Chuck was awesome! I highly recommend AVS to everyone! He was very informative and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right sound system, alarm system and keyless entry system. He also did very good quality of work on my Corvette and he made sure he took good care of my baby. 5/5 stars his work surpassed my expectations! I will be coming back to him with more work, definitely the best sound business in town!!

Chuck was awesome. He was able to fix an aftermarket remote start on my car. He did it in less than 30 minutes and on short notice. Chuck was super friendly and kind.Chucks' shop was nice and clean.

Made an appointment February 22nd for 10 am March 30th to put in a remote start for my wife's car as a birthday present. Liked the price, and the lifetime warranty.Took the day off of work for March 30th, show up for appointment and store was closed, lights off. Waited around 30 minutes, called and left voice messages with business, cell phone number, and Facebook message. Can't get a hold of anyone / no one has let me know what is going on.Patiently waiting 2 hours later, but irritated that I took the day off to do this, worried this won't be done in time for wife's birthday...Will update when I hear something.Chuck got a hold of me later that evening. Had a bit of a scheduling mix up, thought he was clear for the day and went to play in the snow. (All work and no play is no fun - understandable!) Got me in the next morning to ensure wifey got her present. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his craft.I'll definitely be using / recommending this company in the future.Thanks Chuck!

Loved the service! In and out in a very reasonable time and the subs are amazing! 2 10" with a sub box that fits perfectly in my box! Could not be more pleased with these results!

I had a remote start installed in one of our cars and I am so glad we went with Audio and Video Solutions. Everything was timely and efficient from the second I asked for information about products sold to the minute I picked up the vehicle. They were very professional and informative when it came to pricing and installation. I felt very comfortable when it came to discussing any of my needs and they were very helpful when it came to giving me information on which one would be the best fit. I would 10/10 recommend for any auto audio and video needs!

Great work! Called around town to a few shops looking to get a remote starter installed in my car. Chuck offered the lowest price in town + a lifetime warranty. Can't beat that! Got an appointment to get it done the same week and the work took less than 4 hours - overall, very impressed.

I've been going to Chuck for 18 years and there is no better man for any audio job! He has done everything for me from custom fabricated speaker panels for my 72 Blazer to custom boxes for subwoofers in my brand new car and everything in between. From window shaking systems to Crystal clear listening he knows his stuff! I recommend him highly and wouldn't dream of sending a car anywhere else. Thanks Chuck

I recently had Chuck at AVS install an emergency lighting and siren package on my F150. The wiring I gave him was an incomplete mess and I figured it wouldn't be a cut and dried job. Despite it being a unique install and probably a little different than what he does on a normal day, Chuck ended up doing an amazing job for what I felt was a reasonable price. Working with him through the process was seamless, communication was great, and I truly couldn't be happier with the end product. His attention to detail really shined through in the end product. Overall, I was blown away and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AVS to anyone. Will definitely use AVS in the future.

Chuck does fantastic custom work. He does his best to accommodate challenging requests, and is not afraid to tell you what it will take to do your project. He loves a good challenge, and you ll be pleased with his tenacity for detail.

As an example of the great customer service AVS provides to loyal customers: Recently had a nonAudio related issue with our truck(drivers side seat broke) and didn't know who to call. Called up AVS and Chuck was happy to take a look for us. He charged us a very reasonable price and had it fixed quickly.Chuck installed the DVD player for my truck years ago and it still works great! When we get a new vehicle he'll be the first we call to switch out the DVD player and get us some custom speakers. Watching him make customs speaker boxes is amazing, he does great work!Highly recommend!

I ve gone to Chuck for installs and a variety of sidework for over 15 years! He knows his stuff and prides himself in doing quality work. I send everyone I know to him because he gets the job done well, fast and at a competitive price. He always goes above and beyond what is expected. AVS is where it s at!
