Always bring my vehicles here for an oil change and tires and always have a great experience. Only reason for the 4 star was the run around on a request I had. When I called to make the appointment I asked if they offered headlight restoration (mine are awful and it makes they worthless at night). The lady on the phone had no idea and told me about some home remedy. I was greatful for the info but they are beyond a home remedy so I asked her to put in in the log that if they offer that service I would like it done. When I arrived to drop it off I ask the gentleman the same question and he said he had no idea either. There happened to be another gentleman behind him that said yes and they could do it on my vehicle while they had it. So I left thinking I was getting an oil change, break check, tire rotation, and a headlight restoration. Everything was done and done well to my knowledge except for the headlight restoration. Not a huge deal. Just frustrating with the back and forth confusion. But the staff are friendly and the work is good!

Okay after completely unethical and shady experiences with Brian's Point S Tire and Discount Tire, I went to Commercial tire mostly out of frustration. We had them swap our snow tires to the Summer tires and less than 20 miles later had a flat tire. Took it back to commercial and the Store manager tore the wheel down and discovered where the valve stem had been damaged during the swap, letting the air escape. Because my wife drove the last two blocks to the house with the tire flat, it was basically ruined. The manager totally owned the issue and replaced the tire at their cost. I will totally take all my vehicles back here from now on just because of one person being honest and accountable. It's crazy how hard that is to find anymore.

I thought the world of this place up until I discover 12 months later that the expensive work I paid for was never done.I paid to have both half-shafts replaced last summer. Had the brakes done and the DS half shaft CV boot is torn throwing grease everywhere. It s old and cracked rubber and most importantly, the original half shaft. I paid $800 with labor for this and they kept the car for 3 days. Either this an epic screw up or they lied. Can t see any other way to explain it. Very disappointed. Good thing I kept the invoices! Now what?

Commercial Tire has always been extremely helpful to me and my vehicles, saving me time and money. As well as doing a superior job. I will always take my vehicles to Commercial Tire in Pocatello.

Always get great service at any Commercial Tire I go to. This one is a little harder to get a semi in than others. Still quick service though.

Brought my car in first thing this morning. They got it right in and diagnosed it. Had to wait on a part to be delivered but they still got us in and out in a very timely manner! Would definitely recommend them to anyone having car problems going through Pocatello Idaho! The employees are knowledgeable and kind!

I would highly recommend Commercial tire. I have used bargain tire it ended up costing me well over $4k because they didn't do there job right and lead to everything i paid for destroying right after they 'Fixed' everything. tried to use discount and they straight refused to help me and switch my tires. Commercial had no problems they got it done in a very fast and nice manner made sure everything was up to speck they took care of me when my truck was completely unsafe and discount wanted to turn me away. Thank you Commercial i look forward to doing business with you guys for a long time.

I pulled in just before closing time to get a semi-trailer tire.repaired. They got the tire fixed and I was on the road within an hour. Great service and good people.

Over $600 and they didn t put the outside of the hub caps back on my wheels. Nothing was said, no heads up given, just the pieces left in the trunk for whatever reason. My tires look trashy thanks to Commercial Tire. I called and the manager said maybe they didn t fit on the tires. Well, okay maybe that was worth mentioning ahead of time.

I had a leaky valve stem on one of my tires due to a bent core. It was fixed quickly and free of charge!

The employees here are very helpful. I took my vehicle in for some struts and other repairs, in the end I had a rattle sound I thought was associated with the wheel problems, only to find out in the end its in my engine, but they took the time to listen, and to problem solve right along with me. That's what makes customers want to come back, you're not just another number or vehicle, you're a person. I would definitely recommend them.

We had tire trouble at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. They close at 4. The people at Commercial tire were extremely kind and helped us out even though it meant them having to work a bit late.They also had a nice, clean area out of the way to wait with our 4 kiddos. Would absolutely recommend.

These guys have been the best. I bring all my vehicles here for tire issues. The last set i bought for my truck have been great. So far they have lasted long than I thought. Really they have never steered me wrong. If you need tires go check them out

So today I was humbled. I got a hole in my tire hunting. I was ready to pay for a new tire because I ve been trying to draw this hunt for ten years. I brought it in with that intention and everything was done that I needed with kindness that I didn t deserve in the end. I spent the day with my wife and baby and got my tire fixed. I didn t go hunting, maybe another day. Thanks guys. I needed some hope. Thanks for today.

Hands-down the best customer service I've ever gotten. Shane, the assistant manager, was incredible. He understood I was on a time crunch to get my tire replaced, had a great sense of humor, and made sure to check in on us even though they were back to back. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of tire repair.

Most terrible roadside costomer service I have ever seen!!!! We called to get help to loosen our lug nuts to change our tires because we were stranded with a flat two kids in the car and all the person cared about was money and how we were gonna pay for it so our car is stranded and they're off for the holiday weekend and the other three kids are stranded at home with the babysitter and now what do you expect us to do? Happy new years!

I brought in my 2004 toyota sienna for a normal wheel alignment. Well come to find out some left side bushing or something like that needed to be replaced. They even showed me the defective part so I agreed to have it replaced. Then awhile later they called me and said I needed shimes on the rear wheels for it to hold the alignment. Hence the reason I was wearing out my tires faster than normal. Well I was expecting to pay a pretty penny. They were very helpful and friendly.Thank you for helping me and not charging me a ton of money. It costed me way less than I expected They are all so very honest and upfront about everything. I highly recommend this company to anyone

While traveling through town from out of state we picked up a screw in our tire. We stayed overnight and stopped in here first thing in the morning for a patch. They got us in quick and didn't charge us. It helped make a poor start to our trip a little better. Thank you!

This is a great service shop. I really trust them with my vehicle and they are my first pick for an oil change if I have the time to wait (walk ins take quite a while to get to). look for local coupons before you go. I don't feel like they are pushy with service add ons. If you do have a wait, they have a comfortable and kid friendly waiting area with free popcorn as well as treats and quarter machine toys for purchase.
