Wow did these guys make it EASY to trade in my car for new one. One of the best dealerships I've worked with and I will now recommend them to anyone rather than the other place we use to recommend. Thank you guys so much for helping my wife and I out!

The manager Tony really worked hard to get me the loan I needed. He explained everything so that I understood it. I really needed a car and I got one for a great price, and I just love it. I highly recommend Next Ride for your next vehicle. They have a good selection of cars.

We had pre-arranged financing with our finance company. They left for the day without completing our loan and left us hanging sitting at Next Ride. Tony swooped in to the rescue!! He was able to do the financing for us with one of his lenders whom have a great program that really helps their customers if u make every payment on time. We were so happy with our car as well as our experience at Next Ride. It's a family business and they made us feel like family too! Thanks again Dillon and Tony! You guys were great!!!

Id avoid next ride auto they sell you cars that they claim are mechanically sound but the car I bought I didn't even get to drive it more than 30 miles and it's completely non running so now I'm stuck paying on a car that is not mechanically sound they refuse to make it right worst customer service I have ever dealt with I would rate this company a negative 10. I will Never do business here again

These guys are very easy to work with, got me approved and worked with me to get a great deal. Ultimately I decided the car in particular wasn't for me, but these guys are professional and first class. If you know what you're buying, Next Ride is a great place to go.

Think twice, they'll act and tell you whatever to sell you a vehicle. There are always better options. You WILL have to pay for when your vehicle from here breaks down. This is your sign to think about other places.

GREAT SERVICE! Took my cousin out today to find a car and no one was giving him a chance no answers on being approved or not especially when he doesnt have credit until we came here saw 2 very nice cars came to a decision on one and boss man worked with my cousins budget and rates super easy super fast and just excellent service the staff was super funny and amazing

The experience was fast and easy. Told them our situation, what we needed, what we had to work with, and we were driving home in a new car within a couple hours. I've worked with a lot of dealerships over the years, and this was the smoothest and easiest experience..

I ve worked with Robert & Tony for years in the automotive business, and I consider them family. Any time I have needed a reliable vehicle, no matter who I send their way, they deliver! Bought my Subaru from them 2 years ago & have never had any trouble! Definitely recommend this dealership.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!! TONY the manager avoids your calls doesnt ever text back and has the people answer the phone say he isnt available all the time. Bought a car and as soon as i drove it off the shop the check engine light came on. Called him thermostat was replaced but car still isnt functioning as it should! HORRIBLE SERVICE! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND EVER!!

The staff was great! They didn't pressure us into buying a car. It didn't feel like they were hounding us either, they basically let us have our privacy when shopping for the vehicle. We appreciated that a lot! When it came to buying the car, the process was so quick and easy. They were very straight forward and did everything they could to make it happen! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and go through them again!

They helped us into a nice truck for a great price with our not so great credit score and they used a lender who helps improve your credit. We couldn t be happier with our payments or the nice staff we got to work with even with this crazy new world we live in right now.They gave us a decent amount for our trade in too. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will be back when we need another vehicles.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love these guys. I am a teenager of course with no credit looked everywhere and no one would work with me i had lost hope but my god mother recommended this place and not only were they nice but they helped me get into a cute car with the little down payment i had. A couple months later my fiance needed a car i instantly took him here and they got him into a beautiful truck in less than 2 hours. I appricate there family business they arent a big corporation looking for just money they care about the people and help the best they can. Thank you guys you're so appricated!

I helped my daughter buy a car from here. Engine light on but was reassured that it was "only a gas cap" and they would replace it. Nothing was ever done. Then it began running badly. The car now needs "special parts" that they supposedly ordered. That was 6 months ago. The car payments are being made but the car sits. I have called repeatedly with no response. They sell sub par vehicles with issues and won't back up their promises.

I absolutely love this place. I found an amazing car and they were so helpful. They work with people who have bad credit, and they were really patient while I was getting my down payment together. Absolutely love this place and definitely recommend getting a new car from these guys!

I stopped by on 3/30/22 to look at a vehicle. I was already hesitant as the van was not listed with a manufacturer sponsored dealership. But being a supporter of local businesses, I stopped by anyways.Upon arriving on the lot, I could not immediately locate the vehicle. When I walked into the office, I observed 2 younger men nose deep in their phones. Perhaps they were following up on various internet leads. They certainly didn't follow up on mine as I had to use carguru's automated email response to locate the dealership.However, the gentlemen were quick to react to my inquiry regarding a red Dodge Caravan on the lot. Very helpful with getting the keys immediately and directing me to where it was.Once my wife, my 2-month-old and myself opened up the van and started it, there was a squeaking belt. There was also no gas left in the tank.Understanding squeaking belts and the cause for them can be rectified, I requested a moment to test drive the van. Having seen the status of the fuel, the gentleman offered to give me $10 to put gas in the tank while I test drove it.Guess since I am now an employee of the lot, I am no longer subject to commissions, fees or any other potential mark ups.Never got the chance to join the crew at this dealership as the van stalled out from complete lack of fuel.As one of the two gentlemen left go to find a fuel container to get a gallon or two in the tank, the remaining gentleman tells me the squeaking was caused by the lack of fuel.While I am not a certified ASE mechanic, I am positive this young man was not either. In my 40 years of living, I have never heard of a water pump, tension pulley or even a dang belt squeaking because of lack of fuel. As if handing me $10 and the keys to a van didn't set off enough red flags, this comment was the last.They called a manager and requested I stop back by later once they had the van properly prepared for demo.As I intended to purchase that day, I was shopping various dealerships and vehicles throughout the day.I passed this dealership 3 times during my travels after I had already left there.The vehicle never moved from my visit that morning.I understand some dealerships cater to all consumers including the credit challenged. This was a "buy here, pay here" dealership. My concern is what kind of disservice do you provide to those customers? While I do not require the aforementioned financial services your dealership offers, I am worried for those consumers that might.

We came to buy a car with very little down and not so great credit. Tony was amazing he was very polite and honest about everything. He worked with us. I am actually in the process of buying a second car right now I would recommend next ride to anyone and everyone. And ask to work with Tony he was awesome!!!!

Best place for a good reliable vehicle, when you have bad credit. They walked me threw the whole process. Which was amazing since it was my first vehicle from a dealership. The other dealerships i went to were rude just because of my age and credit; but next ride employees were very nice and honest. They got me into comfortable payments. As well as trying to help me with the insurance questions I had. All around amazing auto dealership. I recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members.

Communication is AWFUL with this place. I've had more than a few times, instances where I NEVER got a call back. Trying to make a payment.... No call back..... Trying to get my address correct for the title to be mailed to.... No call back. Now they won't answer the phone at all. Very frustrating, and it looks like I will be having to file paperwork to see where my title is. It got sent to old address, even after I updated my address with them. Not happy with their business.

I went in knowing my credit was pretty bad. They got me into a new car with a fair rate. I thought for sure I was going to leave empty handed, but I got a car I know I can rely on for years to come. The process was quick and easy. Sales reps werent pushy, and only showed us things our price range. Everyone was extremely nice, and the experience was all around fantastic.

While looking for a second car for our family we were struggling due to low credit. We went in and spoke with Tony and he was so extremely helpful and patient with us. We were able to work together on our down payment and also were able to trade in our old car to help towards the down payment!!! We are extremely great full for Next Ride LLC and Tony for helping us get our second car! We are in love with our Nissan Rogue!! I highly recommend if your looking for a car and may not have the best credit or looking for a first time car for your high school student to go down and visit Tony! We also are very excited to see them in there new location soon!!!!

Very friendly staff. They were all great to work with. Got the car I wanted and the payment I needed. They were super helpful with financing and everything worked out better than planned. They put up with my 3 year old run though and playing with there cars on the shelf thanks again highly recommend

Our purchase experience at NextRide was fantastic, from start to finish. The sales person was super friendly, they were great at working with me on a tight schedule, and had most everything approved and ready to go for signing before we even showed up to purchase the vehicle we chose. I would highly recommend NextRide. We even got the desired down payment and monthly payment amounts. Thanks so much for working with us! :)

The staff was super helpful with us. We are by nature indecisive and try to be very conscious of the big picture when it comes to finances and vehicles that we are going to be in for a while. They showed us a couple options and were more than willing to entertain other options as we had questions about different vehicles on the lot. When we finally picked out our car they made the transition very smooth and worked around our hectic schedule. We were in and out in about 25-30 minutes with paperwork and on our way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car dealership that can work with any situation.

Next Ride was patient with me while I found myself in hard times needing a vehicle. I put money down to hold a car, and when my loan was finally approved, I was happy to pick up the keys. I recommend Tony to anyone needing a reliable vehicle for fair price.

Definitely recommend this place for any one with no credit/ little credit. Robert was very helpful and very patient with us. We took our 3 year old and he was very patient with her running and yelling. The transaction was done quickly and didn't get pressured into buying something unlike other places. Very honest when it came in to trading in a car, on what he wouldn't be able to give for it and recommended us to sell instead. Great sales people to work with!!

We noticed the car we purchased from this dealer was leaking within 2 days of getting it home. After my husband spent some time looking into it, he called the dealer, they said they could look at it. For $80.We had another mechanic check it out. It's the water pump, it's cracked and you can see the water all over inside.The mechanic said the dealer would have most likely known about this, as it would have been noticed during inspection, and by the obvious puddle under the car while it sat on their lot.Take some time to read through these 5 star reviews- it's pretty clear that these are mostly fake. Yelp has even removed the reviews of this dealer, probably due to authenticity.We won't be purchasing any more cars from this place.Edited in response to owner:My husband called and spoke with Don (or Ron?) and was told that he could bring the car in and your mechanic would look at it for the hourly mechanic fee of $80.So no one in your office got our call? And you wouldn't have charged to look at it? Hm. You're dishonest response to my review makes Next Ride look even shadier.BUYER BEWARE

Fantastic experience with no pressure! We were able to look around and didn't have someone looking over our shoulders telling us what they think we should buy. We found our car and drove it home today! Excellent experience and I will recommend Next Ride to everyone.
