Nick Holly was beyond pleasant to deal with during the purchase of my F150. Not pushy in the slightest, which was very much appreciated. Rather, he was extremely transparent and communicative, and with me being from out of state, he even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to make the purchase.And as for the truck -- it's phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to fly across the country again for my next truck if it meant being able to deal with these guys.

First review I have ever left the experience was so bad. I went in and made a diagnostic appt in person for Monday 4/8. When I arrived they told me the appt wasn't on their books until 5/6, but they would try to work me in as the car isn't drivable. I had confirmed on the date and time multiple times before I had left the dealership. They called me 3 days later saying they looked at it and it was just a cap to the coolant overflow. I told them that doesn't make sense as it hasn't been able to keep coolant at all. They assured me they ran it for a long period of time ($180 worth) and the coolant levels/pressure looked good. Picked it up this morning and drove it for 45 minutes to work. Got out to check coolant and the overflow is already empty. I had taken our car there for 2 years as they are the only Ford dealer in town, but I will have to look elsewhere.

My mom went in for a recall and they acted like they had no idea what was going on. She made the appointment well in advance and gave them her VIN so that she could come in and have the work done on a specific day. She doesn t live locally and had to drive in from out of town just for them to do nothing more than look at the car and say yep, we will make another appointment to do the work. Very frustrating.

I rarely leave reviews but this company needs this one. I bought a used Expedition from them in 2020 at a fair price and in good condition. However, during the negotiating process there were some stipulations that were discussed with the deal such as fixing the heated seat, windshield, having two sets of keys, adding all weather mats, etc. If you do the same thing make sure all aspects are in writing because once the paper work was signed the holes started to appear.The discussion was that they would fix the seat and windshield however the seats were still broken (they paid to fix but I had to take it to a separate dealer to accommodate) and the windshield chips were still there, come to find out later from another windshield company that the chip was filled improperly leading to a crack and me needing to buy a new windshield. In addition we were supposed to get two sets of keys as the key we used to test drive the vehicle had broken buttons, what was delivered? one new working key and two broken keys. After I reached out and confronted them on it they told me that I "actually received three sets of key" so they did more then agreed. Don't worry were not done! When we discussed the all weather mats it was agreed to do all three rows and the cargo area and when asked "do you prefer Weathertech or Rhino, does the brand matter?" I responded, thinking it was between those two high end quality built products, that the brand didn't matter. Fast forward to delivery where I received a low quality cheap brand for the three rows and no cargo area. I was able to "negotiate" again to get the third row still with the cheaper company.Long story short you will likely get a good car but make sure you are annoyingly stingy on the written agreement as you will get nickle and dimed with any other additional items you discuss. Or better yet find a dealer that wants you to buy another car from them in the future and shows that they value you as a customer.

We were a little slow and took about 3 days to decide, but he was so helpful during the entire process. I very much recommend buying from Courtesy Ford, working with Nic.

Kenny was a nice salesman and he did know his stuff about the car. It went downhill after that. First they waited until the last possible day to mail my title paperwork to Montana so my temp tags had almost expired. Then they mailed it to the wrong DMV which is much busier and further from my house. Then the Montana DMV tells me the dealer did it wrong and were sending it back. I also had found out I was moving to South Carolina that week, and Montana suggested I ask the dealer to send it there instead. Courtesy Ford said no we won't do that, and they had no idea what was wrong or when it would be fixed. I was told to wait while they contacted Montana, and never heard anything further. 2 weeks go by and I've heard nothing back so I finally called the dealer again and they say the title work was already send back and corrected. Nobody decided to tell me, plus I already moved to South Carolina and nobody seems to care. Not their problem. So now I get to waste a lot of money (somehow) registering in Montana where I don't even live because this dealer took so long on the paperwork and can't communicate. Car dealers are just out for a quick sale, and this place is no exception. Don't buy here if you are from out of state!

They were good when buying because thats how they make money but since have been awful. Our truck has been in the shop over half the time we have had it. We called and they pretend to care but won't try to help. We know people who have had issues here and if you read through the reviews it is common to buy a lemon and get no help. Each bad review they claim to do 160 inspection and call to talk so they can get things figured out as if that probably wasn't attempted already. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I recommend going somewhere that is kind/helpful when buying but also after they are paid. This has been the worst experience we have had. We talked to 3 other dealerships close by and they have been more helpful in trying to get us out of this situation than Courtesy Ford in Pocatello who sold it to usWe bought a F150 in Feb. No known issues other than a mirror didnt work . In April we used 4wheel drive there was a loud noise and the tires jerked. 4wheel drive quit working. We took it in and were given a rental car. We asked for a truck. We were told they would try but we never heard back. Anytime we asked we were given the runaround.Well in the shop communication was horrible! We would call for updates and nobody knew what was going on. They told us the guy over it was fired for lying or that they had changes. They didnt know what was going on or bother to keep us in the loop. They did tell us the differential broke. They said it was worn and nothing we could have preventedWe got it back the end of May. There was a chip in the side window and it was covered in a white film that had to be scrubbed off. We were told they couldn t fix the mirror and to order one off Amazon. We told them about these problems and our concerns but nothing was ever doneTHE NEXT DAY my husband tested out 4wheel drive. Again a loud noise and it got stuck and started making the same noise. They said we could bring it in. Our salesman called and said he would come get it so they could start ASAP. He brought us a rental car and got the truck. We were given the runaround when we asked about a rental truck instead because we needed a truck that week. We told him we had to take the rental. He was not happy about that and asked that we didnt take it because they don t want miles on them. So the rental was useless and we had to change plans aroundA week later we got a call asking where we had parked it because they couldnt find it. We reminded them they had picked it up a week ago. An example of the bad communication. They told us the problem was they had put a bad differential in. We picked it up July 6July 9 we left for a trip. We were pulling a trailer that was half the truck tow capacity. An hour in it started to shake. The engine shut down. It would not turn on. We had to call a tow truck. We sat on the road for 4hrs. The truck was taken to IF. They were better at communicating and found a ton of issues and had to replace part of the engine. They also told us it was not something we could preventWe talked to our salesman about our frustrations and he said to email him and he would talk to a manager and get back to us. 3 weeks later we had still heard nothing. I called and talked to a manager who said he would figure out what was going on and call me back. Our salesman conveniently got back from what I guess was a 3 week vacay and called my husband right after. He said he didnt see the problem because the truck would be fixed and we got a rental. We needed a truck and also couldnt use the car because of miles. What a jokeWe tried to talk to him again and were told he did not want to be the middleman. When we tried to talk to a manager though they just had him call us and didnt bother to call us back themselves. We got our truck back end of Sept. They were nice enough to give it back taken care of. Still nothing from Pocatello. It is clear they are hoping we will go away. I recommend finding a dealership who cares about their customers even after they get paid

I have been looking for a great used Subaru for years. This is my dream car and they were able to make the financing easy and keep the monthly payments exactly where I wanted them. Straightforward positive buying experience. I worked with Kayla long distance and her communication was excellent. Courtesy Ford had the Bronco Sport I wanted for the best price in the area and they were fair on the trade. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to take time and personalize service. No pressure or underhanded tactics. Thumbs up.

I cannot recommend Kenny enough!! He was very easy to work with and creates a low pressure buying experience. He is very attentive and cares about his clients and theirs needs. We came in a couple days after buying our truck and he remembered it was my birthday and gave me the option of which car I wanted for the day while our truck was getting worked on. This was my first experience buying a new vehicle also this my first google review for that matter. The 5 stars speaks for its self but if you want the details, I worked with Justin Roberts, he was always available to guide us through the process even after hours sometimes to help answer questions any questions for us. He never put any pressure and was always very straightforward in giving us the best deal never attempted to mark up or oversell. I will not hesitate to come shake his hand and give him a hug if I see him out and about in the real world. I couldn t be happier with my car buy experience! Great job Justin!

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from here and they just keep providing awesome service! The team stayed late because I walked in 30 minutes before they closed cause I was checking a price. Last year I was looking at buying a new off the lot truck once I sold my house. Kayla was the person who helped me, and was thorough in answering my questions. Due to circumstances in my own life I was unable to purchase at that time. Recently my daily driver was in an accident, and I need to replace it. I went into the dealership and asked for her, unaware that her position is Internet sales. She was still more then willing to help me, and humored all my strange requests. I recently had a procedure done that makes it difficult to walk, so we sat in her office and went through their inventory online. I came in close to closing not noticing what time it was, and she was still willing to sit with me and work with me. There was no pressure, or rush to get me out the door. She took notes on what I'm looking for in a vehicle, and said she'd contact me if she found something since we didn't find anything on the lot today. My husband is active duty, and stationed in Hawaii, so for all purposes I'm a single mom. She even went through the trouble of finding interior photos of the vehicles to see if my car seat would fit with out me even asking. I was beyond impressed with how respectfully I was treated, and how none of my concerns or wants for a vehicle seemed to be a problem. I hope I have the opportunity to continue working with her, but with only 7 days to find a vehicle before I have to give up the rental we will see what happens. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I would give this dealership negative stars if that was possible. My husband and I had a terrible experience with this dealership. The Ford that we purchased had a malfunction and we were forced to have it towed to here. My husband, in all the chaos of trying to get his family taken care of because we have been stranded, left his wallet in the truck. He called on Monday and they said they would mail the wallet to him with expedited shipping. We waited, my husband had to cancel flights and travel plans for work due to not having his ID, and the wallet never showed up. My husband called multiple times to get a tracking number - Which they were never able to provide, despite telling us multiple times that the wallet had been mailed. Finally on Thursday my husband drove the 2 1/2 hours north to confront them face-to-face, turns out they never actually mailed the wallet, nor did they ever actually look at our truck like they said they did, because it was parked in the exact same spot, the exact same position, and the snow surrounding it had not been disturbed. Not only that, when my husband called to speak with the general manager, because he could not get a straightforward answer concerning his wallet, he was told that sales are more important, and that the manager was busy. This dealership has dishonest people working at it, I would never utilize any of their services. We paid the money to have our truck towed from their dealership back to the one that we purchased it at in Utah because they are completely untrustworthy.

I was very hesitant to ever give my business to a Ford dealership again due to such poor experiences in the past (though never at this location). As luck would have it, Courtesy Ford had a great deal on a car I had been wanting, so I decided to give it a shot. I would give 0 stars. This has been to most complicated car purchase I have ever made. The vehicle I purchased had several issues such as cosmetic damage.The clown who sold me the truck promised that all these would be fixed as a courtesy service following the truck purchase ..I have had to drive back and forth to be told I could not use any loaner vehicles. This would be understandable if the repair was relatively short, but it took 3+ hours. I had to walk to a nearby location to use WIFI and wait, which I didn t mind, but I imagine others would not find this comfortable.They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for things like the washer fluid to be refilled. I was also told I would only receive 1/3 of the products and services promised. When I brought up some initial promises, such as a spray-in bed liner or tinted windows, they told me they had no documentation or proof of that promise.Kenny Powers needs to hit the treadmill and all of the staff there need breath mints or an industrial-grade mouthwash administered on the daily.They think they nose everything. (You ll know when you get there)To end on a good note-The kid with the glasses was pretty chill. The repair/ service guys were also very professional.Kenny Powers = Kenneth. The fact you cannot identify this proves my point even further.

10/10 this place is THE BEST! Absolute friendliest and most helpful Ford dealership I ve been to. I was out of town and my check engine light came on. Every place around town couldn t get me in for over a week. I m 8 months pregnant and have a 2 year old and definitely didn t have the funds to stay here for a week but didn t want to risk getting stranded in the winter storm if my car broke down. The people here were amazing, fit me in to get my car looked at and fixed the problem really quickly. Got me back on the road the same day! LA was so amazing, so friendly and helpful he made our experience great. Jade was also so helpful and friendly. I wish I lived here so this could be my main dealership! Also wanted to mention the girl at the main front desk she was SO sweet with my daughter and printed a coloring page for her and was talking to her and being so sweet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!
