Brian was wonderful from the start of buying my new truck all the way to the end. Plus, he gave away a tv for buying it around Christmas! After driving the truck for a week I realized it had a few sensor issues. Brian offered to look at it for free, he wasn t able to fix it. But, the fact that he tried to after he sold it, speaks a lot about his character. I would absolutely recommend buying a vehicle from him!

Just bought a car from the owner Brian, it was an absolutely amazing experience! He went out of his way to make sure we got financed with the best warranty! I would recommend anyone looking for a new car or to get one fixed to call this company! P.s. he filled my new car with gas before I picked it up!!

I previously had a car that seemed to always have something going on with it, anytime I had something come up Brian was always able to get me in and taken care of in a timely manner! One day my vehicle finally had no more life and I didn t wanna put more money into it! Where did I buy the new to me vehicle? Of Course from Brian! The business has hand down the best customer service all around I ve ever dealt with! He is a straight shooter and unlike most bigger business he isn t out to make you fork out all your hard earned $$$. He will not let anything leave the property as anything less than the best! 10/10 would recommend to anybody weather it s repairs or sales! This is now my go to always! The best local business you can support

I was having Transmission Issues and a check engine light. I took it to Brian he got the issue diagnosed and fixed he does the BEST mechanic work out of anywhere I have ever used. I am and will be a forever customer of Brian s. I would recommend Brian and his shop to anyone. Brian is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a very polite guy. I will give Brian 10 STARS even though the reviews only let us do 5.

Koso Kustomz was able to get my truck in and begin working on it, same day. Brian diagnosed multiple issues with my ac system, gave me the heads up on what was wrong and what parts we need and might need. After just a couple short days he had fixed only the things that were needed and got my truck back to me with the ac working like a champ! Brian is honest, very fair on his pricing and knowledgeable about what he is doing. I appreciate his communication with me, explaining what was wrong and what we needed to do to get it right and approximately how much the job was going to cost.Thanks Brian, I will definitely return when my next issue arises.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Bryan was so great. We got towed to him after our radiator broke down. And he was very good at keeping us updated along the way. He was prompt to get the correct parts in and even offered to give us a ride to the place we stayed at for the night. He had it done less than an hour after the parts arrived the next day and even offered to pick us up. He also gave us a very fair price for the services rendered.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brian was amazing! He towed us out of a tough spot, fixed our tire, and got us on our way. We felt safe during every step of the process. My son was on a road trip, car broke down and Koso Kustomz was the closest shop to be towed to. Brian was there waiting and was very helpful and friendly. He even did some initial testing while we were there and was able to identify the issue and fixed it that week for us. He stayed in touch along the way and gave us options, great communication throughout the process. We lucked out, getting towed to the closest shop not knowing anything about it, it worked out great! On our way home to western Washington the dog and I lost power steering, alternator, a/c, and a couple other systems cruising at 70. We limped into Osburn on a 95 degree day. Brian came out the front door before I even got to the sidewalk. Less than fifteen minutes to diagnose, order parts, and set up appointment for the next morning. It was determined the Tundra was safe to drive for a short distance...so we just camped for the day and night. Dropped the truck off the next morning. Dog and I walked back to the river to wait. Less than three hours later the Tundra was ready to roll home. Seeing as how it was another 95 degree day, Brian drove the mile to pick us up from our "camp spot" to get us back to the shop to square up. It's been a long time since I've seen a business go above and beyond for a customer and her dog. Thanks Brian!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience here was awesome. I broke down while on the road with a huge amount of damage to my truck. The man who runs this shop is very knowledgeable and quick. He was thorough and clear every step of the way. I was able to get heading home much faster than any other shop in a 100 mile radius could do. I recommend this shop to anyone. Friendly and fast.

I went to him. I had a doodad giving me a trouble lite He knows what he's doing. I watched a video on replacing the dealie and it looked very difficult. Took that poor man hours. Koso did it in one.He is probably the best in the valley. For simpler things go ro a less pricey place . There is a mech. in Osburn who does the more common fix its- must be cheaper . For me w a CRV ,the Honda dealer in Spokane Valley would be cheaper. At least for that job.My prob w mechanics is they want to get the parts to pad bill. Ask to bring the parts.Also not great:I had no ride, could not leave it there. While I walked around he left on a call. I had to wait for him to get back. No idea why he left.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Million Thank You's to Brian and Koso Kustomz Auto Repair. He was a life saver. Our alternator gave out 5 miles out of Osborn and we had just enough power to get to within 1/2 block of Kustomz. Despite being solidly booked with other vehicles Brian grab his diagnostic jumper box and confirmed it was the alternator and using the power from the jumper box was able to drive the car to his shop, where he contacted the local auto parts store and they immediately brought over the replacement alternator and Brian with amazing efficiency exchanged out the units. 40 minutes after walking into Brian's shop we were on the road again and for less cost than I expected. My car was having issues and the owner Brian checked our engine out free of charge. When there ended up being a real issue, he was talked me through everything he was doing and why is was doing it, which was great because I don t know that much about cars. They were so accommodating and timely, and even gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Would recommend to anyone!

Very happy with my experience. I was able to get in on super short notice on a 90 degree day and really needed a/c. I dropped my car off and got a call back within the quoted timeframe. We had problems with our truck while on vacation. Brian made time for us and worked us into his scheduled. He figured out the problem right away, and had us going on our way in an hour! Professional, helpful, and more than fair pricing. HIGHLY recommend!!!

When our fuel pump went out on my truck Brian helped us find a tow, fixed us up same day he received my truck and drove it to were we had broke down to pick me up and get me back on the road. I'd recommend any and all that come across mechanical issues to use Koso! Thanks Brian you guys are modern day super heroes

Koso Kustomz recently put new brakes and rotors on my Subaru Forester. Bryan did an excellent job and got me in quickly! He was very knowledgable and patient. Thank you for taking the time to educate me on what I did not know and printing me out what you found in your inspection (including photos!).

Brian's been my mechanic for years & I won't go to anyone else! This awesome guy is quick to reply to a text/FB Msgr & is always accomodating to the situation. Have any questions he's there to answer! Very experienced with customization work, friendly, warm & respectable. Paid estimate is deducted off the work order. He provides additional roadside protection w/his work. Shop is clean & warm, sitting/waiting area is comfy! Cafe next door, grocery store across the street while you're waiting. I don't recommend anyone else! Brian's THE man to go!!

Outstanding experience! The owner came all the way out to my campsite to pull my ailing Tahoe out of the forest for repairs and had it up and running again in just a couple of days! I took my car to another mechanic called Katt Family on Riverview Drive in Kingston for my AC. They wanted to charge me $1400 dollars to fix it. They did not do the vacuum, dye, or sniffer tests to see if there might be a leak. They also said that they put refrigerant in my AC and it would not hold. So, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to Brian and he did a complete check and did all the tests. He charged me $89 which is monumentally better than the previous outrageous costs from the Katt Family mechanics. Brian said he put refrigerant in my AC and it is working fine. He also put dye in the AC just in case there might be a small leak. I drove it home and the AC worked extremely well the entire ride. I strongly recommend Brian at Koso Kustomz. I DO NOT recommend the Katt Family.

I had been driving for 18 hours in my 1993 Subaru Legacy when my alternator went out on Lookout Pass. Brian did a great job at making room for me in his schedule and got me going on my way so I could make it back for classes. Excellent job!

Brian is the man I was in Spokane and i need some things picked up in Kellogg and held till I was able to make the trip. He sprung into action for me and held the stuff for the week till I could make the trip from Spokane. Than you sir.

My van had a wobble that we couldn't figure out. They got my van in, and fixed in one day. You can't find anywhere right now who can do that! We are very happy with the work completed, and we will be back! Thank you so much!
