Took my 2019 ford f-250 power stroke diesel here for a oil change. Was recommended to do my fuel filters and air filter.and differential service. I was expecting in detail about the fuel filter filters need to be done. The best part about the oil change was it only took 35 minutes and I got to wait in my truck If I went to the dealership it would ve been all day wait and they would ve charged way more.would recommend this is the second vehicle I have had service done. Thanks for the friendly service.

Chris did a great job of keeping me posted on all services being performed, offering additional services, and having a kind and pleasant demeanor throughout the interaction; although, Chris initially made it apparent to me that his colleague assigned to the lower bay was novice and would be unable to lube all points on the undercarriage. Chris ultimately got his new colleague to lube most of the points, and the manager, Peyton, was great in assisting the colleague in the lower bay; however, Chris' initial statement did give me some pause, and made me challenge the notion that I chose professionals to perform this work. Ultimately, these guys and gal made up for it with follow through and good people skills. Well done!

The dealership wanted to have my van for the entire day to change the oil; ridiculous.I have brought my van here 3 times now. Sit in my van for 20 minutes while they take care of the service. Show me the dipstick oil level, tell me what the tire pressure is...I'm very pleased with the service I have been getting here.

One thing I cannot stand is a liar. And this is exactly what this facility has done to me multiple times. I called up 2 weeks ago. And they said they did not have the filter for a Volkswagen Jetta Because they're not as popular as some others so they don't carry them in stock. so I called them today and they said they're so popular that they don't have any and I still can't get my oil changed. To outright lie over some thing so simple it's ridiculous. I keep trying to go there because it's close to my house, but this is Is stupid time to find a different place

Great staff and team with excellent customer service the team is well organized and on top of their game highly reccomend for a fast reasonably priced oil change Richard and payton are great too

What a horrible place that takes advantage of young women. Then you lie and say it's ok if we don't change the filter and still charge full price. This place should be shutdown what a terrible experience for my child to go through.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The oil change is fine, hard to mess that up too bad, but damn $117 for just a synthetic oil change? At the dealership I get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation for like $43. I'll probably just stay at the dealership from now on.

I had a great experience here. Twice now. I really love Brendan, he was very helpful and sweet. He also explained everything to me which I really appreciated. The oil change itself they did great on. Checked everything and left me a happy customer

My first time ever at Valvoline and I love them! Russ was amazing and wasn t pushy which I appreciated and I could see the attention to detail from the whole crew. Oil cap was a bit loose but I had a great experience and will return soon

A few hours after our oil change the skid plate on our car fell off while traveling on the interstate. Peyton says he reviewed the video and his guy put it back on correctly so they will not replace it. You guys took it off and put it back on and then within hours it came off, sounds like you just don't want to take responsibility for poor service.Edit: called the number provided they told me that area manager would contact me. That was 5 days ago. Tried to call and just talk to the area manager and they transfered me to their internal human resources, they asked if I had questions about my pension plan. Seems like no one wants to take some responsibility amd talk to me about this issue.Service: Oil change

I had a fairly negative experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change recently. As a member of a mechanic family for over 30 years, I was hesitant to visit an instant oil change place but decided to try this local shop. Unfortunately, the next morning after my visit, my car had a massive oil leak which also stained my new homes garage. The cause of the problem was that one of the technicians failed to clean the plastic cover under my engine correctly. Although I was upset with the situation, the manager, Richard, did his best to make things right. He was very courteous, empathetic, and offered to take a look at the issue himself. I appreciate his effort to resolve the situation and would say he did the best he could. I would recommend this place for sure, but maybe watch where you park for a bit.Service: Oil change

12th Ave Rd location in Nampa, ID has a knowledgeable manager. He encourages his staff to keep on top of tasks. The manager even changed the cabin air filter when it wasn t part of his job. Appreciated it as I would not have been able to get down under dashboard to do it myself. Left him a tip.Staff was quick to get oil change completed. Even sent me a coupon prior to arrival.I will be returning to this location for my next oil change.

I have been going here since it was Einstein. I have always had a great experience. The techs were great and efficient. It's a little on the pricey side but there are coupons on the website that help a lot. 2 weeks ago was the first time I visited the place. If I knew this place, was that good? I would have started going there sooner. When they say full service, they ain't kidding. They checked all my fluids and explained everything they were going to do. I'll definitely be going back to them next time I need my oil change.

Very lazy, unmotivated, and just a joke for people here.They will completely neglect your vehicle if the next person (or several) have nicer vehicles. This place was trash when it was Einsteins and I'm assuming they have the same employees based off how terribly this place is ran.Make sure you personally check all your levels and caps when you're done, as my wife's coolant cap wasn't even on and exploded coolant everywhere and we now have to get a diagnosis to see if it causd damage and my wife lost a days pay because she wasn't able to make it to work.Corporate has been notified, but is also late contacting me backService: Oil change

Manager Sarah has a well trained, competent and professional team that works together flawlessly to get you through quickly! Their knowledgeable staff can change your oil, filter, wiper blades, battery and light bulbs in no time and offer transmission and transfer box service, power steering service and can even flush,treat and refill your coolant system - while you wait and you don't have to leave your car !!

My first time there. It was a great experience. Maddie helped me and she was great with explanation of the services they provided. She is super friendly and patient. Extremely disappointed. We ve been coming to this location, as Einstein s oilers, for awhile now. Completely different crew. Did not check lights or most of the usual checks. It was $10-$15 more than usual. Valvoline is NOT Einstein s that s for sure! Will be sticking with the dealership from now on.

I came in today for an oil change not knowing I had a few thousand more miles to go before I was due, Brenden was on shift and was kind enough to tell me I could wait off another 2000 miles before I needed to change. I'm not sure what to say. I watched a car next to me start to drive away after his service was done when someone noticed the customer's skid plate was lying on the ground. When they were done with my vehicle, I made sure there were no parts lying around my vehicle.

I was greeted by Linda when I drove up. Maddi is an awesome person, she was so polite, respectful, and professional. Carried on a conversation while I was getting my Jeep serviced. Did not try to upsell me on anything. Explained the pricing and had me out the door in no time at all. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing oil changed or fluids changed.Service: Oil change

I started going here almost 3 years ago when I moved to Nampa.They have always been great!But today they went above and beyond...I got an oil change last week and noticed some oil on the garage floor. When I called with my concerns, they had Richard, the manager come over to my house to check it out. I was not expecting this kind of service.He checked everything thoroughly and found no problems other than things not being wiped down. He was going to speak to the pit tech about it.How many other places would send someone to your house?
