I had to pick up a car from out of town. I called in advance and asked if it would be okay if I was a little late, I was running about 20 mins behind. I was told by the lady on the phone that it'd be fine and to go ahead and come get the car. When I was 10 minutes away from the company's yard, I received a phone call from the lady I'd spoken with earlier. She said "sorry but you're too late, we're leaving." I explained that I was only ten minutes away and had just driven over an hour to come get the car because she said it'd be fine when I first called. She explained that her gate closed at 5PM and now I have to pay an extra $200 to get it. My only other option was to turn around and go back home, then come back the next day and pay $54.00 for the extra night of storage. It feels like plain and simple dishonest trickery in order to extort $200 extra, knowing I was less than ten minutes away. Just heartless and extremely frustrating.

Great experience with owner of this company. Uhaul broke down in a bad spot. He knew exactly what he was doing, exactly where to go, and even where to stay and how to handle the local Uhaul shop in CDA once we arrived. I can say I hope you never every need this service, but if you do, Chambless is the place to call. The driver dispatched, John, was courteous and most helpful. He also arrived quicker than the time quoted by their dispatch. The friendly and helpful attitude has solidified me as a customer - who hopes to never have to use them again, but knows if I do, I can trust them to take care of me... and you can trust them to take good care of you as well.Service: Tire change

My car was towed (and not at my request ) but the employees are extremely professional. You can trust that your property is in good hands and your belongings are documented and kept safe.One thing to note is that there may not be someone at the office and cell service is spotty out there. I would recommend calling and scheduling your pickup.Service: Car towing

The service received at this business was top notch in our local town. I rented U-haul truck from them and they had everything I needed to make our move nice and easy, would recommend them for other services needed.
