I like city parts stores...but...I priced some parts on AutoZone app, $179/ea per front rotor. Ifound same part, only included 2 front rotors, and 2 new brake pads kits for $125 total price. Why the big mark up AutoZone? You got stores and massive buying power too, pass that down to your customers!

I called auto zone in chubbuck for an ice scraper and they took the time to check in the back if they had any, they said yes . So I get there and the cashier went to the back and brought one that was not pricey just as I asked . His name is William . Saw his name. Thanks auto zone

Great employee's at this store. Even my dog love going there because of on of the employees treats him so well. When I go to Autozone it's usually this one because of that reason alone.

Easily the best Autozone in the world. In a rush, I grabbed the wrong parts. At 9:54pm I called them to tell them I'd be there right at closing. They were both very helpful. They could've been driving home, instead they stayed to help some stranger in a self created emergency. Today is June 21st, 2023. The two males on closing shift absolutely deserve a raise. They wouldn't let me tip, or I would have

I would give less then one star if I could. I called ahead asking for a battery for my car and if they could help instal it. I got a conformations they had the one I wanted and they would install it over the phone. I went into the store and let them know I had just called and wanted to purchase the battery and get the install. The kid working said okay went and grabbed the battery then started the purchasing process and I asked to make sure he could do the install or that someone in store could and he laughed at me. He said well no we cant do the instal and laughed but if you go to his friends house down the street they could. I was shocked. I was super frustrated and mad they could not do the install but still wanted me to buy a battery. I even explained that I just called and they said they could do it. I would not recommend going here the lack of customer service was unreal.

I was so pleased with the service I received tonight at Autozone. There was a man in the store causing a disturbance and then he left, but was standing outside. One of the employees walked me out to my car and made sure I was safe. While I got in my car he put on my window wiper that I had just purchased.

We were on our way to Salt Lake to start a family vacation when our battery was slow to start our truck. Lynden saved the day!!! He put in a new battery and did it extremely fast. We're so grateful for his help!!!

They're the only place I've found the consistently has the European coolant I need. When they didn't have it in Stock this last time, the employee helping me checked the the Chubbuck location (instead of the Pocatello one) and sent me there, where it was indeed in stock.

My go-to for generic auto parts and fluids for my vehicles. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. I like the rewards program and they have always made returning parts and unopened oils/chemical a no-hassle transaction.

We were on a road trip and the car started vibrating and the check engine light came on. We were worried it was something severe, stopped at Auto Zone right before closing and Miranda And John stayed late and helped us decode the check engine light. They had the right parts and tools to get our car back on the road! Luckily it was just a coil and a plug. Thank you so much for having great people, parts in stock and the tools so I could get it fixed. Great experience.

Nice clean store with a great selection of products and inventory. The staff was friendly and willing to help.They price match any other store. But their prices are higher than Walmart's prices.

Rolled in from out of town with a loose spindle hub nut and wheel knockin. I was expecting it and had all the jack and tools.Even though they didn't have the specialty tool I needed for an old 1988 Nissan Pathfinder, they were more than helpful letting me know a couple tricks to use to torque that nut as much as possible.I was alsovlet know of a sale that up'd the products in my bag by one more product at the same price. I'm very thankful for that. My area has no Autozone but if it did, that would be my first place to go to.....again.
