Jim s towing came out to tow me back to Spokane, WA from Kingston, ID. This was a great group of guys from a small town family owned business. They were professional and respectful of my nice vehicle. The owner even stopped by to check in and let me know his truck was on its way to get me. They were more than fair with their pricing. I d choose them again anytime!

*Edit* the owner reached out and apologized for my inconvenience. After speaking with him I have decided to correct my poor review. They were great to work with and the tow went great. The driver showed up on time for our appointment and was professional and courteous, I appreciate everyone who helped me get my car to the transmission shop to get my vehicle up and running again!They did a fine job of towing my vehicle (I hope I haven t seen my vehicle yet) But the office is ran very poorly. It took me calling the office 3 times to get my receipt sent to me. Then after looking at my statement I realized I was charged more money than we agreed upon. Apparently they charge a 5% fee for all card transactions (including debit). Which is fine if they would tell me that. But they didn t they just charged it with no warning. Also how else is someone supposed to pay? No one uses checks anymore and who carries that much cash around? When speaking to the person on the phone at the office they didn t even attempt to apologize for the mistake she just made it sound like I should have known better.

Brandon was awesome so was his helper Jason they were really quick really helped out in a desperate time especially when it is very scary to get in a car wreck. They were very fast great approachable people I highly highly recommend them.

Our vehicle engine gave up at top of Lookout Pass. They were to our location in less than 15 minutes. Service was expert, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend.

Me and my friends got stuck on the highway with a messed up engine and pretty much no cell service. Mike picked us up with very little directions and helped us get to a Nissan dealership, and he even insisted on taking us to a hotel with our stuff and gave us food recommendations while we're stuck here. I can't recommend him enough!!! Extremely professional, and honestly just a really cool guy

Recently I found myself stranded in Pinehurst Idaho and needed a ride out of town. Brandon (the owner) did everything within his power to make sure I could get a U-Haul out of town that night, and that's what he did. Thank you Brandon and Jim's Towing for helping me gain peace of mind with a safe ride out of town.

Highly recommend Jim s towing service! My husband and I had the misfortune to break down on the pass, out of cell service and in the freezing cold. They came as quickly as they could and went above and beyond what I would have expected from a tow truck service.

Brandon went over and beyond for me and my 4 year autistic son. Very thankful. He let me sit in his heated truck while we waited for wrecker and even drove us home when he didn t need to. Very awesome.

Amazing service and extremely personable, all the way from the phone call being placed to the driver arriving. My truck overheated and needed a tow to a shop, that s when I called Jim s Towing. Fast and on time service with amazing workers! I highly recommend Jim s!

They were quick on the scene and got me taken care of. It was snowy and they let me stay in a warm vehicle while they got my truck hooked up and towed. Then took me to a hotel

Brandon was wonderful ! He came in the middle of the night to Montana to pick my son and myself up after my tire blew out at 2 below. He helped us find a motel and even gave us a ride back to the tire place the following day for free . I would use this service anytime I needed.
