Husband decided on a last minute spring break trip with the kiddos, but I wasn t at all comfortable with him taking the car with 4 tires I thought needed to be replaced 30,000 miles ago. lolUp at 730 AM I called quite a few shops willing to take advantage of a situation by selling us their most expensive, or not willing to work us into a crowded appointment calendar. But small-town service for the win! They didn t have the tires we needed on site, so they set about retrieving them from the warehouse. They had us come in to get prepped so it only took them a few minutes to mount the tires once they arrived. Phone call to tires was an hour and a half total!Will definitely do tires here again!

They do fine with tires but broke my door handle off my truck and left me with itUpdate: putting the new door handle on, I see that someone tried to get into my door paneling before. Broken clips and driver marks .

I love Bruce & Rod's! They have always taken good care of me and has never treated me differently because I am a woman. They are fair and willing to explain/show things if necessary.

I called them for a road service. They came quickly, helped me and I was able to continue my trip. Later on it turned out the mechanic did a mistake and I also didn t notice it which led to some unpleasant consequences. I called them a few days later, talked to a manager and explained him what happened. He acknowledged the mistake and offered to return me the money.I think this was fair enough. Mistakes happen but it s good when people take responsibility and pay for their mistakes and subsequently, correct them.

Friendly environment but the mechanic that does brake not a decent person in my opinion and he don t have respect for my truck because after I was dune their i stoped at the gas station and I noticed my Milwaukee air compressor that was in the front now was all the way to my tale gate which means he hotrod my truck which I do not appreciate I will never go back their if they have people like that

I've used them exclusively for all of my personal vehicles and farm equipment for years. Great prices and the service absolutely can not be beat.

I took my truck in there on a Friday at a 1:00 appointment to have my radiator flushed, they drove it trying to make it overheat to see if that's what it needed. I told them what I wanted done. They called me Saturday morning at 10:20 and left a message saying it won't start, they wanted to know if I had a trick to start it. And that the radiator flush was done and I could pick it up. I had to tow it to another shop and found out the fuel is contaminated. I talked to Beau extensively and he found no activity on the video cameras and said he knows it was contaminated there Friday night or Saturday. But will not take responsibility for his flunky employees or offer to do the right repairs to fix my truck that will cost me $900. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRUCE AND RODS FOR ANY THING. not even to make a hamburger.

I had called multiple tire places including this one for some winter tires and they said they couldn't get the size I needed. Finally I found some on Priority Tire online that looked good so I bought them. At least I called for a quote for $95 to mount them the said since I got an AMAZON TIRE online (real angry emphisis) that it would be $200. Argued with tem and they relented with the $95 but they were super rude and I left with a leaky valve stem still. And they put the tires the wrong direction. If you have a blowout in Parma just count your losses and limp to the next tire store.

extremely poor customer service, they made me feel like getting my emissions test was the biggest inconvenience for them. others were allowed to cut in front of me while the manager was sitting on a computer and refused to help me until my nephew started being loud then he just yanked the keys outta my hands without saying anything then went and did it. i failed and he didn t even take any questions of how i could fix it. there plenty of places that are close enough i don t need to be treated that way.

Points was great. Had my water pump go out on a very long trip from Oregon. They found a new water pump and had me back on the road in just a few hours. Food people and good price.

Every time we go in they are always friendly and ready to help. We last went in for a smog check and they get you in and out quick. Also got an estimate for repairs and they are very fair. Definitely will continue to use them.

Rushed my truck in there yesterday morning. They got right on it and hooked me up with some new tires, new ball joints, radiator flush. Now my truck is riding smooth. Great customer service! Great job!!!

Always great service and knowledgeable staff. They do my big rig tires and there's an art to changing those out and you can tell when someone knows what there doing. Great little shop.

Probably one of the worst tire places I ve been to. First time a bad experience was when I brought a tire in for my husband, asked them to swap a tire to a different rim, charged me $45. Then we bought all 4 brand new tires from them just under 2 years ago, and I m already having to replace them, one specific one is so bad, other tire companies wouldn t even touch it because it was so bad. So now I m out almost $800 after paying for all new tires before, and now having to replace my back 2 tires in under 2 years. Just because it s small town living in Parma, doesn t always mean it s the best place to go to.

6/8/2022Bait and switch Price.Went in to have 1 6.50x16" tractor tire switched on from 2 rims. Got a quote from service tech there and he told me it would be $18.00Got done and went to pay and he said he made mistake it was $27.00 now, In arguing with him we were not getting any where so I paid it in duress.I will no longer deal with them here and hope this helps someone else in staying away. Get it in writing!Not a good way to do business in this small town...Beware of these clowns

Called no more than 5 minutes before I showed up and they were already looking for the tires i needed. With in about 20 minutes i was in and out and the staff was friendly and fast. Thank you
