i usually never write reviews about places but today i went in for a serpentine belt fix on my pontiac which they said would take an hour or so because it was an easy fix so i took it in at 8 IN THE MORNING, and got no service done for 9 hours. i was told that none of the staff showed up but one so it was the boss and one staff, WHICH I CAN UNDERSTAND, and they said they could squeeze me in but for them to tell me that the serpentine belt wasn t cracked at all and that no work got done for 9 whole hours is what led me to write this review. sure they offered me a discount for next time i come in (i won t be) but never in my life have i been so pissed off. i called 10 minutes before they closed asking if anything got done and i was greeted with, what exactly did u bring your car in for ? . as much as it was probably miscommunication i wouldn t recommend even for the littlest things

I broke down on the side of the road and I'm from Utah. I have my truck towed here until Friday have been phenomenal. Jason has been outstanding and I trust him completely with my truck. Hopefully I will get it all back in a timely matter and everything will work as good as new.

$1200 bill got car an check suspension came on 4 mins after leaving . They replaced half of what I needed an then said " well we thought you had a budget an wanted to keep it" no my budget was that I only have 1 vehicle an need it asap not 4 weeks away. Needless to say I'm paying another 1100to do something they should have done while it was pulled apart. Danny really tried but I'm still without a vehicle 6 weeks later.$1208.58 to acutech an another 1100 to do it all over. They tried, I went with them because they said they could do it in a week well ordered the wrong part 2xs an ,4 weeks later I'm going with someone else that originally said it would take 2 weeks. Had they said it would take 2 weeks I would have went with original quote that was 250 cheaper an most likly would not coste a grand more.

Accutech used to be my go-to mechanic shop. Jason was always excellent to work with. I had many jobs completed at this company, and was satisfied. Unfortunately, I will never take my vehicle back to this company.After their most recent work, my bumper was hanging on by just 3 clips and nearly falling off. I know these clips break, so it wasn't a big deal. I replaced them and resecured the bumper. However, they replaced my AC compressor, and by doing so, the technician over-torqued the bolts when installing the part, breaking the bracket. My AC compressor then came loose, resulting in the serpentine belt falling off. I had Honda inspect the vehicle because Accutech was closed and my vehicle had to be towed. Honda informed me that the only way this bracket would break is over-torque from their technician. Upon further research and gathering opinions from other mechanics, I found this information to be accurate, so I contacted Accutech to see if they're willing to assist with the $600+ repair that should have never happened.Accutech was unwilling to work with me regarding this situation because the mistake was identified by Honda, despite the issue being caused by their technician that over torqued the bolt. After having them be my dedicated mechanic shop for years, they're unwilling to accept responsibility.I'd recommend reconsidering if you take your vehicle to this company.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody. They let our car sit for two weeks without even looking at it, and my husband because of lack of communication had to go into the establishment three separate times to find out what was going on. He ended up spending over $300 for a part and now we have to hopefully take our car somewhere else to get it fixed.

Used to be dependable and reasonably priced shop. After Jason left (summer 23) promises weren't kept, schedules broken and communication suffered.

about 400.00 cheaper than Corey's auto repair and they dont treat u like a dummy. like Corey will talk n talk what a diagnostic is and blah blah to try an tack on higher price. all I needed was a new alternator put in and accu tech did great price and was very fast.did another quick fix and still this business was fast and fair. honest business

The only place I'll ever use. These guys are incredibly honest and do amazing work. Jason is an absolutely stand-up guy and very kind and patient. I had the pleasure of speaking with him and the owner while my truck was in the shop and they're both great guys. You can tell they care about their customers, their quality of work, and building a relationship of trust. Look no further than here for auto repair! They're the real deal.

You know, it's weird to write a good review of an unfortunate incident.Our car needed work, right? So we towed it to this place and man have they been so helpful! Jason has been so patient and willing to work with our situation. He's knowledgeable and best of all, fully open and honest! He told us up front what pricing would be and why.I'd recommend this place.

Jason is a great mechanic, he is the only mechanic I have found in Pocatello that I trust. He has the experience and expertise to work on all makes and models and he does not try to price gouge like most shops. I highly recommend Accu-tech.

Accu-Tech, and Jason was a breath of fresh air. I had shopped around a little, and Jason was the only one I felt was being honest in terms of my best options at his shop.Long story short, its been 5 or 6 months, and I've trusted Jason, Dillon, and Jesse with everything from an entire JDM Engine swap on my WRX, to a simple rotor and break job on my family van.They have been honest, reasonable in terms of price, and they have stood by their work. That alone would be enough for a stellar review, but its the little things on top of everything else that really pushes them over the top.I'm no stranger to doing small and large repairs on my own vehicles, and Jason was able to pick up on that right away and speak to my level. On the other hand, I witnessed him working with customers without my level of understanding, and he was able to adapt and explain in a way that they understood without sounding as though he was talking down to anyone.I've had my vehicles worked on by both Jesse and Dillon in the shop, and I found both to be top notch. Super friendly, and very competent. Jesse did most of my Engine Swap, and Dillon has worked on my family car. Both had done a great job at not only finding and fixing problems, but also going out of their way to figure out why that issue might have come up, and how to prevent it in the future even if that wasn't part of the official job.Overall, I really can't recommend them enough. Fantastic people, good prices, quality work.

Great experience with Accu Tech. One of our customers purchased a highlander in salt lake city from us and experienced abs issues after the sale- we asked the customer to take the vehicle to a shop they trusted in ID and we would pay for the repairs. Jason handled the situation with great care and professionalism. They cost of labor is extremely reasonable and their techs highly qualified. I'm very impressed.

I have to say thank you so much for fixing my bravada and taking care of it over night and making sure that everything was working perfectly. Your so awesome I plan on taking my vehicles to you and everyone should know that when you find the best of the best mechanic you never ever change cause it's hard to find a great reliable place to take your cars to get fixed like this place.Again thank you so much.

The owner and his son at Accutech have been a pleasure to work with. I usually feel nervous going in for auto repairs, afraid of the unknown cost of diagnostics and repair, but Jason has been good to explain the problem and possible solutions before ever charging me anything. Based on my few visits I recommend Accutech

I just got my Mini Van serviced here. I'm traveling from NY to California on a road trip. On I-15 I noticed a check battery light. I then luckily made it to Autozone. They diagnosed it as a bad alternator not a bad battery. Being a Sunday I decided to wait till Monday to get the car fixed instead of changing the alternator myself.I'm glad I did. Jayson was nice, respectful and the job was done quickly. Less then a half a day. I felt the price was honest and I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks for saving me!Greg

My daughter, who is only 19, heard a noise as she was driving her car and brought it in today to Accu-Tech. The mechanics were so nice, thorough with their testing, and very honest. They got her in right away. Turns out there was nothing wrong with her car and she didn't even get charged for the diagnostic. We'll be Accu-Tech customers for life because of her positive experience. I highly recommend it!

After having a dealership tell me I needed my starter replaced, we went to Accu-Tech. They kept my vehicle and over the day tested it multiple times and it always came back as not needing a starter. He recommended we not replace it and here we are months later and are fine with the original starter. Even if it had needed replaced, his quote was much cheaper. Will definitely go back to Accu-Tech for their honesty and prices.

Jason was a consummate professional in every interaction related to service of a Range Rover. The prices were extremely reasonable, accurate to the estimate given, and the service was astonishingly prompt. I highly recommend Accu-Tech as a business, and will definitely utilize their services in the future.

We were traveling home to another state and our truck was majorly malfunctioning...we could not go faster than 35 mph on the freeway. After reading reviews, we decided to try and make it to Accu Tech. We could not be happier that we made it where we did. Jason worked hard to determine what was wrong with our truck. Once he determined what he felt was the issue, it was almost closing time. Being from out of state, our family was stranded without our truck working. Jason agreed to stay late and get it repaired. He stayed an extra 3-4 hours and was able to get our truck repaired so we could make it home. Jason went above and beyond in his service, was very honest, we didn't feel like he ripped us off and our truck was fixed. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Accu Tech.

Two other local shops refused to work on my European car. Accu-tech was not only willing to do the job, but they replaced the water pump for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service as well.

Two years ago, we had a terrible noise coming from our car when we were traveling through Pocatello. We stayed the night in a hotel in Pocatello because it was late at night and nowhere was open. First thing in the morning we took our car here, and they diagnosed the problem as coming from the belt in our A/C compressor. They clipped the belt to prevent further damage and to stop the noise. Out car was only in this shop for 20-30 minutes, and they charged us $98/hour for labor. So, to have our car here in less amount of time than an oil change, and with almost no work done to our car, we got charged $49 for our car just BEING there for "30 minutes." What a great way to make an impression. At the time, we almost had no money and were on our way back from a funeral. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.Service: Air conditioning

Outstanding service hands-down! While traveling across country in a U-Haul, we broke down on a Sunday in Pocatello, ID. Jason was there to help and made sure the problem was fixed and put us back on the road after spending the majority of the day working on the issue! Best experience that I have ever had with a garage!! Truly top-Notch!

Needed a custom removal\install job done on an air-suspension vehicle. I worked with them to make sure I'd purchased the correct parts, then dropped off the SUV on the scheduled day. No worries. All done within the expected time frame, and within estimated budget.

My engine light came on so I went to Accu-Tech to see what they could do. I was told that they would run the codes for me and call me with a quote to fix it. There was no mention of a $75 fee for this small task. I was quoted upwards to $400 dollars for the issue (lean running engine). I thought the price was too high and when I returned to pick up my vehicle they insisted that I pay the $75. This fee was never discussed upfront. I couldn't get a straight answer out of the owner, nor is it posted in their office anywhere. I have no problem paying for service but I was under the impression they would run my codes for free or cheaply like other places do and then give me a quote. Serious fail.

ACCU Tech Auto Repair worked on my car numerous times,Single female hard to find a Mechanic that won't take advantage of our wallets,from simple work to something major Jason fixes the job and guarantee his work,he tells you the price what the problem is when and your time to do it and honest of how driveable it has.It's nice to have a Mechanic you can trust,not so expensive. I highly recommend them,they work late hours they need to go home to.12hrs and plus.I've heard positive reviews from the community.Good Job Accu Tech..Thank You for taking care of the Community. .

Great guy works here! Got my rover back on the road since traveling to Jackson from Dallas. They worked with my time frame. Got a rental for 5 days and I was back to pick it up after my vacation. Thanks guys!
