Erick and the team at Karcher Autobody are top-notch. I recently had a situation where somebody ran into my new truck. I am rather particular about vehicles especially when they're new and so expensive. I searched around for about a week and called a bunch of shops around the area. Erick and the team did a great job. It took us some time to get insurance and subcontractors to get the work done, but they stayed on top of the project and kept me informed. I would recommend this shop to family and friends.

Karcher Auto Body did a great job! My truck turned out great, they helped me navigate all the insurance stuff, and the service was top notch. Quit going to those national chain body shops that make you feel like they are doing you a favor, and get to the guys that appreciate your business!!!

Karcher Auto Body is always my go to. The customer service is amazing. They answer any and all questions thoroughly, stay in contact throughout the process if needed, and make sure to explain all your options if necessary. Every time my car goes in it comes out looking better than when I bought it.

When I brought in my auto, Jordan argued with me that I needed to pick up my auto within 24 hours. I explained that I had arranged for them to hold my car because I was on vacation for 2-wks. He acquiesced after I decided that if this was going to be a problem, then I would find another body repair shop. After landing at BOI after 2-weeks, I went to pick up my auto. It was not done for various reasons. However, they did not keep me informed that the work had not even started. The work was finally done 6-weeks late, when it should have taken at most, no more than 2-weeks. After receipt and inspection, I noted that the front right end had been hit by another vehicle in their lot; the damage left both a paint streak residue and a dent. The Service person insisted it was not their fault and pulled up photos of the auto when I brought it in. The photos proved the truck damage was their fault. In addition, I found that they had rushed the job and had not reattached the rear fender support bracket as well as the air bag line was unattached. Jeff made sure all of that was rectified, which is why I am giving Karcher a 2 rating instead of a 1. At my Church group meeting I was sharing the exciting events above. One of my friends told me I should have taken my auto to Bass Auto Body. They did his repair on time, 100% completely, and did not damage his auto.

I had what was like a pretty easy 2-3 hour job (their words not mine) to get my quarter panel straightened out in which they seemed confident in doing so with their paint less dent removal options. I told them multiple times I would pay more for the work i just wanted it straight. 3 days and 300$ later my quarter panel looks exactly the same as when i dropped it off appearance wise. Not only that I had to pay an additional 300$ to fix the damage they did to my NEW custom hydraulic suspension system. (Yes I m positive the damage was done by them). i contacted them immediately after picking my car up and was told to bring it back in but was promised a call back from the owner after I informed them I was unable to bring it back in until I had the damage they did to the hydraulic suspension system. I have yet to receive a call back and have called them multiple times only to be told he is busy. There has been no solution to date and this instance occurred 3 weeks ago. I trusted this company with my valuable classic car and even initially thought about having them do a complete restoration paint job on the car that will not be happening.Service: Painting

A few years ago, I had Karcher do some repairs on my wife's car, and their work was great. I had used them at the recommendation of my brother-in-law. This year, I took my car in for some paint repairs, and the work was pathetic. There are runs and a gouge (they said it was in the bumper, but obviously didn't even sand it as required), they left off the fender emblems (and didn't return them to me) and broke the hood rod hook. Their response was to set another appointment to repair the repairs. Sorry, I work for a living out of town, and I have to take a day off to leave the car, and another day off to pick it up.By the way, my brother-in-law just had a bumper cover painted and there were again runs and dirt in the paint.I'm not sure what changed, but I won't be going back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were so quick with it all. I went through my insurance company and between the two of them, they scheduled it all, and my Mercedes suv was repaired quickly and quite perfectly. I appreciate their service!

My brother-in-law and I decided to rebuild a salvage vehicle that had been in a front-end collision. There was significant damage to both front unirails. I spent days calling and visiting every auto body shop and any mechanic with a frame machine in Treasure Valley -- none of them were enthusiastic about helping me, and most of them quoted me ridiculously expensive prices for frame work that I knew could be done for less.I sent a few pictures of the wreck to Karcher and described my situation. Ismet, or "Izzy" as everyone calls him, reached out to me within minutes. The next day he drove out to my house in Boise on his lunch break to look it over and give me a quote (and some helpful advice).Izzy's quote was fair. It was affordable. He generated multiple quotes starting with basic, frame-work only to frame work and parts rebuild to frame work, parts rebuild, and paint. Izzy and Karcher's quotes were far more affordable than any other shop in the area.Ultimately, I decided to go with frame work only to make the rebuild more economical for myself. Most businesses would have showed frustration with my decision and carried out the obligation without any extra enthusiasm. But Izzy and Karcher aren't most businesses. Izzy met me ON A SATURDAY MORNING to drop off, one by one, my rebuild car and my parts car junker. He and his team helped me push them around and load and unload them. He and his team did this without me asking.There's more. Izzy's frame work was INCREDIBLE. We're talking about completely crushed, kinked, and torn front frame rails, bent fender mounts, and more. When I got the car back, aside from it lacking panels, you could hardly even tell it had been in a wreck.I'm still rebuilding the car (there are lots of little things that Izzy and Karcher could have made easier for me if I had a bigger budget), but it will be done soon and it was a great experience. That said, I would be stuck holding the bag if it weren't for Izzy and Karcher. They did the hardest part of this rebuild. Thanks Izzy and team! We'll be back, and we'll send anyone needing body work your way in the future.

We would like to highly recommend this shop. We just had a 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager repaired that belongs to an older family member which was involved in a fender-bender accident, and everyone at this shop was wonderful to deal with. The repair was done in a professional and timely manner, and they took the time to go above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was even better than before the accident. The quote was "right on", and they saved us enough on parts to even repair a small dent that was previously there. Thank you so much for the service. We recommend them without hesitation!

Karcher Auto Body is a business with integrity. In my case, there were a few issues with the repairs made by Karcher Auto Body to my vehicle after an accident. They were accountable and worked with me every step of the way to make sure the job was done right and I was completely satisfied. My husband is exceedingly happy to get his baby back (2014 Dodge 3500). Thank you Karcher Auto Body for doing a great job on fixing the smile in the top of his truck bed caused by the 5th wheel! Went for a quote, the guy inspected everything and said quote would come to email, nothing ever came so not sure what to think. *Update* the quote came in and they did do a follow up call and that is appreciated, it appears they are just a little busy.

I really wish I could give this business a 5 star review. Unfortunately, that did not happen with my first and recent experience doing business with them.First, I would like to commend them for the general outcome of the repair. I like feeling appreciated and heard when I spoke to Jeff by phone, which I didn't get talking with the general manager. Because of Jeff, I would do business with them again.One star less for scheduling me a week later than agreed upon start date, even dropping off a cashier's check for parts on time. Taylor told me that she can get me started on Jun 20th if I pay for the parts needed on given time, instead of Jun 26th. Lack of word of honorOne star less for not informing me about the additional frame damage they uncovered. I found out about it myself during my weekly follow-up when I stopped in. Come on it doesn't take a week to make a call.One star less for Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday fail to deliver days. Under promise over deliver would be a good thing to consider. The supplier is only a part of the issue here. Failure to check if parts ordered and were delivered, not once but twice; and telling me that the part were received and later on calling me it's not; those are on you not the supplier.One star less for attention to details. Failure to check windshield fluid reservoir that just leaks out when fill with fluid. Failure to disclosed damaged part before throwing it away. Failure to listen to customer. If you fixed the reservoir you shoud fill it before DELIVERY. I WOULD NEVER OR EVER THREATEN ANY BUSINESS FOR A BAD REVIEW, if someone said I did, it's a LIE. If you make a DELIVERY and you failed to check the quality of you work or failed to disclosed any information to your customer, damaged has been done and you do not deserve a star for correcting it.I know they can do better and be TRUTHFUL. Thank you fo your hardwork!

After my car was totaled, I didn t think anyone would be willing or able to fix it, especially within my budget. Karcher A/B fixed, repaired, and returned my car in a timely manner. Didn t end up using Karcher s, because after a thorough inspection/estimate they recommended me to a detailing guy for our yellow paint splatter. The detailing company was amazing and able to get off all the splatter with a bit of elbow grease! But Karcher s was so helpful and didn t really took time out of their day to help me. Their work ethic is outstanding and didn t want to charge me an outrageous amount, just because they could. Thanks again guys!

Work performed on time and as agree too. Two outside sources recommend and assured us we would be satisfied with their work. We were NOT disappointed. Very good and positively explained even the smallest issues.

The guys at Karcher Auto Body were super friendly. They did an excellent job job repairing my husband's truck after he got rear-ended. Their estimate was right on with what I was actually charged. And they made my kids and me feel welcome and comfortable in their office. I'll definitely use them again!

From the moment I walked through the door it was a great experience. From Erick giving me a quote and explaining in detail what it was going to take fix my car. Then getting my car in fast and getting it done when he said it would be done. The repair was fantastic. Jeff the owner and the repair people were a pleasure to meet and to deal with. They genuinely care about their customers and want them to come back. I highly recommend these guys. I will not take my vehicles to any other auto body shop. Thanks for the great service and your friendliness. I liked the home town atmosphere.

I rarely write reviews but Karcher Auto Body is way more impressive than any auto shop I have ever done business with. Izzy and Jeff understand what customer service means. They communicate and care that the customer gets the best value for $ spent. I had them repair major front end damage on a late model Toyota 4runner. Excellent work mechanical, suspension, frame and paint looks like new. Definitely would go to them again.

My experience with the shop was totally awesome. My problem was small and not in need of immediate repair. Having said that, they took my car in on the spot and did the repair right then and there. It was a great job done with the highest of workmanship. I will recommend them to anyone in need of body/car care. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful job, the best of price, and great care from the beginning to the end! Thanks again.

Karcher Auto Body did such a fantastic job on repairing my car after I was rear ended. The car looks and drives great. They even went above and beyond and helped me solve a problem with my vehicle that was likely unrelated (at no cost to me or the insurance company). In particular Destiny was wonderful to work with, but really, everyone was great. If you find yourself in need of bodywork, I hope you will consider Karcher Auto Body, I don't think you will be disappointed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our insurance agent recommended Karcher Auto Body to us for our rear fender repair for our truck. I was going to get several bids but after I met Jeff I felt he would do the best job.I liked his straight forward approach and his honesty.When we went to pick up our truck he had gone above and beyond,he put some paint on a dent from another accident.He said he just hated to see it keep rusting.The truck was done when he said it would be,we were thrilled with our whole experience! I will recommend this shop to friends and family!

IZZY figured out ways to fix the mechanical damage to my car w/o spending the $2,500 that the dealer quoted.... I paid $175 and it was done in 1/2 hour and was perfect! Problems solved. SUPER nice people who try to save you money. Jeff is amazing too! He did the body work estimate for me. Did not 'feel' like auto body shop... so much better!!!! I highly recommend!!!!Nicer and happier people you will not meet! Very positive experience. :D (They restored my faith in humanity!!!)

My first experience with Karcher Auto Body has been nothing but excellent. They have been very friendly and personable through the entire process. I am pleased with the workmanship as well as the speed of service. My truck was finished several days before the estimated completion date. They even gave me a heads up on a potential issue they d seen in similar trucks so I could be on the lookout for it. I am new to the area and hadn t needed an auto body service yet. I can say that I now have a place to take my vehicles for any further needs: Karcher Auto Body.
