Made an online order to make sure I could get a socket I needed that was low stock. The 30-minute estimate they provided at checkout online was way off! Like days off. Nice staff, but I would be leary about using the pickup option online.

Was going to buy an AAA battery there but they had no one in store who would take out the old one and put in the new one.

It is nice to see a good old-fashioned auto parts store. Ask for help, and you get the correct parts and attitude. Knowledgeable staff, I hope they don't change this store to just another retail store.

My father went in yesterday 9/13/21 to purchase windshield wipers for his jeep. He told the young guy behind the counter that couldn't get the old wiper off and asked for assistance. The guy replied in a very rude manner that you no longer help customers with wiper blades?? When did that change? When did you start hiring people with no respect for customers and older clientele? In addition to the rude lack of service, my father tried to explain to the guy the blade just purchased did in fact not fit the jeep. But Mr. I know everything told my father it will and he just needed to figure out. Seriously?? So we now have a blade that doesn't fit and no replacement. I was in a few months ago for new blades for my car and the guy at that time happily helped my husband and I. So disappointed in your store. We will not be back.

Prices, prices, prices. One can nearly always get whatever they're looking for cheaper at any of their competitors. Military discount and rewards program helps, yet most of their competitors also provide this. Staff is always polite and ready to assist, not a bad selection of locations as well.

Mandy is awesome! She knows her stuff and has great customer service. She makes great recommendations on products and does a great job of not having a biased opinion about the products too. Go in and ask for her! You'll be glad you did!

It's Napa there is a reason it has been around for a long a it has. I have nothing but good things to say about the store and all the employees and the manager. Great people.

The people that work here are so nice and helpful! 9 times outta 10 they have what I need but when they don t they ve always been able to track down what I need at one of their other stores

The service and knowledge of the employees here is great. Please do something about the birds that leave their droppings piled up outside the front door. Nasty, track it back in my car, all over the store.

Good thing I had another vehicle to drive on new years day... My battery was dead and all the Napas in area said they were open till 7 none were...wasted my gas and time...and when we finally got to one that was open the next day...they tried to bs me saying that the battery I had wasn't large enough for my vehicle when they were the ones who sold it to me...

They got me in an out so fast, I had my 6 month old with me. Needed a new battery, and they gave me one and covered my warranty.No money out of pocket.Keep your receipts lol

My husband is the auto mechanic of our household. He did return to the car with bags of what he calls "goodies". He said store was clean and the staff was very helpful. We purchased bags full of items to winterize our newly purchased truck for the long haul home to GEORGIA!

One of the guys working there was very nice and told us to wait because he was assisting another costumer so we did. Next thing I know some 60 year old lady was giving us really bad attitude so we decided to leave and go to auto zone and it was 100 times better

My SIL car "broke down" ..it Wouldnt turn over so she had them test her battery. They told her the battery( barely installed brand new) was shot and needed to be replaced. The terminals were slightly loose... Tightened .fixed. If you dont understand that you shouldn't be working in anything automotive. * will still buy parts here versus autozone but do not advise for people who are not at all car literate

Very rude woman, they lie and over charged and refused to admit they made a mistake even though I had evidence showing how they messed up twice. I'll never go back and if they don't fix the mistakes I'll make it a legal matter.

I stopped to get 4 gauge wire and the karcher said they none along other things I needed. The said downtown store had it. I went there and they couldn't find their inventory. The finally after 45 minutes located half of what I needed. I'm paying a mechanic $50 an hour after two hours I gave up on Napa,. Where's Napa know how... Lol

Well my boat trailer lost a Wheel bearing on a Saturday on way to lake. Went to Marine place and they said they couldn't help me. Really no effort on there part.So I went to NAPA and boy I got Out Standing Service. Tyler was the young man that helped me and not only found the correct bearings and seals but also removed and installed the new Bearing races. Which was a huge help since I didn't have correct tools to do that.As a business owner that provides service to people I really appreciate the Service I got from Tyler. Not many emplyees go out of there way to help customers. Awesome to see NAPA has those kind of EmployeesRG

Nice place with relatively knowledgeable staff. Had all of the parts that I was looking for and a lot more. They have specialty tools available for rent which was amazingly helpful in replacing a U-Joint.
