I take my BMW X5 M50i to these guys, been taking all my foreign cars to them for years. I trust Ed, I trust them, they seem to actually like my cars like I do. They take extra care with no nonsense. They only recommend the stuff that actually needs done, they aren't trying to bilk me for me services. They take the time to explain the services and they get stuff done in a timely manner. They aren't the cheapest in town, but there's a reason for that. If you want some idiot high schooler changing the oil on your $50k vehicle, go to the quick lube places, this place isn't for you. I need to know that a real mechanic is working on my stuff. Never had an issue, but I have the sense that if there ever was a mistake they would own up to it and make it right with me.

Took awesome care of my truck and kept me in the loop on what was happening, even when some parts became hard to find. Will definitely be seeing them again for future needs!

Very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Tyhee Automotive. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, took time to explain what and why things needed to be done, were cost conscientious, timely and friendly. My truck now runs the best it ever has.

I heard from the local jeep group that Corey s Tyhee Automotive was the place to take your Jeep. They weren t wrong! The team at Corey s had great customer service from the beginning to the end. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable, but they were incredibly thorough in their work and inspection on my jeep. I appreciated the amount of detail they put into the service write up about the work they did and also what needed to be done in the future. Thank you so much Corey s Tyhee Automotive!

If you live in south east idaho and own a jeep or 4x4. You can't beat Corey's for work. They know their jeeps and are amazing to work with. Clean, knowledgeable, and do just great work. I have used Corey's for other vehicles also and they just go above and beyond. I always recommend them whenever someone is looking for a mechanic.

The owner & his staff are amazing. Last year, Corey himself took me to work after I dropped off my car. He also recommended and sold me some high-quality engine-oil treatments that I'm now sold on.I work in Pocatello two days a week. Due to changes on my end, Rose helped me reschedule about three times. No complaints, just great customer service. When we finally got together, a work meeting delayed their start of my transmission flush. After an already long day, Rose and the shop crew stayed late to make sure I could pick up my car that night and drive it home the next day. I really appreciate the extra effort and fair pricing. I believe I can trust them to take good care of my cars.Service: Transmission

Corey s Tyhee automotive is always friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Yet they maintain that small town feel that makes you feel like a friend is helping you not just some person behind a desk.

I had a laundry list of things to check and repair on the 83 CJ-7 I recently purchased, including to double-check a bunch of work I d already done. Corey gave me the quote, was honest and told me it was going to be a while to find the right axle(1-piece upgrade). They went over my ol Jeep bumper to bumper, checked it all out, gave me recommendations and a quote. I was pleasantly surprised when the total actually was a bit LOWER than the quote! He could have EASILY screwed me and recommended unnecessary repairs or done more than needed. In fact he recommended I do some repairs myself. I didn t need to pay them to do stuff I am capable of. Man!! I appreciate honesty!!!!Now I know why people say Take your JEEP to Corey ! Moving to a new place can be frustrating! But to find a place that can take good care of your car, is a huge bonus. The staff is personable and Rose is always very nice! The owner, who we can only assume is Corey, has been great and offers reasonable pricing, especially on a BMW! Thanks guys!

I needed a few things done on my car. They were very fast and professional. They also noticed a nail in my tire and saved me a major inconvenience down the road. I am grateful that they cared enough to notice . I also appreciate that they cleaned the inside of my car so nicely. The price was very fair. We were passing through Pocatello when our engine started over heating; turns out we had a broken radiator and holes in the bottom hose. Corey and his team went above and beyond to fix our car!! They got to work ASAP even though it was short notice. The price was fair, and it comes with a 2 year warranty; meaning they have our back completely if this ever becomes a problem in the future. Definitely recommend going here if you are ever in a tight spot!

While traveling to Salt Lake for a class I broke down in my van Wally the Rhino. I called Corey and was able to limp the vehicle to his garage. Corey and the staff are awesome. He was able to get me back on the road in a timely manner even though he was totally booked. The customer service at Tyhee Automotive is a 12 out of 10. These folks gave us same-day service and got us back on the road when we were half-way along our six-hour drive. We found ourselves unable to re-start our car at the Costco gas station. A very nice man who is a customer of Corey's Tyhee Automotive, was at the gas station and noticed our dilemma about how to get repair for our car. After calling a AAA recommended shop and hearing that they would not have time to look at our car today, Steve called Corey's Tyhee Automotive and secured their agreement to look at our car today. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but they secured the needed part and completed the repair so that we were able to get back on the road and get to our destination that day. We are very grateful for their compassion and willingness to fit us in, and for the competency of the technician who diagnosed and repaired the car in short order. We are sorry that we aren't locals who can use their services on a regular basis.

We called from the freeway because our van was overheating & it appeared we had a water pump leak. We explained our emergency and they made room right away for us. Turns out it was loose hose clamps, and they had us back on the freeway Very Fast!!! Thank you for being Honest, Thank you for being Genuine, Thank you for processing us on short notice. Very friendly and made us feel like family. Thank you again ;-)

Had them do a head gasket repair and its running like a dream. I came in multiple times before and during the work and everytime the mechanic stopped what he was doing to talk with me and answer any questions I had. You could tell they actually cared. Best shop in town

Paid $450 for a fuel pump replacement. My vehicle began sputtering and cutting out the next day. I found that the inline fuel filter had not been replaced. This is standard procedure on a fuel pump replacement. VERY POOR.

TELL ME WHY YOU WOULD TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE....OK OTHER SHOPS MAY TAKE ADVANTAGE, BUT NOT COREYS...OTHER CAR REPAIR SHOPS MAY DISPLAY COGNITIVE DISSONANCE, BUT NOT COREYS, OTHER CAR REPAIR SHOPS MAY DISPLAY REPRENSIBLE BEHAVIOR, BUT NOT COREYS.
