Got a filter from here and it started leaking after 5 months then I called and spoke to someone on the phone to get a price range for an oil change (new Napa Gold filter because the one I bought started leaking and 5qts of Napa High Mileage 5W-30 Synthetic oil because that's what my car takes) the guy I was on the phone with had no idea what he was doing and because his system said my car took 0W-20 (not high mileage either) he put me down for the filter and the OW-20 which was the wrong oil so he told me it was 29.44 I got to the store and they got my the oil when I noticed the mistake I told them it was the wrong oil and what I had originally needed and the total came out to be 38.66 which I didn't have for the oil change then when it came to the refund both people the guy I was on the phone with and the guy I was working with at the front had no idea what they were doing. Store is also dirty and very unorganized hard to navigate. Very poor management as well the guy I was on the phone with was very rude when it came to what oil I needed and the refund.

Usually it's ok. In this instance the place was being remodeled I guess and could not look around. But the service guy was helpful and he brought me one of the items I was looking for. As prices go...well they are not lower than the competition but they could have the parts you need if the other guys are not close to your location.

Was in the store and the manager Fernando helped me out. He didn t sell me parts he sold me service. Was having issues with my account and he made a few calls and got me squared up. Will be stopping at this location more often. Great service

Went in and got a check engine light read. Javier was more than happy to help and also very professional. Got us the right parts for the job. Fernando was also very knowledgeable and got me the right tool for the job. Two thumbs up to these guys! Will be getting my parts from this store from now on!

Went into the store November 4 to get a bulb for my Subaru told the gentleman behind the counter, the make the model what light was out what type of bulb it was and he responded. It could be any kind of bulb he would not help me any further.

I ordered part from them their warehouse said that I could get my parts in 2 days but one day later they called me saying that the warehouse only had 2 of the four parts that I ordered but they were able to get me the rest of my parts for other place but it would be 4 more days for me to get the rest of my parts. I know that it was out of his control so I appreciated him looking for the rest of my parts.

RUDE RUDE RUDE did not offer any help AT ALL ( and I m a female in a car part store). Four men working behind the counter all talking to a male customer about nothing even car related while I stood looking completely lost. Told them what I needed and got no help at all. Went in and out of the store probably 10 times trying to find the right bolt for my blower motor and could have walked out with all kinds of stuff if I wanted to and they wouldn t have known or cared. Won t return to that place ever again!

Ben rung me out and provided awesome customer service. I've never shopped at Napa before, but I would certainly return. Give him a raise! It's rare to find people who really care.

This seems to be what I have come to expect from this place. Thurston was more worried about the T&A outside, he failed to actually get me the correct part... lights to be exact on a Fiat... he then told me that there were two bulbs per headlamp cost me 30 minutes of my time there are 70 dollars wasted.. now I have to go out of my way to go back to nampa to return the incorrect parts... as an FYI it took Oreillys 5 minutes to find my 500 L fiat in the system. THURSTON argued stating no model existed.... youre lucky I wasn't able to give you No stars.

More likely to have small and obscure parts than some of the flashier store. At least one person is very knowledgeable and able to help. My go-to store.

My F150 truck broke down in town , these guys at N APA had the tools to help me fix it. Sunday is not a convenient time for truck problems.

This is my NAPA. Easy to get to, knowledgeable staff and most importantly they either have what I need in stock or can get it quickly. Never been let down.

I hurried to get there from work and made it 4 minutes before closing schedule, but they had already closed and wouldn't open the door.
