. My wife and i were very concerned about how the repairs would go and after receiving the car we drove it up and down the highway and in town with zero issues. If youre in need of a body shop and want fair pricing and understanding workers who will take the time to share with you their honest views of what your vehicle needs GO SEE MIKE and his staff: You wont regret it.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

I was so thrilled to get my car back, the paint job was spot on and the buffing job was wonderful. Mike tried to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted and to 100% before I took off with my car. He also threw in a courtesy buff for my headlights to remove all the buildup. They did an amazing job on my corolla and I could not be happier. Thankyou guys for the great business.

Had to fix my front bumper. Took it here for a quote and they took care of me and told me everything straight. I trusted them a lot from that experience and ended up having them fix it for me. Took a little while to get done but it looks brand new and they actually over quoted me, so I ended up paying $600 less. Had nothing but the best experience, and was given the best customer experience I could ask for. Thank you guys. 10/10 would recommend.

Great work and customer service. Door on my van got hyper extended during a really bad windstorm. Other places wanted to charge me $1700-2000. Jack's was able to do it for $85 and looks great. From now on,I won't trust my vehicles to anyone else.

My wife hit a parked car and ripped off part of bumper on the drivers side and bent the fender on our new Nissan Pathfinder. We are new to Pocatello and chose Jacks Auto Body based on reviews. We are so glad we did! They did and awesome job. Our car looks brand new. They were so friendly and kept us updated. We appreciated someone who appreciated our business. We will definitely be using them in the future should anything else happen to a vehicle.

I did not have a good experience at this shop. I had to address several concerns with parts to be painted. It took a great deal of time and communication to achieve the outcome I was looking for. Several delays were experienced along with misunderstanding of quality expectations. I whole heartedly put faith into this shop on a couple projects and on both expectations were failed in both. I would not recommend going to this shop with out a written contract with a timeline attached to it.

Chose Jacks Auto Body to repair our truck after hail damage. Mike is the person we dealt with. Not only could they not get it done when they said it would be, now our rear window leaks and he says it's not their fault! We already found it leaking when we got it home and took it back to him once. It's still leaking and it's not their fault ? We have owned the truck 10 years and rear window has never leaked until he took it out and TRIED to put it back in. Now the rear seat won't raise up cause the spring is rusting. Bad experience.

I m sorry there was a accident in front of my house and I nicely asked them if they would make sure the little mess was cleaned up. The guy that I asked was very rude about it.

I have a 1966 Ford Fairlane 500. It is not a show car but a daily driver that I bought in Nibley, UT in 1995 for my daughter in high school. In 2005 Jim Harper painted the "Lane" and I since moved to Montana. Fourteen years later I called Mike Harper at Jack's Auto Body to paint it again as there were some road dings and some rust that need repaired. Mike said "yes" and I left the car with him for several months over the winter to work on. He and his crew did an outstanding job and the new paint job is excellent. Jack's Auto Body crew did a thorough and precise repair and repaint of my favorite car. Thank you for a job well done and I hope I and Jack's is around in another fourteen years for a touch up!

They don t do good body work. I had my car repaired here and when I brought up that the paneling wasn t aligned correctly and that the paint was flawed they dismissed me. Highly recommend that you take your vehicle elsewhere.

New bumper was misaligned (still is after second attempt to fix it) and the new bumper was scratched during installation. 2nd vehicle we've brought there where the new body parts were visibly out of line.
