Royce has been servicing our truck camper for years. He rebuilt the entire cabover after it dry rotted and we could not be more pleased. Followed him and Jason from Boise to Payette for some major work after they purchased this business in Jan 20. Well worth the drive.Competent, fairly priced and good people. Two thumbs up.

These guys are the best and most knowledgeable rv experts around! Customer service is always top notch, service is always reliable and reasonable and they always have what you need or make sure they can get it for you faster than anyone else. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my rv needs and I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Also, the number one place to refill propane! The payette rv team is the only team for me and I know they will take good care of you too!Update: Years later and these guys still know what they are doing! Highly recommend if you want to be a customer for life!

Had these folks install a flat tow kit on a towed vehicle. They were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner the price was fair and what was quoted and it looks great. Put refrigerator in and don t have warranty with insurance and ended up in $5000 plus deductible didn t clean up the fire that was in it and it didn t last long day for the refrigerator. I was having problems again and they didn t check a few other things that I wanted him to do and they were high so I don t recommend them. Thank you.

Went in after going to 5 other places for a water pump to our trailer not only did they have all the parts and pieces that we needed but they parted with them for such a deal. I highly recommend this place it was our first time going there but it won t be our last. Incredible service nice people couldn t ask for a better place to find what you need if it goes to an RV

I cannot be more grateful or appreciative of Payette RV. I was traveling through the area on my way to Washington when a really bad tire blowout ripped the wiring underneath my camper. My signal lights were not working. To help me get back on the road again as soon as possible they took me in right away and fixed the issue, including issues I didn't realize I had. Thanks to them they made a bad situation better and I made it back home in a reasonable time.

We experienced a brake issue while transitioning through the area. Stopped in and they cleared out a bay and fixed our issue within 30 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. Absolutely responsive to our needs.

Not a great website at all. I sent an email using the contact us form and it opened a support ticket and when I went to view the status of the ticket it left me on some sort of payment screen which I immediately cancelled out of since I am not even a customer. You guys need a serious overhaul of your website. The parts page is just a off of their printed catalog. Furthermore I never even got a response to the contact form I submitted about a part I needed.

These guys saved our vacation! We re just a few days into a 4 week road trip when we discovered a few leaky valves in our camper. They squeezed us in and repaired the problem which made for some super happy campers.

The hot water tank in our travel trailer quit working on our trip south, called Hollis RV. They took us right in, replaced the necessary parts, and we were back on the road in an hour. Very reasonable price, good people!

Although they are very busy most of the time they do try and help. They have quality mechanics and most of the parts you'll need for your RV. They also have very affordable propane.

The employees there treat you like family. They didn't charge me a a ton of money to fix the issue with my camper. They are the only ones I will allow to work on my camper. Thank you guys

This place sold my elderly friend and veteran a 1990 Damon UltraSport right before he had a stroke for $9500!!!I acquired it recently and found the water heater and plumbing shot!My friend never even had a chance to use it or put water in it!They clearly to advantage of him!
