Great customer service! They were very honest and worked quickly to get my windows fixed. They also made a note about a completely different issue to let me know when I picked it up, just because they noticed it while working on it. They were on top of updates during the two days they had my car, which was a relief as someone who has experienced dishonesty and a lack of communication from other repair shops. You really can't go wrong with these guys!Update from a second visit: Still very pleased with their work. As a woman it can be hard to find auto repair places that won't try to scam me but these guys are just so respectful and straightforward. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Jeff has always been very accommodating to get our vehicles in for repairs and maintenance. We've been raking our vehicles here for 1+ years. Just recently had them check out 2018 Suburu forester that we were interested in purchasing. Got us in the next day. Great job! Highly recommend. J and E Fedoris

This place was amazing to work with to get our truck service and running great again! The staff is super friendly and will awnsers your questions. This is also the first place that ever has texted me a while after they have worked on my vehicle to check up on it and see how everything is working! I had Morales Auto Repair do the timing belt on my 300zx Twin Turbo and they took great care of my baby! They were very professional, fast, and kept me updated all along the way. I never felt uncertain about what the end result was going to be and I was very happy with the end result

I am back again to give another raving review! Roel, Jeff and team are such incredible people!! Always kind, always honest, and very quick at getting the job done, but not so quick where it makes you question and feeling uneasy. They always make sure my car is in tip-top shape because they know how much I value her. They have done everything from repairing an old brittle wire in my door and replacing odd sensors, to flushing my transmission fluid, and I have never experienced an issue with any of their work. I really enjoy that they send a quick "checking in" text a couple days after the service to make sure everything is still working properly. Not to mention, the pricing is always reasonable and fair. I will only recommend Morales Auto to anyone in need of a mechanic! Thanks for taking care of your customers and being honest people. My family and I LOVE Roel and his crew!!!!! I have a unique Smart Car, and they always know how to take care of it. They re also ALWAYS super friendly and helpful, with anything you need. I can t give enough good reviews for Morales Auto! Been with Roel for over 15 years never once had a bad experience/situation! Honest. Only repairs items that are a problem.Not at all like the oil change places, which always tell me my transmission fluid is dirty. Or other garbage.I've never had a problem with any repairs that they made. Roel is fantastic! He does only what is needed well. Reasonable prices. I have never had mysterious repairs needed after he works on my vehicle. He has solid recommendations for good maintenance. Awesome experience our first time going to Morales Auto Repair. Recommended by a neighbor, we were not sure what to expect, but Roel and his team went above and beyond our expectations. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and no upselling like the dealerships. He does give you an idea as to what services might be necessary in the future. Fast, honest, and knowledgeable team of mechanics. The fix up on my van was finished very quickly. I was walked through the whole diagnostic, which they patiently explained to me as the car was taken care of.The impeccable customers service and friendly atmosphere would earn the 5 stars on it s own. Could not recommend more.

Roel and his team are incredible! It s always hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Morales Auto is an exception. They re not your typical money hungry auto shop, they re honest and up front. His pricing is affordable as well! With auto shops, integrity is what matters and they have it in spades!I am traveling across the country, and I thought my transmission was acting. Roel was SUPER kind, got me in right away, and was very thorough and generous with his time.I didn t end up needing any repairs, but he and the team here gave me the peace of mind to continue on my trip.I can t recommned this place enough.

Just recently moved here and googled auto repair and came across Morales 5 Star ratings and decided to give them a call. They promptly answered the phone and got us in the same day. They have serviced our vehicle 3 times now for necessary maintenance and we have been very pleased each time. We recommend them for their quality work, availability, and knowledge. Thank You guys for being so dependable when my car is not!

I highly recommend this shop and it s mechanics!My wife and I were on a road trip to to Oregon and our car started to have problems near Boise. Fearing our car and our road trip would be sidelined, we gave Morales Auto Repair a call.Despite their current workload and queue of cars to work on, Roel at the shop made time for us and did a quick inspection. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem, and help us fix it while we waited.The problem needed up being relatively minor but he was honest with us and got us back on the road when our fears had us thinking our vacation was at risk. Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a very small coolant leak from the front of the engine. Jeff said the water pump needed replaced. Several days later he called to let me know it was done and I paid over the phone with my debit $641.00. I picked my Jeep up after they closed and on my way home, 2.7 miles away, lost all the coolant from the front of the engine. Called the next morning hoping they would retrieve my Jeep due to the fact it was no longer drivable and they were the ones who just worked on it. Jeff told me I needed to get it there for them to look at it. I have not been able to get it to them and I have not heard any word from them since. Roel texted my girlfriend though about a month or so after to see how my Jeep was doing and she told him how frustrated I was and I will not be taking any of my vehicles to them again. The Jeep still leaks as it stays sitting in front of my house. I collect what I can of the leaking coolant to refill the system as time goes by. I only start it or drive it to keep the oils circulating. I had a reliable Jeep I would drive everywhere before they worked on it but now I can't drive it anywhere. If I could give them negative stars I would, but to be able to post a review a minimum of 1 star has to be checked. I will never take a vehicle to Morales Auto Repair again!!!Service: Auto water leak repair

Roel and his team helped us deal with a rattling issue on the bottom of our car as we were on a long distance road trip and passing through Idaho. They were super busy but found a way to get us in and help us continue our drive with no more rattling. He was exceptionally kind and compassionate and we couldn t recommend his business more.

I never experienced such great service until we decided to work with Morales Auto Repair. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to fix my car, I got frequent updates so I knew how long it would be and what was happening. It was all over an amazing experience.For the car issue we had, we went to two other places before Morales Auto Repair. They gave us quotes and a we aren t sure what the problem really is but it will cost $800! It was frustrating because we wanted to know what was really wrong before we paid for it.Only a few hours after dropping my car off, they called back and told us for sure what it was and the price was more than fair. They are absolutely professional and beyond knowledgeable. I will forever use these guys for all my mechanic needs.

I ve known Roel and his team since 2006 when we bought our Civic from a local dealership. Since then, he and his Master Tech Brad have been taking care of our Civic, Odyssey and now CRV. That s 12 years now as of this writing. The quality of their work, diagnostic accuracy and most importantly honesty are the reasons� why I followed him when he and his team established their own business. I didn t mind about driving 40 minutes (one way) across the Valley to get that kind of service as it is very hard to find someone else whom I can trust and rely on considering the big name repair shops and Honda dealerships are just <10 minutes away. Roel and his team provides the same Honda quality of work, honesty in their recommendations with very affordable price you can t beat even when using OEM parts.Also his door is always open like on emergencies. Our old van s transmission recently broke where they immediately helped out to get it towed and replaced so we can get it back on service ASAP. Not to mention, helping me out as well in purchasing a used CRV where he himself and Brad took time to provide me a slot same afternoon when I called, just to have it inspected for me prior purchasing. As always he provided unbiased opinion about the purchase and they did it for me without a cost.Lastly, he d tell you what the right type of parts to use without overdoing it that would translate to cost OR should you or should you not replace it. That s how honest he is even if it ends up not getting the business from you. I d highly recommend Roel and his team to anyone looking for dealership quality level of work not just for Hondas but for any brand. I d continue to bring my vehicles to him even if I have to travel that far. I m excited to see his business grow and can t wait for him to expand his business in the Treasure Valley

Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a fuel filter replacement but it had a few other issues Morales auto care quickly diagnosed and fixed. They got it all handled in a very timely fashion. They are professional, polite, knowledgeable, get the job done hassle free and keep the vehicle clean! These are now and forever my auto care guys! Excellent service! Always honest and fair. Never overcharge our company and we take all our company vehicles here. Roel goes out of his way to make sure we have our vehicles back in top shape and he always comes in under what he estimated. They are particularly good at communicating with you during the entire process so you don't feel like you suddenly had surprises sprung on you. This iis a shop that cares about their clients and it shows.

I love this place. Aside from their kindness they are knowledgeable and a very well qualified staff. It is well worth my drive from Ontario to Caldwell. Fair, honest pricing. Never pressured for additional repairs. I m always presented with my options as well as prioritizing my vehicle s maintenance and repair needs. You can t go wrong here!

Easy to make appointment, great customer service. Took my 2004 dodge ram, they diagnosed it and fixed the problem in the same day! This is gonna be my new go to mechanic from now on great job guys

Great friendly service. Also, very trustworthy and affordable. Had them check out my daughters newly purchased car and they were able to fix the problem on it that same day. I will be bringing all my vehicles here to get work done on them, when they need it.

I bought my daughter a 2006 Volvo in November. The check engine light came on two days afterwards and it has been one problem after another. I took it to Raul (after months of battling issue after issue), thinking it would cost loads of money between electrical issues, A/C not working, fuel pressure pump out, on and on. Raul had it in the shop minutes after we arrived there, and called to let us know the price as he went through each thing. I expected to drop a grand easily and it was no where near that! I can not thank them enough! I know my daughter is safe, and I don't have to worry about her being broke down somewhere! Morales Auto repair will be my first call anytime I need vehicle repairs! Thank you Raul, Deb, and Tanner for giving me peace of mind and not price gauging! Honest, efficient, and reliable! You all are the best!

I was stranded today due to a broken starter. I brought my Jeep in because they had good reviews and they were close by. Awesome and friendly staff, and very helpful. I mentioned that my starter was replaced about a year and a half ago and the owner mentioned I should call too see if it was under warranty.It was! He helped me get through the warranty claim, and exhausted all avenues to find a part that we could get today so I'm not stranded. Then he asked his technician if he minded staying a bit late in the early evening to get it done for me. Customer service is alive and well!! Thanks guys. I will pass along the word to family and friends.

Excellent customer service and value. I have known the owner for decades through my car purchases and service work at a local dealership. I was so exited to hear he was opening up his own shop. He is an honest, thorough, and experienced. One of the most trustworthy people you will find.

We were 12 hours into our Christmas vacation drive and still 10 hours from our destination - in terrible weather - when my 2002 Ford Explorer started to fail. So far from home on a Friday afternoon before the holiday, I could have easily been taken advantage of but instead, I called Morales Auto Repair and I feel blessed to this day that their website was one of the first to show up on our Google Search. The very kind folks at MAR diagnosed my SUV and nothing can replace the honesty and integrity that they demonstrated! They got to work on my truck and made us feel comfortable in their home while the work was done. Deb sent us on our way soon after with a fresh, hot cup of coffee and some Christmas cookies! Such thoughtful, honest, kind people and great service - my only regret is that I don't live in Caldwell, Idaho - if I did, Morales Auto Repair would have my business all the time! I highly recommend the honest and kind folks at Morales Auto Repair!! Thank you so much Deb and Roel....
