Had a chipped oil filter from a 2018 RAV4. Loosing oil. The guys worked on it and even taught me how to change it, etc. They were pros and took good care of it. Got a good deal and they handled it right. Great guys. Would recommend.

Always excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, professional staff. They are two-steps ahead to catch my cars red flags. Coupons online help services be more affordable. I love Jiffy Lube!

Went in for a oil and fuel filter change. Left and noticed am instant loss in power. When they put my air filter in they did not put all the screws back. Also threw a code a week ago, suggesting that I change the fuel filter. Truck said filter had 83% life. Replaced the filter today and there is no way they changed the filter. Have consulted a few different diesel guys and they say that the filter that was in the truck was super dirty for having 83% life left. Charged 330 dollars for the two services. Will never be going to this store again.Service: Oil change

Horrible place for a girl to go to. I was busy so I couldn t go with my girlfriend to get her oil change, so she went by herself. Anyways it seems like everytime she goes by herself they always try to sell her something or tell her somethings wrong when nothing is wrong? Anyways she just had an oil change yesterday 2/24/24 and they told her she had to get another full oil change in 1 week. So another $90 oil change. Obviously that is wrong. But now we have a sticker that doesn t have the correct mileage for next change and that they re trying to get money out of her. I also checked the oil to make sure she wasn t scammed for that too. And it had less oil the full line.

Great fast service was quoted exactly what I paid for. Will be back with my other vehicles. Mike was great I would recommend the Nampa, Idaho jiffy lube on Caldwell Blvd to anyone.

Overall very good service.Little spendy but by allowing me to purchase Transmission fluid and filter needed elsewhere was a bonus as many other retail service outlets would rather you buy there marked up products.

Yes the Jiffy Lube I went to was excellent, the service was great I went in about 30 minutes before they closed and they still took me in and stayed after they closed, I had my engine mount literally hanging on before it broke into 2 pieces, Mike the guy who was helping me out did everything possible to make sure I was getting the best deal possible, I was on a budget and wasn't expecting the engine mount to break, so he went about and beyond to help me and made sure I was able yo afford the labor and part, he worked with me and I am gladly happy to always return without a doubt , I only went in for an oil change but they made sure my car was safe to leave after they were done

The staff were courteous and diagnosed why my vehicle was overheating. They gave an estimate of fees involved before ordering the parts which took some time to be delivered. After the parts arrived they worked diligently to complete the repair. They recommended what to watch for and told me to return if there were any signs of a problem. I am very satisfied with the work performed, and would recommend Jiffy Lube to others.Service: Oil change

I rarely give 5 stars, reserving them for the best of the best. That was my service at Jiffy Lube. They provided thoughtful, conscientious service. They kept me informed. Their team switched between the various jobs to keep the process going. A coupon may have brought me in but the service will keep me coming back.

I thought I had narrowed down the right oil for our Ford 6.7 diesel truck and had picked up my own oil we like to normally use, but it was a first time since the truck was out of warranty on this vehicle. The technician stated he did not believe it was correct, even thought it was a very close synthetic. He took the time to show me in my own online manual I had on my phone, that I was missing the "Super Duty" Ford Diesel. Can't believe I missed it and ashamed to admit it after having most of my work career behind wrenches, but I want to give credit where credit is due.Service: Oil change

I've been taking my vehicle here for awhile due to there friendly and professional ways. No matter the circumstance my vehicle and I are taken care of. They have great communication and are willing to put an estimate together so you can decide what services you'd like done. My car had some overheating issues as we were traveling through the area and the guys got us in right before closing. Mike and Sam fixed us up and sent us on our way at no charge. I've been taking my van to this Jiffy Lube location for the past year. The check engine light came on and a quick check of the code said I had a misfiring cylinder. My regular mechanic wanted to charge $80 to run a diagnostic and then charge $450 as a start for an engine tune up. I called Jiffy Lube and they told me to bring in my van and they'd look at it for free. When I got there, I found out I had spoken with the manager on the phone and he personally worked on my van. I drove away saving over $100 from what my regular mechanic wanted to charge with my van running without issues. A couple weeks later the check engine light came back on and I brought the van back in. Once again, the manager worked on my van and when he couldn't find any specific issues, he told me to buy some fuel system cleaner and put it in my tank when I filled up. The issue was fixed and I haven't had any issues since.I'm back again today to get an oil change and have some brake work done. They did an inspection and find out my brake pads are fine but my brake fluid was bad and my sway bar was cracked in half. I got everything fixed and was on my way without breaking the bank. The crew here is absolutely amazing and professional! They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of before I drive away and if there's anything extra that needs to be done, they'll let me know. I don't plan on taking my van anywhere else for future repairs and maintenance.

Terrible service! We waited for over an hour as the next vehicle in line. Workers were wandering around slowly with no urgency. Some were drinking a beverage here and there-others were yawning at noon. After over an hour with no completion of the only vehicle in front of us-we left and will take our service somewhere else. There was definitely no urgency or care in completion of work.Service: Oil change
