Excellent Martin & I had to figured out how to put in the battery I have PT Cruise Turbo. That has really limited space to work with, so we had to watch a YouTube video on how to do it but him and I worked together to get the battery replaced. Everything's working great awesome, awesome people at O'reilly

Zack is literally the best. He went above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend and will go out of our way to go to this location from now on. Very professional but also did more work than he needed to do to get us helped out!

Paula is amazing! After replacing a battery we discovered the alternator was toast. Paula not only let us use the tools but coached me how to change the alternator in the parking lot of the store! What amazing customer service! Thank you so much Paula! Talk about above and beyond!

Had to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge that I was there at the check out counter. They have doorbell letting employees know when someone comes into store. It would be nice to just say hi there we will be right with you. Once I did get helped the gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable and he get me out of there fairly quickly.

We arrived at 6pm with a Subaru that wasn t starting consistently. Atticus helped us diagnose our problem and offered solutions. I ended up changing the battery and replacing the starter in the parking lot using borrowed tools from the store. Thanks Oreilly for having the parts I needed and thanks Atticus for going above and beyond to help us get our car up and running! 5 gold stars for Atticus!!!

Waited in line for 10 minutes and when finally getting to counter, clerk answered phone and insteaf of asking caller to hold as customets ahead of him, she proceeded to help phone caller making us wait another 5 minutes. Wrong. Help customers in order pleas3

Personnel were very friendly and quite helpful. Able to help me solve the problem I had and be able to keep it from happening again with a better solution. I was truly satisfied and I will return again and encourage my friends to use O'Reilly's for their Automotive needs. Thank you sir great job.

Once I figured out what part I needed before I went there it was quick and simple to just get them get out and on my Merry Little way very convenient. And weirdly as an experiment I'd actually riden a power chair to the store from my home approximately 2 mi away which is very impressive seeing how convenient and easy it was for access.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, nice store manager as well. They are pet friendly during the hot summer days which is thoughtful. A good place to get parts without any drama or confusion.

Great and fast customer service! I called and they didn t have a part I needed up they were able to order it in and I got it next day. When I got there a super nice gentleman helped me get the right wiper blades and even installed them for me. I would recommend them 100%

Ron and Lee are always a pleasure to deal with, and I'm in here most weekends. They always are helpful and knowledgeable. Far better than other O'Reilly stores in the area and light-years ahead of the NAPA here. I'll always bring my business to this store as long as the staff they have remains!

Just came in here today at about 7:15 the one employee was on her break which was fine apparently the manager was sitting there in the office and had to non-employees back they're just sitting there talking to them and playing with a cat I was standing out in the lobby for 15 minutes and I could have literally went in stole a lot of merchandise and walked out with no problem the manager saw me in there but she did not come out to help me because she was more focused on the cat until the other employee came in from smoking then she helped me not good customer service at all the manager who literally could have came up and help me the manager knew the other person was outside smoking but refused to come up and help me she stayed back in the office where I could literally see her talking to look like our family members or something and playing with a cat

Battery prices have gone up since I last bought one in 2013 for less than a $100. Now all were $158 or more! This is everywhere I assume.Good service and clean store.

I went in to have a check engine light read, and fortunately it turned out to be nothing. The gentleman help me very well as it was hard to get around teacher having double knee replacement surgery, they could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
