I do not know of the reviews on this place are legit or not but my own exp. Has been awful to say the least. Can not get anyone to schedule my service, got told to take my car across the street to bronco motors when my extended warranty is only through kendall. The text option got me no where either and when I stated that I was having no luck on getting an appt to get the car in to the shop the representative stated she already sent a request for someone to call and so then what else could she do. It was giving bad call center, I dont care about the customer vibes.

PSA: Kendall does not care! My husband and I bought our 2019 minivan less than a year ago at the Kendall Value Lot. Had a great experience when buying the car! We used the two free oil changes and service checks at the Kendall auto shop over the past year. It is the only place we ve taken it to get serviced. We have expressed concerns at these service appointments about our car shifting hard and our sliding door not working properly. We were told we had to go to another dealership to get this looked at because they weren t a dodge dealership. With all of these appointments to get serviced at dealerships are months out. We take it to the other dealership with our concerns to find out that we need a whole new transmission and all the work combined is $10,000. At first we thought it was under our year warranty from when we bought the car. But we just found out we are over on the miles so we are not covered. I ve called Kendall and left messages for multiple managers over the past few days with no return calls. Our car we ve had less than a year, less than 70,000 miles, only 4 years old and it needs $10,000 of work that is all on us since no one at Kendall would listen to us or help us when we voiced our concerns and asked for it to be looked at. How is this not illegal?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I do not trust their Service Department at all! I believe they perform unnecessary repairs resulting in excessive expense.Long story short... I took my car in with a list of several electrical problems, including rear gate wouldn't unlock, headlights and brakes lights worked intermittently (which was a huge safety concern), and several more issues, and asked them to test the wiring to see if there was a short somewhere.After having my car several days, the brand-new service guy I was assigned to told me the BCM was the problem and needed to be replaced. I know just enough about cars to get myself into trouble, so the way he explained it to me made me question whether they actually tested the wiring like I specifically asked, tested the BCM directly, or simply based their diagnosis on an assumption. He never answered these questions directly but kept promising that replacing the BCM would fix the problem.Finally, I consented to the repair which cost almost $1000. When I picked up my car, they walked me out to show me that the rear gate would unlock, and the brake light worked.Not long after, my rear gate and brake light were acting up again, so I took my car back requesting an explanation. They looked over it again and called saying they had resolved the problem. Turned out the aftermarket trailer light wiring had been spliced into the wiring harness near the rear lights and was causing a short, so they just disconnected it.When the rear gate and light issues finally seemed to be resolved, I questioned again whether they had actually tested the BCM to prove that it was faulty, or just went for the easy, very expensive answer, and no one would affirm it.I spoke to a manager, asserting that they hadn t tested the wiring (or the BCM) the first time around, otherwise they would have found that the trailer wiring was in fact the issue, and the almost $1000 for the BCM was an unnecessary expense. All he did was insist that the BCM was bad, but in no way did he attest that it was in fact tested or give me a definitive reason for it needing to be replaced.They certainly aren't helping the bad reputation mechanics/repair shops have for taking advantage of people.Service: Electrical

Juan Cruz is a great salesman! Both knowledgeable and patient. As a first time buyer I was confused on what I should be looking for and the steps to get approved. He guided me through the whole process, answering all my questions along the way. And he made sure to get me the best deal on a new car I loved. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dustin helped me so much to get me the car of my dreams, and Paula finished helping me! Such an amazing and easy experience I would recommend this dealership to everyone. My credit is not great and they helped me stick to the payment I had wanted, and got me financed!!!!! I love this place!

I called in to see if I could get a oil change, tire, rotation, and transmission service and was told they could not accommodate the service for me without an appointment understand the appointment thing, but I need it. I need a service and they would not accommodate it. I left a message for service manager to call me back to see what we could work out. No phone call they neither want my business or want to deal with me so I am posting this review to let people know beware about going there because they don t they don t take new clients seriously

Made an appointment through the MyChevrolet app, added notes for the service appointment and everything. Email and text confirmation of my appointment. Show up and they tell me there's no appointment! Then say there's issues with the system and I had to fill out a sheet from scratch for service.Then say the 30k mile maintenance can't be done because I opted to not have them change my cabin air filter for 70 bucks, when I can do it myself for 17. And also charging me 35 bucks to use oil and filter I brought in myself because they don't carry what I use. Excuse me but I'm not sure that's how this works, I have been the only owner of my car from 23 miles on the odometer and I am pretty sure scheduled warranty maintenance needs to be done by the book and if a customer wants to save 50 bucks on ONE ITEM that's their prerogative.

Recently went to visit Sam Tanzer again after my first purchase from him was nearly 2 years ago. Had another great experience! Sam is both very personal and professional!! If you want to have a great experience when you re in the market for a new ride Sam is the man to see! Also had a great experience with Nathan Watson the finance rep. Really appreciated about these two gentlemen was the manner in which they went about their job. Would recommend working with these two to anybody. They definitely know how to take care of their customers! Keep up the good work team Kendall!

Never buy from these people, sold me a lemon and wouldn't accept it for a trade on the 4th day and we're still dealing with repairs on it. Do not trust these scam artists, will NEVER refer or buy from Kendall again.

They charged me $145 for 3 minutes of labor to check a fuse, which I had to pay to get my SUV back. They lied and said they would replace it for that price, but then they changed their story and said it would cost $368 to replace the fuse (aka relay). It took me about three minutes to replace the $15 fuse by myself on the way home in the parking lot of O'reilly's auto parts, with the help of the associate there and a 30 sec youtube video. Go there first. NEVER go here. Their entire business is based on fraud, extortion, etc, and they have the money and the lawyers to get away with these highly illegal and amoral abuses against humanity.

No complaints on the Warranty repair that was done. Only issue is that the part was a few days out over a weekend but wasn t given a loaner vehicle.

I was supposed to only be charged $300 for some repairs under warranty and they accidentally charged me $1600 and overdrafted my account. Very displeased with how they handled refunding me my money. Very disappointed in Kendall GM service. Every time I take my truck in for service, there are no time lines nor communication. I end up calling them every time to find out if my vehicle is going to be finished, and they typically tell me they don t know.
