Twice I've been there for a oil change, as part of a service agreement with corwin Ford. Both times I was turned away because they were cleaning up for the day, one hour before closing. This past weekend I got there at 1pm. They stopped taking customers at noon.

Showed up around 3 pm. The works was done in 30 minutes. Crazy fast IMO. Called me to let me know it was done. Only negative was that they forgot to reset the oil life percent.

I was in for an oil change. I ve been coming here since I bought my 2003 Ford Excursion in 2002. The routine service and attention to detail has kept my vehicle in excellent condition at 272,000 miles. As I was going home I thought, I take them for granted. They have had consistently good help who ve been here for years. Good folks doing good work, thank you.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Oil change

What can I say... quick and efficient service. I've been getting regular service done on my truck(s) since 2012... never a problem and always treated with respect by qualified and professional employees. I strongly recommend them. Cheers!

Went in following a major tire blowout only to find another tire was in almost the same condition due to bad alignment. My tires are not so easy to come by and they had to place 2 separate orders to get them. Needless to say, the nearly a week I was without my car seemed like forever!

Service sucked... I had several requests for pricing tires windshield etc... got nothing... I recommend using one of the more mature Service managers... kids are just kids...

We bought our car from Corwin in 2016. I have taken my car there for regular oil changes since then. Each experience has been professional and courteous. I especially appreciate Miguel Diaz who has waited on me countless times. His straightforward, polite and attentive manner is always welcomed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I tried to get to get an oil change at 6pm. But apparently when the sign says open til 7pm that doesn't mean anything. The kid at the counter said they had to get their tires inside. When I looked over, the tires were already inside. I thought when you had a business you wanted customers. What was I thinking. I guess I need to start going somewhere where somebody would like my money.What a joke. Some of us hard working people can't leave our vehicles because we need them or work hours where we can't make appointments. Sorry, where I work 7pm means 7pm. What ever happened to customer service?

Quickly at Corwin Ford is always quality service. Even with the appointments out 3 weeks dropped my car off was done in 2 hours! Well done five stars!

I took my 96 f250 power stroke in for it's oil change . My truck was taken right in as I had made a 9AM appointment. By 9:45 I was informed that it was completed and ready to go. LISSA, the customer service representative sat and talked with me about my service at the dealership and how I liked it. Great service and people working there. See you next service time.

I called ahead to ask what time the quick lane closed. The gentleman on the phone said I just needed to be there by 7. Drove 45 minutes one way and arrived at 6:45. The gentleman at the counter said I was too late he could have done my car if I was there by 6:30. I explained the conversation I had just an hour or so before. He did not seem to care. Beyond frustrating. Train your staff that answers phones or post times cars need to be there by. Worst customer service ever.

Be warned, this place only has 1 tire mounting machine, and 1 wheel balancing machine. I went in @ 12:30 on a Thursday to have tires installed on my truck (I brought my own tires to be installed). I had called ahead by an hour, to find out what the estimated wait time would be. When I arrived, the sales guy told me they should have my truck done in 1-1/2 hours, since there was 1 vehicle in front of me that was half-way done. When I asked why so long, the sales guy informed me they only have 1 tire mounting machine, and 1 wheel balancing machine. After an 1-1/2 hours went by, sales guy told me they only had 1 tire left and my truck would be finished. I walked out to take a peek, and the kid actually had 3 tires left to do. The kid installing my tires spent half the time working on my tires, and the other half of the time vaping and on his cell phone. Finally, 1 hour after I was told they 1 tire left, my truck was finally done. In total, I was waiting 2-1/2 hours before my truck was finally ready. No apology from the service guy or the manager. If they had told me how long it would actually take, I would have gone somewhere else. The fact it took almost twice as long as I was told, being lied to by the sales guy about what was left to be done, and that I didn't receive a single apology, I won't be returning to this place for any tire work. I'd have to give serious consideration to whether I'd go back for any non-tire related service work.

Was not a good experience. First, when we pulled up to the confusing new check-in lanes we had no idea if we were in the correct place because no signage stated service vs. quick lane. After sitting in our car a few minutes I finally got out and walked into the reception area. In previous visits they run out to meet us but not this time. The guy did not apologize either. It was a long suggested wait time of 1 hr 15 min. which is not "quick" like their name suggests. Lastly, our paperwork was not printed in color as before so it was really hard to read! No green, yellow, red to help us understand maintenance needs. And the checkout guy didn't suggest or go over anything! Lastly, he did the math wrong for my coupon so we paid more than it should have been but I didn't notice until we got home. Very disappointed.

The 3 times I tried to use the Quick Lane the wait for an oil change was going to be over 2 hours. This is not anywhere close to quick. I did not stay, I have used the Quick Lane before and was pleased with the service. They should change the name to reflect the wait.

I arrived at 7:20 like i have for a number of years with multiple vehicles. I have never had problems before, but today i watched seven vehicles go in before me. When i asked why the staff mentioned they had appointments. 130 minutes later i am wrapped up.

Don t be deceived by the name. This is not a quick lube location. Arrived expecting to get an oil change, only to find that it was an hour and a half wait.
