Show up for my appointment, have my confirmation, get told no appointment exists, my tires aren't there, and they proceed to try and sell me other options twice the price I was looking for. Didn't even offer to put air in the tire to limp home.Nice bait and switch operation. 0/10

Don't go here for any kind of brake job. Their guy Chucky is incompetent and will break your car. When you take it to another Les Schwab to get a confirmation. They will not do anything to fix the problem. Instead they will try to tell you that a parking brake cable has a break in period.

Went in to get an alignment and went to my appointment. I was there an hour and the guy told me he did it, come to find out a few months later he did not. I had to get a credit line increase to pay for the alignment that was never done. They reported it incorrectly to the credit bureaus, told them they decreased the credit limit which in result impacted my credit score negatively. Fast forward to last month and I got a battery through them and was not informed my monthly payment was going to significantly increase. I love les shwab but NOT this location.

I had a tire losing air for months. Took it to 3 tire shops for repair one being another Les Schwab. All said it could not be repaired only replaced. Brought it here and Victor had it repaired in minutes. Hats off to Victor.

Had to get an emergency tire, mounted onto a rim, free, floating rim. My daughter went in to get the tire mounted onto the rim for his emergency spare. This Les Schwab location tried to charge my daughter $65 to mount a tire onto a rim. this is 10 amount of highway robbery and sexism by taking advantage of a female that they believe knows nothing at all about cars. This Les Schwab knows, full well that the competitors Latoya big O any reputable tire company charges $10 or $20 to have a spare mounted Has been what I have been quoted. Everyone be aware that this happened December 9 at 4:35 PM on Saturday at this location at Les Schwab my daughter was physically present there and this is what they told Her. Extremely shocking, alarming and extremely poor business practices. I will not be doing business with them, and in the future I will discourage anybody from every Using Les Schwab again.

Very SLOW service.I came in to get a tire replaced about 9:30am and waited until after 12pm.I noticed peoples vehicles that came in way after me were being attended first. (Not by appointment-walk ins)Either way a tire change shouldn t take over TWO and HALF hours.Def. short handedNot all the mechanics fault but whom ever is in charge.Mechanics were super friendly fyiDate of service 9/19

We got a flat tire at 4:15 on a Saturday. By the time we got the spare on it was 4:45. We called to see if it was too late to get our tire repaired and the lady who answered the phone was very sweet and said to come on in, no problem. Everyone was super helpful and nice, even though we were there until 5:40 (40 min after close). They had other people still pulling in as we were leaving and they were just has helpful to them. This kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. This is the reason we continue to come back to Les Schwab and this location especially.Thank you!

Dawson is AWSOME he really helped me out in some hard times that I m having in life. He s a very compassionate and caring person! Not only that but sitting back waiting for my tire to be fixed I see the staff communicating really well with me and other clients! 10/10 recommend coming here!

This is the most friendly, trustworthy, and lowest-stress tire shop I ve ever been to. They are up-front about timing and pricing, call before they do anything that s going to run up the bill, explain the work and charges clearly, and have a great waiting area with coffee and popcorn. They will also fix a flat, like a nail or screw in your tire (wherever you got it from), at no charge and stand behind the tires they sell 100% if anything goes wrong. It s like how neighborhood shops used to be, and Les Schwab is the only place I go for tires and breaks.

Usually this place is amazing. Nothing against the mechanics crew, they did what they were told. However, my wife and I asked to have our alignment checked due to hitting a huge pothole. Mechanic came back and said "that'll be $129 for the alignment". We didn't ask for it to be done, only to be checked. So we were stuck paying for a service we did not request. Otherwise this place is always awesome.

Normally a good store, went for tire rotation..called said it was done...it was not done as I had marked my wheel...time and money spent, lost my business, it's now at another store getting rotation done...simple simple job, and I have spent a lot of money over the years with them... frustrated and sad they would do this..not even in the system as the order was completed...why?????

I have had a account with Les Schwab for a long time. Service is always 1st class. Would not trust my truck or car with anyone else

Well I don t typically do reviews figure theres enough Karens/ Chads/ ugliness in the world but I really wanted these folks to get credit where credit is due.I had an appointment this morning for a couple things to be done on my car and figured was going to be there for ages.I know they were probably busy for this time of year but Troyce and the rest of the crew are so stinking efficient and fast it was impressive.I didn't even finish going through Amazon before they were done.Troyce was so wonderful, polite and helpful answering any and all of my questions I had today. I really appreciated him doing that.I ve had some bad experiences before with a couple places in the area w poor customer service or questionable/shotty work but these guys were absolutely great.Thank you for a wonderful experience there.I ll be back should I need anything else done.

The guys at the Nampa store are AWESOME came in with a low tire 20 minutes before close. Helped me out with a smile on their faces. This is why I got the first set of tires I bought in 1996 from here and keep doing it today! Even with the founder being gone now they still have the values.

Was in need of some tires good for both on and off road and the people down at the les schwab on caldwell helped me find em. Applied online for some credit and the process was quick and easy. Set up my appointment online the same as well.When I got in, the ladies behind the counter helped me get checked in and before I knew it, my truck was in and being taken care of. A couple of episodes of breaking bad later, and I was being called that it was ready to go.I got a quick summery of the condition of my brakes, suspension, no visible leaks a run down of the warranty and was good to go.Definitely recommend for all of your tire service needs.Thank you les schwab.

I have been a customer for years and have always had a good experience. They are good about communicating issues and how to resolve them. Also, have a business account with them, and they have been an awesome company to do business with! They continue to be excellent at what they do, and with how busy they are, they try to get to your need in a timely manner.

Les Schwab are bunch of scam artist don't go here we went here last month for an alignment so the mechanics told us that they got the alignment done and other stuff done write but a month later the alignment is still missed up and now a lot worse and the tires that are on my vehicle are now damage because of them not doing the job right, well we went to there counter part in Caldwell they told us that the people who worked on it didn't do a good job but when they found out that it was a Les Schwab location that worked on our car there tone change big time trying to put the blame on us well it goes to show that this company is all a bunch of scam artist never come here go somewhere else.

I found a something (turned out to be a screw) in one of the tires of a vehicle that is shared amongst my family. This was about 5:40pm... on a Friday. I panicked, and may have become a bit frantic. But the employees at Les Schwab did not panic. They fixed the tire in 15 minutes. And all was well.A very good experience that I owe to the counter staff, and tire-busters of Les Schwab. Thank you!

They where helpful and very professional if you need tires Les Schwab would be the place to go quick and straight to the point why wander around aimlessly when Les Schwab Tires has everything you need there

I have used this site for several years for tires and batteries and found the staff very helpful. I recently took a Les Schwab battery in for a check since it had gone completely dead. It was checked and I was told after minor cleanup the battery was fine. I wanted a new battery but the service man suggested I wait since the battery numbers were fine. The service man said if I had any problems I could call them to come jump my battery and I told him I lived in rural area. He said they had runs in tat area and was not told there would be any charge. Two weeks later I am on my way to the doctor and a completely dead battery greets me. /when I called in to get a service trip and then purchase a new battery I was told they would charge me $45 for the call. Why didn't the first guy tell me there would be a charge to my area? Couldn't they give me a 1/2 price since I was going to spend well over $100 at the store. Sorry guys. I am going elsewhere with my business. Caldwell is never going to lose its bad reputation with this kind of attitude.

Vivian was so nice and very helpful providing a quote for tires and alignment over the phone. She sent a copy to my email and made sure all of my questions were answered. The store is in a convenient location and easy to find. When we arrived we were greeted promptly by a friendly face. The atmosphere was cool and comfy. I always love the popcorn. Tom did the alignment on my sons car and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us his full attention and took time to answer all of our questions. He provided a quote for additional work that needs to be done as well. This shop is my new go to, Les Schwab. After a short time the work was completed and we were on our way. Thanks guys!
