Jeremy was a very friendly salesman when we entered the doors at Cole s Chevrolet. We were looking for a pickup and he was very helpful and competent in explaining the many options on the truck. My Jeep needed some attention after a little accident. Hap and his crew did a phenomenal job repairing the damage. Granted, I felt it took longer than I was hoping but the wait was well worth the finished product.The shop as well did a great job. Some suspension parts needed replacement along with an alignment. Drives as good as the day I bought it.I would absolutely recommend Cole Chevrolet to anyone needing mechanical or body repairs done on their vehicle.

I bought my truck last fall with Justin's Romriells help. He is amazing to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.I have had a few mechanical maintenance issues and used their service center. They are also amazing. I can't say enough how helpful they are.Overall my experience was great.

I ended up working with Cole over the phone for a majority of the transaction as I live in Boise and they were the only dealership for miles that had the exact vehicle I wanted (shoutout to the general manager and his ordering skills), but I m really happy with the experience. Robert was friendly, responsive, and kind. We made the drive over the weekend and the in-person process was painless as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I love my vehicle! Highly highly recommend this dealership as they seem to stray away from the typical auto dealer game playing with fair deals and friendly treatment.

Boys in the body shop did excellent job repairing my car. However, Hap was a disorganized mess. I believe he is the manager of the body shop. Never kept me updated on my car repairs, either with texts or emails as promised. I called the day my car was to ready and he was out. No information available. Called next day and told by Hap it would be done later that day. Set up appointment with Hap next day to pick up my car. I came 5 minutes before appointment and no one was in the office. Hap was gone. Found someone to help me. She said Hap went to lunch shortly before I got there for our appointment. They called his cell phone 6 times. No answer. They looked through numerous folders and finally found my paperwork. But they did not know if I could take my car.... more calls to Hap... unanswered. I told them to get Hap's boss to approve it then. Wasted 35 minutes already waiting. Finally got outta there. Get Hap an appointment book, an assistant and teach him how to send updates on text messages or emails like he promised! Again the men in the body shop are great. They deserve the big money, not Hap.

Cole Chevrolet went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Ashley was amazing and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. I came clear down from Montana to buy my truck here. This was the only dealership that actually treated me like a customer and wanted to work with me, I called several other dealerships and they acted like it was a hassle that I was looking for a truck. Darrell was great and even had someone help jump my car so I could bring it in. I got a new battery. As I went to leave the check engine light was still on after I had asked if the car had been checked over to see if there was a reason besides the battery being old for this happening. The gentleman there was great and checked the codes and reset them. The engine light cameBack on. We did this a colTimes. Then he said that sometimes the check engine lights are triggered by the last several starts - and that hopefully after some more starts the system would reset with the new battery solving the issue. I was also told that new batteries don t charge like the old cars do and just driving around town (short trips) don t always allow enough time for the battery to charge and will wear rh down. I know I haven t personally worked on a car in over 20 years so things have likely changed.It s just frustrating. This car squeaks sometimes when the brakes are used or sometimes just going slow. Even though the brake pads are the right ones and were not needing to be replaced the ONLY option given was to replace with more expensive ones. My nearly $600 a month vehicle squeaks as I drive. It is embarrassing. Then the battery and having it given back with an issue still present. It just is not how I am used to having things handled.I want to say again that Darrel and the gentleman who I picked the car up from were nice.I m just frustrated with the resolutions to the issues the vehicle we purchased less than a year ago has had.

ReviewWhen my beloved 05 Subaru Impreza got into a wreck and was totaled, I had no choice but to find another used vehicle. Cole Chevrolet was one of the first places I went to search for cars. Everyone working there was friendly and approachable. Trevor Fitch showed me a used car that was for sale and was within my price range. I agreed to come back another day to test drive it. When I finally did, I was pretty much sold, but not wanting to put my eggs in one basket, I kept looking for other vehicles. Trevor would text me frequently to see if I was still interested. He was patient with me considering I was still waiting for my car insurance to pay me out for my Subaru s damages. In the end, I bought the used vehicle from their dealership because it was the closest car on the market to what I wanted. I knew I was making the right decision and they made my experience as a first time buyer, fairly painless. Trevor was honestly one of the most approachable and genuine car dealers that I had interacted with during my search for a new car. Props also to Dylan in financing, for finding me a fantastic rate! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a well running and maintenance vehicle.

Dropped my truck off for a same day service. They were suppose to change engine oil, transfer case, front/rear differential fluids, and check brakes. They called me in the afternoon to say they wouldn t be able to finish same day so I agreed to pick up the next day. At 2pm the next day I called the shop since I hadn t heard anything. I was asked for another day and told the tech still hadn t diagnosed the brakes. I informed the person in service that I needed the truck today and with a huge attitude he said I ll put it back together right now. Upon arriving at the shop they told me the brake pads were bad, the rotors were bad, and that I needed a new hub in the rear ~$3300 bucks. Upon driving away I noticed that my rear brake sensor wasn t reading in my truck and that now only the front sensor worked. I immediately took it to a brake shop and was informed that the pads still has 75% life and that the rotors were slightly warped but not bad for a HD truck. They lifted the rear end and did tests on the hub and found it to be just fine. The service shop at Cole is crooked and I m still in disbelief that they tried to ring me for an extra $3300 bucks I really liked that diesel Tahoe in the lot . Oh well.

I m really glad someone finally mentioned some truth in these reviews. I should probably look into employee reviews. Maybe you should too. The sales are always laid back, laughs, and cheery. But isn t that how Salespeople should be? The service is hit and miss. But I really don t think it s much they have control over with part availability and shipping is never 100%. I can t speak about the body shop since Ive never been there, nor anyone I m aware of to hear feedback from. But that parts dept is accurately described as toxic. That manager has been there for YEARS and they have turn over like hot potatoes and that speaks volumes. I haven t had personal experience with her, but I have heard plenty of stories that makes me steer clear. Blatant disrespect, talks down to you as a customer, and just all around unprofessionalism. This place needs an overhaul on their parts upper management.

Cole Chevrolet s body shop was absolutely phenomenal to work with! They went above and beyond to make my caddy look new again! A big thank you from the bottom of my heart to Arturo Beery for his guidance through the whole process. From the Car rental to making sure to only use genuine Cadillac parts. we had to wait several hours on our truck and our service guy kept us in mind, made sure we could go get lunch, and made sure we were informed the whole time. we didn't have to wonder what was going on. we were really impressed with his professional demeanor and all around politeness.

My fiance and I had such a great experience working with Cole Chevrolet. Our salesperson, Trevor, was awesome. We were in a crunch to get me a vehicle and Trevor was very understanding of our situation and really helped us get a great deal. It worked out so well that we went back two days later and my fiance got a new truck! We highly recommend working with Trevor. I had a great experience working with Ashley in getting me into my Trailblazer! She did amazing with helping me find the right vehicle and making the process as quick and easy as possible with me being a first time car buyer. Joel was amazing! He is great with people. I was having issues with the WiFi at the business and he went above and beyond by allowing me to connect to his hotspot to complete an important transaction. He also let me know my tires needed to be replaced and expressed his concern about it being a safety issue as they were well overdue to be replaced. He also took the time to explain the paperwork that came with the the new Tires and did so with a positive and cheerful attitude!

Joel was amazing! I came in right after they were closed in the service department and he had no problem helping me! He took me right back and set me up with an appointment for the next day when he could have chosen to tell me to come back! He also took the time to make sure my tires were at the right air level (he noticed my tire light was on) and filled them for me! Thank you for being so nice and actually appreciating your customers!

Couple hiccups with the repair, but nothing that seemed malicious, just genuine mistake/miscommunication between the insurance, that is the only reason I didn t give 5 stars, Hap, the auto shop manager handled the Situation very professionally and made it right in the end. Thank you again Hap and your team for fixing my wife s Cadillac, their works speaks for itself.

Brought my truck in to replace the front yoke, seals, & u-joints. Everyone was really nice & very informative from the reception to the mechanic explaining the issues. Had my truck in & fixed fast & efficiently. They were reasonably priced, & did a great job. Definitely bringing my truck back if I ever have any other issues.

Right before a big snow storm, the driver s side skirt on our car (the only one with snow tires) was hanging. We needed this car to get through the snow. Cole Chevrolet Collision Center was packed with vehicles, but they still got our car in immediately and got it done for us for a very fair price. We are thrilled with their customer service as well. I want to take this opportunity to thank Robert Heath for your outstanding salesmanship. Your dedication, expertise, and professionalism went beyond my expectations in the purchase of my new Corvette. It is greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to extend my appreciation to Joe Osterman who is the Service manager at Cole Chevrolet for taking the time out of his busy day to thank me for my purchase. He assured me that his service department was there to make sure I was totally satisfied. Joe and Robert totally understand what Total customer Enthusiasm is all about.My only disappointment was with Ryan Cole. A simple Thank You and we appreciate the business would have been a possible consideration given his name is on the sign out front. In the 20 plus years that I worked at Cole Chevrolet the sale of a new Corvette was always a big event. You know what they say.....He is A Chip Off the Old Block and just following in his dad s footsteps.Would I recommend Cole Chevrolet to others? Most likely. Honest service. I took my 2013 Grand Sport in because I thought I had a bad lifter. Turns out it was just a damaged spark pug cable issue (arcing) that I somehow didn't notice. They were honest with me and only charged me for diagnosing the car. Carlos is the guy you want to speak with. He's straight forward, which I appreciate.

Sevice here is always good, not great. When setting up our appointment the service techs were less than helpful, accept the one who closes. He was helpful and nice. We've had issues with our truck since shortly after purchasing it new and we were always put off as if we had never driven a vehicle before. Were our concerns listened to or acted upon? not really. We had to purchase new tires about 6000 miles before we should have because of abnormal wear. They said nothing and sold us new set.

Hap and his crew are first rate. The work was done with care and precision. They even shuttled me back to the rental car drop off when my car was ready. 5 out of 5 stars. There is a reason that you will need to schedule an appointment because it is worth waiting for.

Completely mislead from day one. Had to wait an extra amount of time to get new truck. Promised six weeks and it turned into three months. Salesman unwilling to be up front with delivery of truck. Salesmen completely dishonest about factory warranty. Said I was covered bumper to bumper up to 100k miles. When i signed the contract the gentelman talked me into an extended warranty which i recently found out it was all lies and a ploy to make more money. I now have a 70k truck with all expired warranties.These guys are snakes! Buyer Beware!!!

Bought a new pickup. Drivers side mirror needed replaced. They ordered the part and I took pickup in for 8 am appt. It took them until 4 pm to call and say they had the wrong part.Also ..they couldn t give us our Chevy points for the new purchase because the paperwork guy submitted the sale to an old email address and they couldn t fix it. They didn t even offer to give us a credit on our account for a service or accessories for their error.
