I got my oil changed here today and I left very happy and satisfied! Every employee was helpful, respectful, friendly, and courteous. They kept me notified of any issues with my vehicle and offered service for these without being pushy or insistent. I left with all needed information and prices for future services and this will be the first place I go to from now on. Thank you so much for all of your great service! Dianna

Can t say enough good about the team at Grease Monkey here in Pocatello! We had a slightly stripped oil pan and they fixed it in minutes and sent us on our way! Definitely would recommend and trust any oil change needs with them!

Several places in town wanted 2 to 3 times more for a service, claiming it would take at least 2 hours and they could fit me into their busy schedule in 3-4 weeks. Grease Monkey did the job in 30 minutes without an appointment. The crew was polite and very professional. Neila greeted me and got my car serviced with a smile. My Dad enjoyed a free popcorn and soda while we waited in a clean sitting area. If they offer a service I need, they will get my business for that service!

I had to go out of town last minute, so I stopped into Grease Monkey to have them check my fluids and go through my car to ensure nothing needed done. The crew there was fantastic and very thorough. Dylan has an amazing crew that really cares about the customer and their needs including going above and beyond what is needed. They will have my business always. Great job guys!!!

I have never felt so informed and in the loop as to the service needs of my vehicle. I was asked before anything was done, and given a set price before hand.The service staff was promptly there when I pulled in and accommodating during my wait. I had some popcorn and was out of there in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone for most automotive needs.

I usually go to Jiffy Lube for oil changes, but have not had great experiences so I decided to give Grease Monkey a try today. So pleased that I did because I had an amazing experience! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes without an appointment. All of the employees were incredibly kind. They gave me a free quote to replace my windshield (that was lower than other quotes I have been given, and they work with insurance.) They changed my cabin air filter (that I have asked Jiffy Lube to change several times, and Jiffy Lube tried to tell me multiple times that my car doesn't have a cabin air filter.) They also checked over my entire car, filled all the fluids, filled my tires, and vacuumed my car. It cost less than Jiffy Lube, was hours faster, and they even had cookies, popcorn, a fountain machine, and a coffee machine in the waiting room! I will definitely be coming here again for future services!

Never had a problem, or bad experience until today.. Won't be back, take back, my raving review. Employees are rude and if they weren't all standing around, maybe issues wouldn't occur.

I had them replace my fuel filter and service and they didn t tell me the price so when I went up to pay they wanted 150 for changing the fuel filter said it s 100 per hour but only took them 10 minutes. I could have went to the dealer for a lot less from certified mechanics. I won t be doing business at grease monkey ever again. They re a bunch of crooks.

Forcefully tried to upsell repeatedly, wouldn't honor a coupon on their website. Lied about "water in my differential" upcharge for premium oil after the fact without asking, and then proceeded to tell me the maintenance schedule was overdue for the wrong vehicle. I have a Sportage and they tried to charge me for a ton of stuff for a forte.

I really APPRECIATED the crew last night on Shift! They are a Fantastic group of people, they replaced my headlight bulb in my right hand side head lamp. I just came from O Reilly s Auto Store, after the two men on shift there told me my headlight was broken.. they said it was broken and they couldn t fix my headlight. Well ! Your professional crew took five minutes to replace my old bulb with a New Bulb . Very quickly. So that proved the guys at O Reillys in Chubbuck Store were lying, they didn t want to work. So Kudo s to your Hard working team to change my oil and my headlight bulb!! Thank You ! The guys deserve recognition for doing a great job last night.!Sincerely, Annette Smith.

The guys at greasemonkey were amazing. They were sooooo helpful. Especially if your a women!!! It was womens day and I got $10 off as well. My car even stooped and they had to jump the battery to get it into their shop. (I needed a new battery). They even put on my new windshield wipers that I had purchased at Costco. They could not have been more helpful!!! They were awesome!!!!!!

They changed the oil in my daughter's car and didn't tighten the cap on the engine. Then when she notices oil everywhere and smoke she figures out what it was and takes it back and the girl there just laughs it off like it happens all the time. It's hard to find good help these days. What a joke.

I just wanted my oil changed and I felt overwhelmed with to many oil and filter options. I did not like all the suggestive selling of so many things. I don t know if I will go back due to feeling so much pressure to purchase other than what I went there for. The salesman gave me anxiety.

I went to Grease Monkey today. I was very specific on the services I wanted. Evidently they do what they want. I requested they not touch my tires to rotate or adjust the pressure and I didn't want the cabin air filter changed. While they were serving my car I was approached and again declined the cabin air filter. I was then offered multiple additional services. I declined. While being checked out I was informed that they had adjusted my tire pressure. I left and immediately low tire pressure indicator came on. They had adjusted it to the WRONG amount!! When I called them I was told sorry come back and we'll fix it. I'm NOT willing to go back when the directions were clear from the start. They are unwilling to do anything for the inconvenience of their employees not listening but advertise only what you need. Hmmm I think I should have a say in what I need!!I got a voicemail from the manager telling me that he reviewed the video and they didn't check my tires....hmmm now who do I believe? The employee who was holding my paperwork or the manager who by his voicemail was referring to the wrong vehicle? Oh and the tire shop just confirmed all 4 tires were set at 35, wrong amount for my car!!!

I can't day enough great things about the crew at Grease Monkey, mainly Austin and Hunter! My mother and I were stranded when I thought my e-brake locked up. My truck had a terrible constant grinding going forward and locked up when in reverse. Long story short, we found the closest brake repair and pulled in 20 min before closing time. They stayed past hours to help find where the issue was coming from and put on new brakes and rotors in the freezing cold so we could make the long journey home safely!!! They truly saved a Damsel in Distress that night and I could not be more grateful! Thank you Austin and Hunter and the whole crew that helped!

I love these guys. They explained everything to me of what needed to be done before doing it. That is very important. Very, Very, Kind Young Men and the Kind Young Lady. They did a fabulous job. I know where I'll be going from now on.

$100.00 labor to change an oil filter that took 5 minutes. Ridiculous! Rip off. And that came with a million upcharges.I see there is a condescending reply to this review.Further supporting their lack of accountability.

We have been doing our oil changes here for over 10 years I work at a local Bank in town and wasn't able to take my car in on ladies day. I called and asked if my husband would be able to bring it in to get the ladies discount they said because all of our cars are registered under my name in there system that it would be no problem. I sent him with an additional coupon just in case they there was an issue, my husband showed them the coupon but at the end after already doing the oil change they refused to honor the ladies day because I wasn't there so he asked them to do the other coupon that I had sent with him, Dylan at the Yellowstone in Pocatello store refused to do it and was incredibly rude. Would have been nice for them to tell him before they did the oil change, we have six cars just in our household and spend well over $2000 a year on oil changes we will absolutely be taking our business somewhere else.

Honestly, my experience was a bit anxiety inducing. I did not appreciate how many different people were working on my truck. There were about six of them and It did not seem like any one person was taking ownership of the service. In particular, there was a blonde young lady who confirmed my tail lights were working fine when in actuality one of my bulbs was shattered at the time. She also removed my brand new air filter and carried it around with her while taking notes. She combed through it excessively just to show me it was brand new and then tossed it onto my engine for someone else to put away. Everyone was real nice and worked well together but I did not feel like they cared about my truck as much as I do. It s my work truck and it s my livelihood.

I went here during a busy time for them and they still were able to take really good care of me and my car I did just read a review about Dylan being incredibly rude and I just want to say he was one of the nicest people I've ever met apologizing for not hearing me and asking me to repeat myself, explaining how I could get free top offs to help me not run out of oil or fluids in my car and just overall just helping me out in whatever way he could and it wasn't just him but everyone working there today was incredibly nice to me I will be coming here for my next oil change for sure you guys are awesome.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto glass repair, Oil change

Girlfriend had her oil changed here, and they left an empty oil container in the engine compartment nested by the serpentine belt. The belt wore through the container. We were lucky it did not damage the belt and or start a fire.
